Very easy drop off
Michael DobryQuick and easy process. I made the reservations online and the keys/truck were waiting on me the next day. In and out within 10 minutes! Returned the rental truck (15') and was even an easier process. This will be my "Go-To" spot going forward! Great staff. Very professional, cordial and respectful.

Stacey SamanoWhen we got the truck, the paperwork mentioned the gas tank was almost full when it was almost empty so we needed to rush and add extra miles to put gas before heading to our location where we needed to be at an specific time. Then I needed to contact a team member of customer service and it the options given on the phone wouldn't direct me to any representative.

Shaun PopeWe came in Tuesday to pick up a TV box in our Forte and as we were getting ready to ring up, Justin was kind enough to let us know that that box would not fit in our car! haha We had scheduled a truck pick up at another location the next day, but Justin helped us get our reservation switched to this location so that we could use our uhaul to bring the tv box with us the next day. It was super easy to get everything set up and driving the truck was a breeze. The store is very clean and well stocked. Even overheard another employee being very professional and kind with a customer that was being a little difficult, haha. Definitely coming back here next time we need. Thank you so much you guys!!! We appreciate it!!!
Marissa DempseyI've not received a final receipt. I was told one price but then another 11,5 was charged to my account over and above the original quote. I'm not sure what the charge was for since I've not yet gotten a invoice.
Charles tapeeBest to reserve on line! Everything was on line and check in was expedited. Employee verified everything and was very courteous and helpful. This Oxnard location is open 7 days a week!! Easy entrance and exit too!!

Pedro CasasKevin did really well with changing my reservation. I told him about the UHAUL website's quirks that I experienced and he was able to accommodate easily. For example, the system would not allow me to reserve the truck for same day pick up and drop off, but he was able to change it. Only suggestion is to extend store hours.
Peter Truongwhen i confirmed my reservation on your website i was asked to give a credit card number. I immediately recieved a text from my credit card company that there was a $1 international charge to my card. A few days later my credit card was being used by someone else at a restaurant. Thankfully my c/c company denied the charge and notified me. I am now waiting for my new card and have to change all of my auto pay accounts linked to this card. Please fix your website!!!!!
LISA PATTONEverything was ready to go! The check in was super, Maria was very sweet and caring upon check out, and so were the two guys when I returned the Van. I should also mention, that because of a family emergency, I had to cancel the original day of pick up at the last minute, and they were so nice allowing me to pick up the van the following day, much appreciated!!

Brian GallardoMake sure your reserve truck Is there when you go pick it up. I had a problem picking up my truck at the Ventura RV car connection at 6:30 AM. The truck wasn't there and my reservation was not guaranteed pick up.

Lise MendezRepresentative did not make the initial service clear and what was needed. Was not told I needed to supply the lock and that the moving company I hired to bring the pod would not move anything. Container appears to have been dropped, damaged items inside, and items out of boxes that could have only happened with a large shift in the container itself. Will not recommend to people I know.

Kash DadvandOne BIG concern that we did have with this rental was the following: While on the road between Huntington Beach and Oxnard, I received a phone call from which I assume was your Oxnard location, asking me when we were returning the truck because we were already late. (And he was NOT very polite about it!) We had picked up the truck Friday at 9:00am and had it for two days, which means it was not due back until Sunday at 9:00am. The man on the phone was very, very insistent that we were late, and want to know when we planned on returning it. I told him that we were on the road in Thousand Oaks and would unload it when we arrived in Oxnard. We would either return the truck that afternoon or by 9:00 am Sunday morning. He said he would then make a note on our file. Please have your employee check their records and not make these type of phone calls especially when they were not correct. It was very upsetting to me especially while driving and I could do nothing about it. Whoever this individual was, needs some lessons in common courtesy and not be so confrontational.

Location entrance could use better signage, but staff was great and parking is easy once you're on the lot. Merci!
