Very nice place to store your possessions but over $300 per month was a bit expensive and it turns out we didn't need a unit that big. But overall good experience and friendly staff

Upset that the walk in reservation was not "Saved". I called 2 days before my check in and all data was lost i had to go the reservation process. I also couldn't check in on line I was always getting an error.. Regardless of the protection glass your staff should still wear masks... You should have a touchless pay system, pen, key pad were not disinfected after use.

I was slightly disappointed in the cost for a longer trip. I had to pay a week for 4 days use and the long distance rate was not terribly different. With COVID-19, I had to wipe out the van steering wheel and radio and they were NOT clean. However, the van was swept out. I have used several vehicles in the past and they are quite reliable. I have never received a newer vehicle.

We were charged a $20 cleaning fee even though the truck was cleaned and in a very good condition when we returned it.What is the reason the charge a $20 cleaning fee? If this fee can't be refunded,I will not be using U-Haul services again in the future and I will not recommend it to friends and family.

Van was nor entirely clean. Found candy wrappers in cup holders and a Gatorade bottle under the seat. Made me feel sceptical that van was not properly cleaned in my his age of COVID. Issues with the self serve checkin delayed my departure by 20 minutes.

It is clearly indicated that for a truck rental we can get a one month free storage. And your associate claims it can only be done once. The extra storage is for a different household yet in my name because my daughter was not with me. Can you fix that and reverse the one month storage. ???

The person outside mistook the kms used and tried to say we did over 2000kms. He had scanned the wrong van! We only did 159 kms. So we had to go in to the office and deal with it. The person at the desk was quick to solve the issue. With Covid it was annoying to have to put masks on and go in.

When I asked the sales person why the website let me book a location that does not have the equipment, the sales person told me “because our system sucks!”

I feel bad for leaving a one star review, and normally I wouldn't do this, or take the time to write a review, but I booked a truck for the breeze hill location for oct 3rd. Uhaul sent me a million confirmation emails, confirming my reservation, letting me know about self check ins etc. My problem is that I got transferred to 383 Coventry road, not only adding more kms to my move, it's east and I'm moving west end. I stood in line for half an hour to meet an obnoxiously loud employee (not naming names) telling me it's not his problem that customers don't return the trucks. And then told me I have to drive further east to Innis road. It's also not my problem that you accepted the reservation.... what is the point of reserving a truck if you don't have it the day I'm supposed to move. That is the whole point of planning a move.so if you don't have a truck, make accommodations with the other locations to get one where you promised. On YOUR OWN DIME. So now not only did you add even more kms to my move, your now wasting my time. Pick up was for 1200, i made it home at 1 to meet 4 guys waiting for about an hour wasting everyone's time. And guess what, you guys screwed up my reservation, and I have to pay for the EXTRA KMS and FUEL. How ridiculous. The one positive I will give is that Angel did an excellent job at receiving me at the innis location and I would do business there again. Coventry road is a complete joke, and that cocky guy behind the counter can kick rocks.

We are so happy we chose this UHaul franchise to store our household items between moves, the staff is very professional and courteous and the facility is spotless and well laid out, the manager is great at handling all kinds of questions from customers and he always has a smile to offer, we highly recommend uhaul for your storage needs large and small !

I had zero issues with this rental. Friendly and courteous staff. The reservation was simple (made it a month in advance), the pick up was a breeze. Vehicle was clean with a full tank of gas and plenty of pandemic awareness measures (ie social distancing). I like how they have the return section. You bring the vehicle in and wait in it as an attendant comes to inspect it and then provides you with the cost and an electronic copy of the invoice. Seamless !

The instructions for checking in via a mobile phone were good, but in the end I still had to wait in line for my key. It would be good to have a faster option to pick up the key. For example, taping, ready for my key and have someone run it out to the truck.

The truck was complete shit. Dangerously bumpy the whole time I drove it and squeaking. The gas was less than half for some reason. The drive was so bad, we took Tylenol when we dropped it off. Then I'm told that my complaint is cool, but come back tomorrow if I want to talk to the manager for maybe a discount. Issues with your storage locker? Come back tomorrow and the manager will be there. They cannot help with a single problem. Next. UHaul has become some dirty, shit company gouging the customers at every turn you can. You try to ram bullshit insurance packages down our throats every time we rent one of your trucks. They're half ass cleaned. Your trucks drive like shit. Then you bring it back and you charge a $25 fee for not completing an online return. This is what shitty, dirty companies do. I will never rent or store shit with you stupid fucks again, and will make sure the people I associate with go somewhere else so you loser fucks can get your shit together. Fuck you.

I called to verify that the equipment was in stock at the location I attended. I was on hold for 20 minutes before I spoke with an agent. Once I did it took another 10 minutes to give my name address credit card number etc. Then I attend the location and wait in line for another 20 minutes, there is no reservation line. There was then 10 minutes of paperwork before I was able to pickup my dolly. Upon return same thing, wait in line to return dolly outside, and then wait in line inside to pay and complete contract. I actually spent more time waiting with Uhaul then I did using the dolly......... Your check-in check-out system is from the 50's. Also none of your staff were wearing masks.

Fuel amount on contract & on vehicle gauge did not match. Person in lot was notified & he advised we would get an email & could change amount. Email never arrived. Have vehicle full when rented! First trailer had a weird scratchy sound as we started to pull out (uhaul helper thought maybe the breaks were rubbing). We switched to a different trailer which was great but the floors were sandy/smeared with dry mud. Therefore we had to pressure wash it before using. All this made us delayed by an hour and a half in our move. Would be great if staff new ahead of time which trailers required repairs and that units were properly cleaned.

All very good except only 2 persons serving customers on a Saturday. Suggest maybe a 3rd staff member to help serve customers or have a separate line for those of us who registered online to speed up the process. One customer was there about 15 minutes talking on her phone off and on (overheard issues with the price, equipment, etc.) while being served which delayed the check-in time for everyone else. I had no issues with the person who checked me in - everything was clearly explained. The check -in return process was equally very good - very efficient. I like the way you send out the text links to confirm the condition of the truck, etc. - excellent communications and processes. Thank you!

The indoor storage space was great. The problem I had over and over again, is that I couldn’t get in. I wasted time and money when I was trying to move out, because the code was not working. I called and told them the next day, they said they will reset it,I came back after work and couldn’t get in again! There is no one to call after 7 pm. I had to wait again till the next day. Then there’s the confusing issue of 2 boxes, to punch your number into, and you have to punch in your number to the one on the left first... if you punch it in on the right before the left it will look you out- no one explained that until I got locked out- it makes no sense why it has to be that way- , anyways my number did not work in either boxes.Then I realized there’s a 3rd punch in box. There should be clear instructions. It was a very frustrating experience to go there 3 times, and be looked out all there times after getting reassurances from the staff that my code works and that I should be able to get in.

One employee working. I stood in line for over 30 minutes to rent a van despite doing the on-line process. I spent nearly an hour in line to simply return the van. Unbearably inefficient. I used to buy boxes from this location but started going to Dymon because I was fed up of standing in line for an hour. At Dymon I'm in and out in 5 mins.

I willl use only uhaul in the future. The staff were amazing. So helpful and accommodating. I recommend them to everyone. Clean, bright and secure. I stored all of my belongings at the Innes Road location for over two years and did not have a single problem. Definitely a 5-star moving and storage facility.

I had dropped in almost a week earlier to talk to a U-Haul representative as I had a couple questions regarding the rental and needed an estimate. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. When I picked up my unit I was told the vehicle was in the lineup with the numerous other 15 foot vans. An identifying number was on the windshield so I could pick out my rental. During the overnight we had frost so all the windshields were covered and numbers could not be seen. I found my vehicle by using the key on the drivers door instead. May I suggest using that number and for a backup the license plate. All in all in was a great rental

During my telephone conversation last week, i was quoted 124.95 for a storage space equal or relatively close to the 15ft moving truck I rented. My rental trucks air conditioning wasn’t working. It was very hot and uncomfortable. Also the service is very very slow, you need to hire more people. I left the lineup because I couldn’t wait..you can’t have 1 person working, and answering phone calls and 10 people in line. Other than than that, I loved the 24 hour access to my storage unit and the fact that it’s heated in the winter...

This storage facility did not have any security locks available to buy. This should not happen given it's the first of the month and it's a storage facility. Security locks are pretty essential.

The facility is excellent and well equipped. The washroom was really appreciated. Occasionally the line-up to see a staff member was long as the storage facility is combined with the trailer/vehicle rental business but usually if it was too busy I could return at another date.

Some improvements in the website when signing up is a little difficult and when you check there are items that in there that you did not selected. Signing in is hidden at the bottom in Manage you account. Also reservation is hard when I select storage to reserve and checking out I received an error, double check everything but still error. I only get through when I select rent instead of reservation. Other than that the move in is smooth and easy.

3. There were mouse droppings in the storage locker. My niece complained and a staff member immediately swept our the space and replaced the poison, which had disappeared. My recommendation would be contingent on knowing the problem has been cleared up permanently.
