Shatia B.The truck clocked 12 miles moved from 61st oxford to 62nd arch exactly 11 blocks. Loaded only 2 and it's thing its not even a half mile. The gas said half on contract it was empty put 60 my card to fill it on half and had receipt.One staff says one thing and the next says another. It was just below half brought it back using air you can tell we did not go nowhere but sitting on camera in front my house it jumped 2 miles took videos .The equipment is faulty had to wiggle key to turn it on.stay away.

Ajohn R.Make clear that when you select a location for pickup, it is only a PREFERRED location. The original location said they didn't offer cargo vans - why would it be an option when I select it? This complicated things tremendously, and required me to change my move time and take public transport one hour to pickup instead of a 10 minute walk. The location I ended picking up from was fine, but a very far and inconvenient distance for somebody without a car.

RONALD P.There were a couple of issues with the truck. 1st, there was no sliding roller to help transportation of a large object. 2nd, no dolly or hand truck. 3rd, the engine light kept going on and off. Which made the trip very nerve racking. Not sure if the light was an indicator of things to come. Overall job got completed.

I asked for help and she just pointed to the other lady. No matter if I asked her question she would look and point. She was doing some work on her computer. And that's no way to communicate with a customer with non verbal cues. The lady that waited on me was completely friendly and professional. She has braids, African American, 150-170lbs. Brown skinned mixed gray hair scarf and braids.. sorry I don't remember names. That's why I'm using these descriptions

I feel like it was so refreshing to get that type of greeting and help. This uhaul will always be my choice going forward, even if I have to go out of my way. I truly wish I could remember the other young man's name that helped me inside, but he was top notch as well. He made it a priority to get me into the best vehicle for the best price. Simply outstanding duo!

Alonzo W.I put protect insurance on this vehicle and still got charge for oil & tire repair. My son drives well, I will not use uhaul/ this location again. My son said the truck was fine no issues. I wouldn't have rented ansked him to pick up my refrigerator if I thought he couldn't handle it. He never took the dally & was told it would be refunded and it wasn't. This was the worse experience ever and no I will not refer anyone.

Delcina W.My experience today was not the best. I reserved a trailer at your 48th St location was re-routed to another location (61st Lancaster) in order to satisfy my equipment request. After getting to the new location I was informed that the electric cord was not in inventory and again was being routed to another location opposite the direction I need to go thus I elected to rent a truck despite the additional cost. The cost out weighed the lost of an entire day, ultimately lost of income. I was informed of the 3pm return time. Accordingly it was and the fuel replaced that was used. Upon return the attendant was extremely busy and asked that I leave it and my paperwork to be emailed to me. And it was 4 hours later only to disclose a fuel charge for an additional 2 gallons of gas. The vehicle was returned at the same level received. In the future I will remain on location to ensure this does not happen again without being addressed in person, not hours later by email. Again my experience was not satisfactory.
Roderick F.Please check equipment before saying you have what you asked for available. I asked for a 20' and had to settle for 17' because of holes in roofs and corners of vehicles at that location. I was compensated partially for the fuel but had to make 2 trips instead of one for the move. Took more time. The staff was great and had great attitudes towards my inconvenience . Their attitudes made my experience a bit more bearable. I would rent here again and hope the equipment would be readily available, clean and gassed up next time.

ZOE O.I rented the trailer for one day and then I was charged for a second day even though I had returned it on time from my original contract. In addition, the equipment was in poor condition, dirty and in dented everywhere. The first trailer I was offered looked like someone had used it as a cement mixer. The second one was not much better but I took it. The customer service person was friendly but extremely slow, so much so that I was very late getting to my appointment.
Michael K.I only rented the truck for 1 day, however I was billed for 2 days, which made my account go into the negative, I rented it on Monday April 11th and returned it April 12, but it say returned on April 13th which is clearly wrong, if you look at my agreement which I signed at the time of pick up you will see my signature, if you look at the one that was emailed to me on April 13th, there is no signature so why did I get billed for 2 days????

He is smart, efficient, compassionate and a total asset to your company. I do believe uhual should hire security for his location as well as others because online uhual promises or messes up something with a move and people are mad they take it out on him and he doesn't deserve it. I drove and moved from New York to Philly and didn't have a unit ready for me but he kept his composure and figured out how to deescalate the situation with some other agitated customers that weren't so understanding and he deals with this daily. I don't know how far this review will go but I just felt the need to say something about Frank! Give him a raise!

I had to wipe my belongings off and check for droppings and live rodents before putting my items in my car. U keep raising the price for "maintenance " but this is unacceptable and customers should be made aware of the rodent problem.

I placed my items in the storage in December and not one time did I come back to enter the unit until Sunday 4/5/20 to remove my furniture and close out my storage account. Sunday night I'm getting bit by bedbugs. Your units have bedbugs and I will be calling to speak to a Manager in regards to this situation. If my things became affected from renting one of your units, I wonder who else unit is being affected. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending that facility to anyone I know.
