I was told I could rent the truck there and return in Moreno Valley which was my destination however when I got there the reservation agreement was not acknowledged so I had to bring it all the way back which in turned cost me more money . I feel I should be refined for that due to not being provided the what I needed

I rented a box truck there and the employee helped my just fine but apparently this location has a PROBLEM with the GAS getting SIPHONED from their trucks. This was evident because the multiple employees know about this and the gas cap from my truck was off and hanging. I was on a time crunch as I had just gotten off work and had to borrow the truck to pick up something before the store closed. The issue was I had to pump gas before I could do anything. I was offered other trucks but the employees said the same issue of the gas being stolen from the other trucks was likely. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience and reimbursed for the gas but I almost missed my appointment. BUY GAS CAP LOCKS FOR YOUR TRUCKS!!!!!!

They gave us clear instructions. Ils ont été rapides et efficaces. They immediately saw what was wrong with the way the pick up location set up the dolly. They apologized and said they would report what happened. They were very concerned for our safety and experience. I was happy how attentive and committed they were to give us a positive experience. They thanked us for choosing to haul with U-Haul, I was glad I chose this as the drop off location.

they did not sweep out the truck until i showed the food particles left. .The app did not work.. that was a nightmare...They finally said just leave and snap shot with my on camera. .

When I picked up the truck it had a little less than half a tank. Because I was driving approximately 100miles (didn't have one way available for the 20' truck) I added gas before I moved and I put in a half a tank (22gal) for $97. When returned the truck, I had only used not even a quarter of tank. There was still at least 3/4 tank of gas. When I talked to the employee at the front desk, he informed me that U-Haul only issues refunds for gas if the truck is on empty. I think this rule is ridiculous, as I was never given an mileage estimate so I could accurately fill the truck. U-Haul essentially stole over $50 worth of gas from me. This is a ridiculous policy, and because of it I will never be using U-Haul and recommend to all I know to stay away.

I was given a truck that had no gas. I spent $70 on gas for the time I had the vehicle. I was promised a $70 credit because the truck was on Empty but only received $38. Never again will visit this locale or recommend it.

I couldn't think of any suggested improvements if you gave me six days and a dollar. I've used maybe 20 uhaul locations (including one where I used to work) and this is my absolute favorite one.

Had reserved a storage unit in advance at the return location for move in 12/20/21. Was NOT informed until the day of the move until I called to confirm details that the unit reserved was apparently "overbooked" and given to someone else. I lost $150 in money for moving help that was to arrive at 10:00 for the unload and move in. Took the ENTIRE day to find another storage and hire additional helpers ($160), which charged more, because it was same day. Lost out on the first month free rent. Should have been given some type of refund for losing $150 (helpers) the $100 gas that I had to put in truck prior to return (return agent said I didn't need to fill it up before return), and $80 additional storage over what I had reserved with U-Haul, due to the unavailable storage space. Debbie, District Manager tried to help find another space, to no avail. Would not recommend U-Haul to anyone after this trying experience yesterday with both truck rental and storage!!! Lost $330 total, which should not have happened.

Horrible experience after switching my pick up locations to accommodate the size of truck I needed, They in fact did NOT have the truck size I ordered!! Only had a smaller truck. Same mileage cost with a smaller truck absolutely ridiculous cause we had to make more trips. Ruined my whole move. Super long wait!! It was just horrible.

The truck we got hadn't been cleaned. The back was full of tree branches and debris and dirty wet moving blankets. We had to clean it ourselves after we got to our destination because it never occured to us to open the back since they said it had just been cleaned. It was also out of gas. We checked the odometer when we left but not the gas gauge and had to put gas in it before we could use it. Like the gas light came on after driving just a few miles, that's how empty the tank was. The girl that helped us at check in was really nice and helpful, and when I called about the issues she took note and changed the gas amount. We didn't think to check these things because the place we usually rent from goes to the truck and opens it and reads the gas gauge to you before they hand over the keys, but they didn't have any 10 foot trucks the day we needed one.

The truck keys they handed me were not for the truck on my contract. When I tried to self check in I realized there was 11k mile difference than my contract. I drove the truck 54 miles not counting the two 5 mile trips each way due to being unable to self return the truck. They person doing the return was rude and basically told me he used the mileage he had in file for the truck and calculated it at over $200 which was about €70 more than I should of paid but assured me he did the calculation correct despite I was in a completely different truck with no contract stating the miles on the truck when we left. Basically it was my fault because I didn't take a picture of the miles before I left.

I was doing the 24hour share thing, well i get there at 10pm, office is closed cant figure out how to do the code, come to find out the 24 hour option wasn't available for the van. So i had to uber back to where i was staying, to call customer service to have them find me a van for the morning, get to that location to be told they had no vans. I was charged for two days and only had it one. this was the most frustrating experience ever.

Everything went well with the transaction, the only issue was that the trailer had a malfunction of the tail lights but overall the trailer really had the payload we needed and drove very well on the highway.

Staff were awesome specially Eris and Dinis! The call center completely screwed me and reserved a unit that was already taken. Had to drive to a completely different city twice to get a storage unit. This caused me to use up alot of the gas I just put in to return the vehicle. Good thing the general managers are awesome cause this review couldve gone south if it wasnt for them.

My trailer rental was not to the location on time. There was trash in the trailer and the kid that helped hooked up the trailer ask my if he can hit my vape and i said no then he asked why not. This is was not ok and was way out of line.

when returning trailers, don't make customers backup and place them in your desired location. it wastes our time, many of us don't have the skill to maneuver the equipment You can do that job after the equipment is delivered.

This was the worst experience with UHaul I have ever had. The location was changed half an hour before my pick up RESERVATION was due, and I had to wait in line for 15 minutes past my RESERVATION, and was then told my RESERVATION was at a different location, 10 miles away. I want to know why they can't HOLD a RESERVATION. If it wasn't available at the destination, they why didn't they just say so? Seems to me their reservation system books more equipment than is available. Then they had the audacity to make me pay the extra mileage? This place was bullshit.
