Only one size available, but they did try and help me. It seems from my first contact with U-Haul I was given the wrong storage reservation

Have the individual that informed us that our Auto transport was not available To make prior inquiries to where there would be other auto transports. He did refer us to reservations. Not his fault. I did get upset due to the fact. Dana point location has incredible customer service. The Manager onsite was sensational due to the fact that she welcomed us to drop of auto transport in Oceanside while the reservations lady was going to charge us roughly $180 to do so. Which really disappointed us. That said, I don’t know if it was luck or just a smart thinking manager.

The staff at Oceanside went above and beyond for me. Unfortunately your scheduling staff seriously droppedcthe ball! I took off work early twice only to have my u-box not arrive, I got no phone call letting me know. Then the initial driver could not or would not deliver. I was told my driveway was too narrow...even though firetrucks have staged up here without an issue. Also I was charged for storage for October even though my box was delivered September 29.

I will not be coming back to this location. I rented a van at 9 am and returned it by 6 pm and spent $60 on it. They told me I had to fill the Uhaul back up so I did. I ended up spending $20 to fill it up and I ONLY USED 12 MILES!! I asked if they could do something for me for the price because I didn’t use that much gas and they basically told me we are glad you filled it up but be on your way. The employees didn’t want to help.

Educate all of your counter employees on a COMPLETE understanding of what your two Safemove policies are. In the past I was led to believe I had FULL coverage when in fact I was lied to. I had the most minor of an accident that Uhaul rejected.

Even with having reservation had to wait an hour to get the truck. And then the computer equipment was not functioning properly. The staff was absolutely amazing

Dear CEO, I rent a Uhaul approximately once per month for the last 30 years and have a corporate account. 9/28/19 was the last straw. I personally tried to rent a trailer and stood in line for over an hour while your staff tried to work with your software to rent me a trailer. I would be ashamed if I were you. I can rent a car in 5 minutes and had to watch your staff spend an hour on my reservation alone for a $20.00 trailer. The line was 8 deep behind me. It probably took all day for the last guy to obtain his rental. You have horrible IT. I would fire the entire group of nerds. This process should be a no brainer. Over the years, I am never amazed how poor the rental experience is at UHAUL. If I were your competitors, I would raise capital and compete against you. You take advantage of your clients and your employees because you are too cheap to a pay for IT system that work. You could probably double your companies net worth if you would only fix the company software. This is not a location problem, this is corporate decision not to spend working capital. Please get a new board of directors and CEO!

Missing the two dollies switched location after I already checked in! BILLED lme for boxes at the CARLSBAD location I checked in Carlsbad AT! Than CALLED ME THE MORING OF PICK UP AND SWITCHED THE PICKUP POINT TO OCEANSIDE very in convenient

A uhaul rep per phone said I wasn’t to be charged extra. Upon drop off I was met by GM whom immediately was stand offish & brash & per a phone call charged me $154 saying I dropped off incorrectly.

If you change the location of the truck.. YOU SHOULD CALL. There were no pads and no Dolly'S, even though I ordered them!! And the truck was far from a comfort ride.

Customer service via UHAUL -800-go-uhaul was absolutely atrocious. No one at uhaul takes responsibility of the 'u-box' segment. Many lost hours on the phone. Oceanside store was very helpful.
