We rented the storage unit for almost a year. We have gone to our unit several times and only a couple of those times were the staff friendly and helpful majority of the time we had interactions with the staff they were very off-putting other than that the facility was very clean And conveniently available .

I was told that they closed at 7pm. I said it would be very close to that time when I dropped the truck off. They said if I don't make it, just drop the key into the dropbox. I was there very close to 7pm. Possibly a couple of minutes before or after. However, I was charged for the entire evening until 7am the next day. They hadn't informed me that I would be charged to the next day. It was a very unpleasant surprise. Had I known that, I would have driven a little faster to be there well before 7pm.

This was the worst rental I have ever had .i put gas in the truck prior to its return and was charged an additional $14- the truck parking location was at an incline. The transmission button was on and it was difficult to get the vehicle to move forward- when I picked up the vehicle- they had to fill the tire because it was flat. I was told the first 20 miles were free and then a charge for any additional miles - I was charged for all 18 miles. The staff here are absolutely rude and don't know how to communicate with customers I will never rent from U-Haul ever again .. I will absolutely do whatever in my power to find friends or family or another way of moving my stuff and f I ever have to move anything again

The U-Haul wood boxes are the reason I'll go with Pods next time. Locking latch section on both boxes were attached by 4 Phillips wood screws. Doors wouldn't shut completely, both had to be forced closed and there still was an inch gap.

Other than the trailer not on the correct size ball the customer service and follow up was great for the unfortunate incident. I should have checked it and asked myself as the trailer is not labeled what size ball hitch to use. I'm glad no one was hurt.

Storage unit ceilings were not as shown in the showroom. I couldn't even fit my furniture upright and my mattresses were tore up by the rough wood plank ceiling and had to be bent in half just to get them into the unit sideways and still have space for the rest of my things. Because the ceilings were so low I also had to purchase a second unit just to fit everything when I was expecting to have plenty of space to stack boxes. Also the parking lot, if you can even call it that is an absolute mess and a hazard. Trying to load and unload furniture and boxes through doors that you have to key swipe every single time to enter made our moving process so much more difficult and trying to park and exit when all the U-haul trucks are there was absurd. This is probably the poorest storage unit location step up I have ever seen. Plus there is no prorated move out which I have never rented a storage unit that doesn't prorate their move in and move out so that was financially detrimental and the storage units also had some units that were up stairs. I don't know anyone who would rent a unit where they have to haul stuff up and down stairs just to store them. I will never use U-haul storage ever again. Any time I needed to talk to staff I had to wait for over 20 minutes even when it was just one person in line and one day I just walked out because it was talking so long and I just had a simple question to verify payment went through for my units. They also failed to refund me for a hitch that I did not purchase but was still charged to my credit card. I was going to purchase a hitch with the trailer I was going to rent but the lights on the trailer did not work so they couldn't rent it to me and so I said I don't need to purchase the hitch then but they still charged me for it even though I didn't even take one. The facility was clean but there was also no light inside the storage units which made finding stuff inside them difficult too. The storage access and business hours were convenient but everything else about renting here was as inconvenient as possible. Two stars, one for cleanliness and the other for pity for the next person who rents a unit here.

I calculated my mileage and I drove 121 actual driving miles. I was charged for 295 miles. Is this a scam to charge your customers?

Cleaning the cab prior to customers arrival. Having a full body inspection and diagnostics completed before equipment is used to do a long distance drive. It was not maintained and resulted to truck breaking down only 2 hours on the drive. It was the most inconvenient, unprofessional, stressful experience I have ever had with U-haul. Very disappointed.

The trucks are very dirty. The first one was soo gross of cigi6 stink we had to trade. the second one was dirty Inside the truck a d the gas ap wax off. The doors we greasy like a mechanic smeared ha ds all o er it. But in all it got my belongings moved.JILL

I arrived at location 5 minutes prior to closing. Male employee was able to assist and rent a pick up truck to me. Very helpful. Female co-employee was visible frustrated and was making facial expression to male employee not to help me. Male employee was able to assist me within 10 minutes which was no hassle to him. Overall, I appreciate that the male employee was able to assist me.

My truck was extraordinarily dirty with food and trash everywhere and smelled of cigarettes. I left a photo of the mess when i picked up the truck thru the site and was still charged a cleaning fee!

I took pictures of the milage and gas using your app sent to my messages. It clearly showed the milage was wrong according to what was logged. It was off 2 miles. Also we had only 1/8 of gas not 1/4. But charged me 11$ for gas. I think that's bull!! Where's my pictures I took on your app? Hmmm can't access can I? Figures!!!

I got a uhaul from your location today. And it had homeless people doing drugs in the back when I got home. They were locked in there 3 hours before I opened the back of the truck. Took me all day to get rid of them they just now left in the front of my house even after calling the cops and making a report. I came back to the location to switch out the U-haul. Hoping that they would do something about it. But instead they just switched it out and said they were sorry. I am very disappointed with the service that I received this location. Somebody should have checked the trucks in the morning to make sure that people weren't in the back especially finding out the dislocation. I have this problem. I shouldn't have had to deal with fentanyl nor pills that they dumped all over the ground in front of my house

I placed an order on line and should have been charged to 2970. I made sure to add a dolly and moving blankets. I got a call from someone asking if I would move my reservation to a further away uhaul and get a free pickup day on Saturday. I go to pickup it up and an another day on the drop off so it's due on monday and roadside assistant which should have been an extra 160. When I paid it was 3300 I was then called by uhaul asking what location I wanted to drop off on Sunday and I told them no I was dropping it off on Monday, they said they looked into it and added an extra day for free. So I shouldn't have paid for any extra days but I did. The pickup location also claimed that my rental had a furniture dolly only so I am gonna guess that whoever switched my reservation messed it all up and I ended up paying more than I should have.

First, the attendant didn't even tell me where the truck was and I had to wonder around the lot to find the truck, Second, I ordered a dolly and furniture pads and the attendant assured me they were in the truck. I got home and they were not. Third, the app didn't have the current information or the extra insurance I paid for. Fourth, the attendant told me he'd email me the receipt and when I called about the dolly and furniture pads, the representative told me they didn't even have my email on file to email the receipt. I will NEVER use or refer this U-Haul location again! The attendant was lazy and not helpful. The attendant who checked me in when I returned the truck was great; however, I still won't use or recommend this location again.

We rented the plastic reusable bins. Your website says they are cleaned between every use. But, all 24 of ours were filthy with dirt, glitter, pet hair, dead bugs, etc.

Trailer marker lights constantly needed to be watch to make sure they did not fall off during transit. Ratchets were rusty and hard to operate. I had to lubricate the ratchets myself to use it. The customer should not have to pay for rental (128) and then maintenance the trailer to properly uae it. There was dents al around the unit, to include on the licence plate which is severly damaged. There was rust around the brake actulator and system. Althogh operational, its my opinion that the trailer need to go through the manufacturer maintenance cycle as soon as possible. This causes me to question if ANY preventive maintenance is Actually done.

When I get there to drop-off the truck , the female charge me another amount of money because I exceed certain amount of miles... I'm military pcs to Germany and I feel the process of rent was no 100 % clear and alway is something catching up to charge some extra money. So disappointing

I got the units as a free month with my one way truck and trailer rentals. They were to catch any overflow that wouldn't fit into the truck. I never actually moved into them. Parking is a major problem here. There are three parking spaces for people with storage. The rest of the property is for incoming and outgoing mobile equipment.

I rented at this facility for over 25 years and there was never a moment where the staff was not excellent and provided superior customer service. The facility was top notched. I highly recommend this facility..

If I was renting a truck or trail from this site, YES I would recommend. Storage is another matter, I would recommend the other Parkland site for storage.

The price of my storage unit kept going up. Finally I just emptied it and placed my items else where. I live in 188sq ft. Not big at all. Seattle is cheaper then Tacoma I live in Seattle use to live in Tacoma. Even though it was cheaper at the time and convenient I was just saddened that it kept going up.

There was a problem with the information provided by the national U-Haul team. Wrong time if unit closing and the wrong location. However, everything worked out well once I spoke with the representative at the store

Online instructions were incomplete and led me to believe I could access my unit without going to the office during business hours. Email gave me an access code that has never/will never work. Online instructions should mention that you still need to go into the office to complete move in and get an access card in order to access the unit. Instructions from employees was clear.

My unit was broken into. Thought only a few thousand in items were stolen when I did a quick walk thru. After moving my stuff out found that more than I originally thought was taken. Around 5 thousand dollars worth of items stolen. Was told cameras were not working that day! Haha!!! All this does not even include the items that can NEVER be replaced!!!!! Oh and OVER 5 thousand dollars in tools that I didn't know how to account for because I've been buying them for over 20 years. So thank you for keeping my items safe Uhaul. I can see from your public tv in the lobby that the cameras look fine to me but for sum reason they didn't work when all my stuff was stolen. As far as renting a truck from Uhaul that seems to be ok. The directions to get into the door where the storage rooms are could of more direct. I had to slide my access card in one door and into another door. If is was not for another employee who was on a break I would been confused how to get into the building.

The staff wasn't terrible, but also wasn't super helpful resulting in my average rating. I asked for $5 000 worth of insurance coverage and they only gave me $1,000, so I'm mainly upset that I didn't get what I requested. Apart from that, the GM was very friendly and you could tell that he really cared about his business through the way he interacted with both his subordinates and the customers.

It very hard to get a hold of someone. I haven't been able to get in my storage unit. For almost a week not the waiting time is longer than stated. I want to know why my access was denied. I even sent an email.and no one has responded

I wish I could give this more stars, but every single time we ever talked to a U-Haul employee we had negative experiences. They clearly do not hire people that are friendly. It's especially bad as this was my first experience using their storage facility. It was very confusing at the beginning how we were allowed to enter and exit the building. Every time we asked for help they were unfriendly and somewhat unhelpful. They spoke to us like we should already know exactly what we are supposed to do. I had a huge sense of relief whenever we stopped using the storage facility yesterday. The facility itself seemed maintained well enough. I felt the price was fair. I just don't recommend this company due to the horrible customer service.

Your call center are not trained well. I was promised twice a 24 hour access storage unit and jumped through hoops to arrange everything just to be told that it was NOT 24 hrs when I got to the location. Ended up having to keep the truck I rented a whole 2nd day when I shouldnt have.

Our U-haul box was loaded on backwards so the door opened to the hitch side, which made it very, very difficult to unload the box.
