I've used this location two other times and have been so happy. This time, the customer service on the phone I received to get everything set up was great. When I got into my unit, there was insulation hanging from the ceiling and when I called to share that, it seemed like it was no big deal and that I shouldn't care. Well I cared because the insulation is there for a reason and with how much this unit was, it should be in place where its supposed to be. Then, when the maintenance person came to fix that insulation, on a very muddy wet day, they drove their truck in our unit and left a heaping mess of mud and water in our unit. Not sure if people realize what goes into these units but its NOT stuff you want getting muddy or wet. I called to ask if someone could clean that up and out and I never got a call back after being told they would have the maintenance person meet me to clean it up. We will not use this location again in the future and I wouldn't recommend it. Also, my move in date on this form is wrong. It was 3/1, not 2/22.

I have a problem with the rental time increments, the jump from 24 hours to 2 days. Why not 36 hours? I returned this trailer at 4:30 PM on Sunday, it was due back at 10 AM Monday. It does not appear that I got the cost reduction. Last weekenf under the same arrangement I returned the trailer at 2:30 PM on Sunday. I had to call in at 4:45 PM because I still had not gotten the emailed receipt. But at least then I got the early return cost reduction.

The entire experience was fantastic. The young man working the store that day noticed that I had a split unit, but was aware of a single unit that just came available and offered it to me. He also demonstrated how and where to key in the code and was overall very helpful. Great service and experience.

This is the second time that I have rented from this location. Both times were very good experiences. The staff was quite helpful each time.

Customer problem should be ur concern, that is on my way from Texas Amarillo I got stoked in the snow and I called UHAUL roadside assistant no body could help me, and I spend $150 to be pulled out, and I have everything on fail .

The trailer that I rented was dirty and had slush built up. Granted, it was January in Fargo. Washing trailers is generally not a good idea. Would it prevent me from renting here again? No. I am actually renting another trailer this weekend. The owner, Bret I think his name is, was very friendly and helpful. The store interior was clean and well maintained. I was also greeted when I came up to the counter. Very nice to see.

I picked up a truck at 7am. It was dark, so it was difficult to tell the condition of the truck, I had no walk around inspection with the pick-up location. The front bumper was previously cracked, and the driver's overhead visor had a missing clip to hold it in place (rattled while I drove 650 miles). Also, I don't understand why the rental trucks don't cruise control available. The trucks are not that comfortable, so difficult to adjust and maintain speed for a long drive.

Returning the truck was easy and quick

Great experience. Bret was able to get me set up with a cargo trailer, even without a reservation. Pick-up and drop-off was smooth and convenient. Will definitely use again in future moves.

09:00 appointment and the associate showed up to work 15 minutes late. Building wasn't unlocked until 09:15. Multiple customers waiting for them to open up.

The young man who helped me had an African-sounding first name that I heard as "Florien." He was absolutely and totally the bomb! My story is too long and pathetic to tell in detail, but suffice it to say that on New Year's Eve — on a tight and closing deadline, he had me in and out of the shop with a trailer on my minivan and mission was accomplished. That guy should be made the manager, if he isn't already working in that position.

Great manager (Brett) & all the staff who were friendly, helpful & professional. This is the way things should be run.

Rental is in rough shape. Driver's door didn't shut easily. Ended up needing to jump start it 3 times during rental period because of it. Rear door operation also required more force than should take. The other rental truck was great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use their service.

The management and staff at the Veteran's Blvd & 52nd Ave. location were fantastic to work with throughout the entire time of the time-frame that we rented a storage area and a U-box. I would recommend them to anyone needing storage services.

Great crew and well serviced units. I have used this location many times for its speed and convenience.

I had to drive a round trip 100 miles to pick up the trailer. Your on-line system still has the Cycle place in Detroit Lakes as active, which allowed me to reserve out of that location. However when I arrived that morning to pick it up, I learned they no longer were U-Haul. Went to Green's Plumbing on the opposite side of town. Only to learn they did not have the trailer. My choice then became Fargo, ND. I lost about 6 hrs of time, which caused me to work into the night to load the trailer.

Fix that driveway going into your business, it's like driving on a logging road up in Canada.

Truck was extremely dated. Truck was mostly clean. Contactless check-in and out was definitely not contactless. Gas tank was extremely low and nealy ran out of gas with only 30 miles driven... Sad! And annoying!

I was very satisfied

The system would not allow the employee to check us in while there to receive a printed reciept. It later came via email but it would have been a better experience if the computer system were working. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

As a Realtor, having a dependable company at my side is vital. When it comes to my own needs, I choose the 52nd ave location for reliability! NEVER have I had a bad experience at this location!

It was tough trying to get the teuck rented on line. Needed it for two days but wouldn't let me place the rental for the two days.

I was not told the truck would not have cruise control - I think for a 1500 mile trip that is an important piece of information to have communicated to your customers.

Smooth and easy pickup and drop off

The counter person was using his personal phone to photograph my driver's license. What? uHaul has no sense of secure customer information? Less than 8miles/gallon. Does that sound righ?

The only complaint I had was the truck was very very shakey. Could not drive over 60 for 1500 miles because of the rough ride.

Outside storage access hours would be better if extended earlier or later in the day

I had entered information online before arriving but had to go throigh it all again in person. Completing online ahead of time didnt seem to save me any time.

There were two dollys put in the uhaul. I asked for 1. They should not have put 2 in there in my opinion. Interesting way to make a few extra dollars in my opinion.

Bret Hanson, the manager for this location, is very oriented on customer satisfaction. The vibe in the facility is friendly and cheerful which is complemented by the large amount of natural light in the office area. Some storage facilities are just bleak. This one is the opposite. Quite pleasant. Irrespective of Bret's management, this new facility is quite user friendly with only a single issue identified. The only changes I would recommend are adding a canopy over the loading dock area, and re-configuring the loading dock entrance to include a second set of automatic doors. This arrangement is present at many newer grocery stores and it minimizes the dust that gets into the building and has a.great impact on minimizing heated air in the winter and conditioned air in the summer. The day I moved into the facility was absurdly windy (as Fargo sometimes is) and the single automatic door at the end of the afternoon was rendered inoperable by a fierce wind from the south that blew directly on the south facing doors.

Water was able more than once to get in unit. Also door was almost impossible to open. Cement in entry way has deteriorated. Lots of trouble with security card. Paid up for whole month checked out 10 days Early no refund. If ur late with payment we all know What happens than.

Enjoyed my experience at Osgood Uhaul. They were helpful and very accommodating.

I had an outside storage spot reserved for 2 weeks for a camper. There is a bus parked in the spot next to it and the bus is angled so it blocked almost half of the spot. I went to the desk inside and the worker cancelled that spot and moved me to a different spot. However, when we went to park our camper the remote would not open the gate. I went inside and there was nothing in the system for me. When the worker cancelled our first spot he must not have reserved the other spot. Luckily the new spot was still available, had it not been I am not sure what we would have done with our camper.

perhaps this facility was just not for us. the timer on the lights was irritating, if I was working on something in my unit all of a sudden the lights went out, and I needed to go all the way down the hallway to get the light sensor to turn on again. In the middle of winter the elevator broke and needed to store things in another unit, then come back and move it as soon as possible so I wouldn't get charge for that one, moving in the second level was a big mistake. Didn't have electric in the unit, so if I needed power it would have to be plugged in the hallway.

On Sunday I had to unload part of the 10 foot truck I rented. It took until after 5 pm closing time and the small entry door. Locked before I could finish.

The team was accommodating during my time I needed storage. Due to unforeseen circumstances my unit outside needed to be moved indoors. The mgr hired movers and I was able to be in controlled climate.

We stored furniture for 2 months and everything was moldy when we took it out, even wooden furniture legs.

U-Haul Moving and Storage of Osgood was an excellent experience because of its close proximity to our home. We always found it to be clean and accessible for our use. Will use again if we need to.

The employees were great! The process was very smooth.

They mixed up our accounts. Had a humidity controlled unit, had water and mold on my things. Many things ruined. No and late responses back from manager. Horrible customer service.

Had many issues, also had 24 hours acess when i brought my items over to store but when i came back to get them i did not, cost me $300 in added expenses to come back a second day.

My inner unit had standing water and I was told they knew about this problem but they didnt bother telling me so I lost alot of my things. No apology,no asking how they could help. Just said if you ha

The storages are very cleaned and warm, but the storages for 1 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms are very small. The 2 bedrooms space that I rented is too small, so all my things didn't fit in the storage.

We used the free 1 month of storage that is given with a truck rental. This free month has exposed your storage facility to around 20 people who helped us move and all were impressed. Keep this promo

Each time I’d stop in to discuss any matter or rent other items, I’ve been helped beyond compare. I can’t say enough for this U-Haul location. They definitely seem like a “team” and work together.

The sensors for the lights could be better located. My lockers were close to one end and when the lights would go off I had to walk all the way to the middle to get them back on. Very inconvenient.

Need a better system for returning Uboxes early. Called 3 times, one call resulted in talking with 4 different people. No one knew what to do, didn't get picked up early. Person picking up was awesome

Tried on multiple occassions to contact manager by phone and email but still to the day that I moved out of storage never received a response to email or a call back after the company left a message.

Great location, easily accessible, and clean! The only downfall was I had no idea at the beginning that I couldn't access my unit 24/7 and it was a separate charge.

I really liked that there were carts to use for the indoor storage. All the staff has been a great help when needed. I do recommend to any friends to go there first.

The guy told us free month without telling us with truck rental. it’s not 24/7 access. The GM not available after hours after they say to call him. The staff didn’t seem to care about problems we had.

When we first moved in to the unit there was a secure fence all the way around the facility. Now one end is wide open and it has been that way for some time now. The units have alarms however.....

This facility is great! Had to make numerous trips to and from storage while we moved to another house. Always clean, well lit, easy access. Great staff with a great attitude; very impressed!

We found ourselves in need of storage locker and I checked out three different places in Fargo. Osgood U-Haul came out on top in price, location and service. Manager Bret Hanson was most helpful.

I couldn’t get into my unit a few times during the winter because the door had snow in front and it was frozen shut. Also there was snow inside my unit as well.
