Your driver was great. Very good at her job. Your system for organizing may as well not exist. Scheduled multiple deliveries, needed six confirmations, tried to confirm that you were delivering a box (rather than picking one up), made me sign into a website to confirm things, take pictures, etc. Please stop bothering your customers. If you want a User X review (and you should because you need one), I will do it for you. My rates are very cheap.Whitney R.

Would be nice if they tell you that from Friday to Sunday the milage price goes up from 109 to 129. Also that 7 dollars a day for the dolly is rediculas. We took it out because it was in the way not that we needed to use it and was charged 28 dollars.Janette C.
Everything was great. The women who loaded and unloaded our u boxes off and on to the trucks were all fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable.Candace C.
First, not arrive on time, scheduled delivery time for the u-boxes is 11am-2pm, the driver arrived at almost 5pm. Same for pick up, scheduled 10am - 1 pm, arrived at 4 pm. Second, I called customer service, the first person answer the phone ask my phone number, after I said it she put me on hold, then she transfer me to the second person, then the second person did the same thing, without telling me. Finally the third person did help me, but I have to say my information 3 times, that was really frustrating. Your customer service agent was unprofessional, I feel like they try to pass the problem to another person. And also I thought the furniture pads are giving for free. Some one should reminds me to return all the furniture pads after used, or else I have to pay a fee for each piece missing. Uhaul should make it more transparent about the fees associated with the furniture pads.ZHUOBIN L.

The whole experience was wonderful! My only recommendation would be to let folks know about the safety bolt that was installed after pick up and before transit. When we went to unpack, we didn't have the tools to remove it (because the tools were in the box).Jenny N.

There seems to be a disconnect at times between the web services and the local facility. Information provided on the main U-Haul website does not match information available to or at the local U-Haul facility. This experience was very good, with very helpful people at the local facility.Angus L.
No intetnet to spotty internet there causing payment problems. Emily the manager there is awesome and helped me with any problems i had. You better makecsure u dont lose her. Im filling out this survey the day before my pods ship so i cant answer the question if my goods arrive safely.Mike W.

My boxes were two weeks late and nobody reached out from uhaul to let us know they were going to be late. We had to call multiple times just to see if our pods had arrived at the facility. Keep customers updated better especially when they are waiting for all of there things.Cooper C.

We were quoted and paid $298 for a UBox to be delivered and shipped. After filling the box, I inquired about when the box would be picked up and dropped off at our new address (35 min away). They informed me it would be another $400 for it to be delivered. I feel like I was duped and never would have gotten a UBox had I known it would be $700 for less than 3 days and less than 40 miles away. I had also scheduled it to be delivered to our house to fill on a Friday and they rescheduled it to Tuesday without even asking us if that would work for us. Will never use this service again. I had used UBox 3 years ago and paid $600 for a box to be moved from LA to Sacramento, whatever has changed since then isn't good.Andrew L.
