Facility was always clean and well maintained, the only small issue I ever had was with the hours as I tend to be out and about later. Whenever I would find the time to get there I would have to rush as they would be closing soon after. But that's more on my time schedule than has to do with the facility.

After having my storage unit for 19 years, initially every thing was fine, however, recently the temperature where my unit was gradually got warmer and warmer. Then about two years ago the lighting where my unit was has a sensor that only stays on for 3-4 minutes thus making it a problem when I was in my unit for any length of time. When I reported it I was told that they didn't care they weren't going to change either one and go back to the temp that was closer to what it was initially

SO impressed with the helpfulness of the staff as well as the cleanliness of the facility. Each person with whom I’ve had contact has been courteous, answered all questions and gave me a facility tour the day I rented. Highly recommended.

Overall I was pleased with the experience. I never had any issues with the unit or the facility's maintenance. There was one employee that was the less than pleasant when I first moved into the unit and I had a few terse interactions with her but after a while she seemed to have a change in demeanor. I would highly recommend the services this U-Haul location provides. Thank you.

Ok for this place, the service is so good. The trucks are good, everything. However it is next to impossible to call this place by phone. and i don't see much solution to it, because the people working always have something more important to do. maybe they could employ a phone person to just connect with callers and give them info over the phone. dont know

I was a little disappointed to find the advertised price of a van at 19.95 was not true. That’s the starting price. I ended up paying $83.00. it was cheaper to bring the van back than use closer one

Thie worst customer service. Water damage in my unit after the hurricane. Still to this day Peggy refuses to answer any calls or return any calls to the agent. Peggy ‘s attitude is horrible.
