The 10' that I had, died and required a jump. I had to drive my car 20 min out of the way in the rain to get a jump box. No, nothing was on. The vehicle wasn't turned on until it was time to depart. I was very upset.

Had nothing to do with the location. My location was switched and I was never informed of it. I went to the location of the conformation email I received and they made me drive the complete opposite direction and waste more time and fuel. I wasn't happy about that single detail. It moved everything back in the day just because they couldn't send a email or notification telling me the location was switched. I drove an extra 20 miles just to pick up the truck from location to location.

Unfortunately everyone all over is experiencing employee shortages, but hopefully you can think of ways to use incentives to drive employees in and help Ms Carol*( maybe wrong name, the young lady and Frank). The customers can be nasty but they handled the rough crowd well. Give them a bonus

THE TRUCK HAD ALOT OF DAMAGE ON IT ALOT OF X'S , AND ONE OVER DRIVER SIDE TOP WITHOUT A X I HAD TO TELL THE LADY, AND MILAGE WAS OFF, THE STAFF WAS GOOD THE OLDER LADY WITH GLASSES AT THIS LOCATION. BUT GOING ONLINE TO DO A ONCE AROUND NOT GOOD I PREFER THE OLD WAY WITH PAPER AND STAFF STANDING THERE WITH YOU . INTERNET IN PHONE WOULD NOT WORK GOOD CHECKOUT TOOK ME LIKE 45 MINUTES TO LONG, WITH PHONE, I HAD TO TAKE ALOT OF PICTURES IN MY PHONE OF THIS TRUCK..

Reserved 15 ft truck 3 weeks prior to pick up. Was called 3 days before pick up and informed there were no 15 ft trucks available. Was offered 10 ft truck and told even though I reserved truck if I read contract I would realize they call 2 to 3 days days prior to pick up to confirm and Uhaul was calling to inform me that no 15 ft trucks were available. I asked about a 5x8 trailer to haul behind 10 ft truck and was told no problem. When I was sent confirmation the truck and trailer pick up locations were at different Uhaul locations and pick up times were 2 hours different. Was charged 200 $for trailer when I was told at the location I picked up the truck there would be no charge for trailer because I paid for it at the time I paid for the truck. The location that I picked up trailer said that is incorrect and I had to pay a additional 200 $for trailer.

The location was excellent and the gentleman at the front desk had wonderful customer service skills. However, we did not receive the furniture blankets or the dolly, and we had to go to three different locations to get a 20 foot, which was reserved. I would probably not use u-haul again because of that.

Great storage space in Round Rock, specially since I now have my things in another Uhaul storage in another state, I can say that the one in Round Rock is awesome and a lot cleaner! Not all Uhaul storage spaces are created equal, as I just found out, but this one is great!

This is the second time I've chosen this location for pickup before they open. Both times my reservation was messed up and I couldn't get the truck at 8am when I wanted to. The truck steering was very off. I had it turned towards the left in order for the truck to drive straight. There was also a huge piece of plastic hanging from the front that they didn't even try to tie up. I also reserved a large dolly ONE WHOLE WEEK in advance. I called to confirm both the Dolly and the early pick up- I was told both would be ready. And then they didnt even have the large dolly. They charged me for TWO small hand trucks.

Good experience overall. However, i did exactly 20 miles and in the final invoice saw that I was charged for 4 gallons - that is ridiculous! Surely the Cargo Van does not run at 5miles per gallon?

First of all your employees were very unprofessional and false advertisement. The pricing was not accurate it stated that the rental was 19,95 for the van I rented and I ended up pay almost 300 $. I ask the employee if I could drop off at another location and she told me no and the representative today told me that I could do that. The next time I need to rent a truck or van I will go through a car rental company. At least when they say 30 $a day that's what it is. I also put fuel in the van and they still charge me

You can NEVER reach anyone by phone and this location is DISHONEST and lied about the gas and mileage. They did not check the vehicle back in when it was dropped off with <10 miles driven on truck. They wrote that I drove 235 miles in less than 2 hours. I dropped vehicle back off at 12pm (employee said how quick I was and that he would mail me my receipt). The receipt he send misrepresented what I actually did (drove <10 miles, had wrong mileage both in and out of store, and said I returned vehicle at 1:00 instead of 12:00). I have pictures of the mileage and fuel guage. I attempted to upload to the site, which it wouldn't let me do AND my attempts to call and speak to anyone failed because no one ever picks up the phone. This was a horrible experience and I want a refund for the over-charges that are complete LIES. I will send photos of what I have for proof when you contact me. By the way, the worker was Shamya Smith Wessells and she was working with a male "manager". She had no idea what she was doing and neither walked me out to vehicle to check it back in. They just took keys from me.

Everything was great when I rented the truck but the PROBLEM was with the return the worker was rude I was not given a receipt after asking more than once!! Had to take a picture of the dash to have a record of the gas and mileage not helpful at all!

Service was good and they work well as a team. he manager tends to the customer's needs. There was a trainee who was just starting and she had o deal with a computer error regarding my order. She handled the situation with relative alomb. The communications between the regional office and its satellites presents as abysmal with respect to ordr placement. Subsequent to pre-ordering and uploading my information on-line, I was asked for the same information when I went to pick up my truck. This is a problem that I have encountered twice tat has yet to be corrected. There are other options with respect to truck and storage space rental that warrant exploration, given the lack of systemic correction evidenced by U-Haul. While the person at the location provided exemplary service in a difficult situation, U-Haul's regional office failed to follow through on ensuring that my order was ready when I arrived. In other words, the systemic process created a problematic situation that has yet to be corrected, thereby placing both the local merchant and customer in a potentially precarious and conflictual situation. Had there been any losses incurred as a result of such, the question of legal liability would rest squarely on U-Haul's shoulders. My feedback? Devote energy and effort towards creating a system that works to avoid liability lawsuits. Also, be sure to reward the staff at the Lancaster Ave. location because they saved your asses from incurring such a lawsuit. Fix your shit, U Haul!!!!

The place of pick up was changed without notice to us. We went to the location on the contract and the place was locked up tight. We drove for two hours trying to find another rental before we realized (after being on hold with customer service for 30 minutes) the truck was at a different location. This is after the pick up time was delayed from 12 noon to 4:30 p.m. A nightmare! You need to get your support/logistics in order. Very disappointing.

Reserved a truck a week ago, and truck was not available when I showed up. I had to take a much smaller truck and had movers waiting for me that I was paying by the hour for. I had to make multiple trips because of it and was charged.
