i have not received the U Box yet into the Seattle home that I paid for and am disappointed by the delays and hope that there is some traction on delivery before July 4. Your Shoreline WA office is an abomination to service by putting me on hold for over 85 minutes and i had to listen to over 11 live transactions when the male service person on Friday 6/24 just lifted the receiver and put the phone on the service counter without any courtesy announcement that he was putting me on hold. My loud shouts and whistling during the long nightmare wait had no avail and it upset me no end when it disconnected after 85 minutes of wasted waiting. Poor service and debilitating the good name of U Haul that i grew up as a Vietnam vet. ugh

Willie S.My only concern is the windshield is never cleaned on the inside of the vehicle. This is true no matter what location I've chosen Otherwise I'm a satisfied repeat customer. I love having my storage space at this location. It's very well kept, clean and comfortable I appreciate the available restroom and it's cleanliness.

I had to wait 20 minutes for the person in front of me to rent a truck and then the person working at the counter couldn't find the key, which took even longer to track down (it was on the hook behind him the entire time).

walt M.The size of the truck we reserved was not available at pick up time so they offered a much bigger one which was way to big ….We had no choice to take it because we were doing an antique show the next day….but as she was doing the paperwork the correct size truck was available …The service was excellent and everything worked out.
William M.My rating is not based on that particular store, it is based on my entire experience with Uhaul from my initial Reservation. That experienced involved cancellation without my consent and the changing of pickup location on numerous times.

Ilir P.Once again, I was given a vehicle without a full tank of gas, and once again I returned the vehicle with more fuel than was used because there is no way to fill a tank partially to an exact amount used. . You charge $7 a gallon if less fuel is returned. Will you refund me for the extra fuel I gave you?
Simeon S.There is one problem. I'm waiting for a refund because the gas in the tank when I got the truck said 1/4 but it was actually 1/8. The guy working said to just take a picture and they'd make it right later, but they haven't. I sent email but have not received any refund on the fuel charge. Thanks for anything you can do. I hope you can make this right and continue our good relationship.

Faye D.I stood on line for over a 30 mins and I already made a reservation prior to coming into the store. When I got up to the fromt desk there was 2 cashiers one was standing there answering the phone and immediately putting people on hold. Just to stand and talk to the active cashier that had been attending to the 100 customers in line. Instead of taking reservations herself. When i finally got a truck The handle to the window was broken and it was scortching hot hurting my hand trying to wind the window down. I took pictures of the damage before i pulled out of the lot in case that unprofessional store try to pin the damage on me!

John F.I will say the manager was great and helpful but the truck interior was dirty, the paperwork from the previous renter was still in the car on the floorboard alone with trash. The back/ cargo area smelled of rotten fish. Also when I checked in via the app the pictures of the truck were not the same vehicle but the number to identify the truck were they same.

Eugene K.The truck literally felt like it was going to blow up. I hope I never have to drive a truck in that bad of shape ever again. As soon as I pulled out the gas light went on which makes no sense. Only positive I have to say is that the workers were friendly and helpful.

However, billing was oftentimes erratic and inconsistent, resulting in over-charges that required personally contacting UHaul to try to fix. For example, most recently, after announcing a rate increase for a unit (3502), charges for the new amount started BEFORE the increase was supposed to take place. Sometimes charges went in twice. Unfortunately, online reviews suggest that this was an experience shared by other customers.

When i came to the warehouse to look for my storage unit, there was a very helpful associate who was able to lead me right to my unit. She even was able to open the hard plastic packaging that encased the padlock i am required to use. The facility is very well kept.

The issue I had was at the end of the rental. Charged for two extra months until automatic payments were canceled. Will see next month if it really done or I have to call again to discuss it. Overall not so bad.

There was zero food content in my unit, nothing stored warranted mice, it was disgusting and disappointing. Also, the staff was courteous and accommodating but not forthcoming with information. If you don't ask simple questions about how the processes work they are not volunteering any info.
