Don't report your customers to the police that vehicle is stolen when it wasn't. As well as lie to your customer over he phone saying they reached out to the police to handle the matter to find out the next morning from a manager that it actually wasn't. I was put at risk for a felony charge for something I just paid you 2 400 in rental fee the month before and have receipts.

Return to the previous policy of allowing the 19,99 $ a day rental for the 8 ft pickup to be done with a debit card. We have rented that way previously through your company without a problem but was unable to do so this time which forced me to upgrade to the 10 ft box truck which added approximately 80 $to the original bill.

Pay closer attention to the maintenance of your vehicles. Drivers side wiper blade was damaged and should have been replaced...a cheap fix when it comes to customer safety. Linkage in column shifter was extremely loose, had hard time getting into directional gear needed. Inner face of the windshield was filthy.

My husband tried to pay in cash. They gave him part of his change and said that they would give him the rest when he returned the equipment because they did not have money. I think that he did not get the correct change. Of course, I am not sure because there was no receipt. Kind of shady.

Not charge one dollar Thursday and Friday on top of the rental. Some of us aren't made of money and this became a costly rental because of the mileage some I couldn't use the toll to cut into the miles. Mileage rates should be the same every day of the week.

Coffee and donuts would be nice. Just kidding! I was in and out in 20 mins., excellent staff. I did the on-line check-in. All my info was there. They verified my DL, ran my credit card, and then attached the motorcycle trailer to my SuV. They verified the lights and blinkers before departure. The return was faster...the attendant was waiting; flagged me over, disconnected the trailer, emailed my receipt, and gone in 8 mins. The place was very clean; nice inventory inside. My go-to place for rentals.

There is a substantial U-Haul location in Baytown, TX that does not keep a trailer of this size on hand, I have to drive over 35 miles to get and then to return the trailer to Pasadena when the Baytown store is just 4 or 5 miles from my home.

The people at the u haul on red bluff road were helpful in helping get a truck, but when I came back to return the truck a day early, I asked for a credit since I returned it by 10:30 a day early and they told me that I would not get a refund of any kind. Needless to say, I was not happy at all with u haul since I felt like that I should get a refund of some sort, since I turned the truck in one whole day early. I don't think that is fair of u haul to charge a customer if they return a truck or trailer late, but aren't willing to give a refund, especially when it is returned a little more than 24 hours earlier than what was on the contract.

The customer service representative was absolutely awesome the truck however what is kind of a nightmare. The handle for the window crank came off in my hand the minute I got in the truck the sunvisor kept falling down because it wouldn't stay in place it clearly doesn't fit, neither one of the lighters would work so I couldn't plug in my phone charger it had no charger outlets but I couldn't even plug in my charger. I know that these are minor things but I only needed the truck for a few hours I think I had it for two I really needed my phone and the battery died I really need to charge it at this point as I needed to navigate to where I was going to pick up the bed I really love your company I just need some minor creature comfort's when I spend money like that

All the equipment isn't one way rental. All the unit's should be available for one way rentals. Some moves are not local and having to bring the unit back to the same store you rented from is not beneficial to the customer, and causes extra hassle and expense. I was not happy about having to bring the unit back to Texas after delivering furniture to Mississippi.

My storage experience was great! The guy I dealt with was thorough and very nice. However, check in 4 my uhaul vehicle was HORRIBLE! The website would not upload my pic on step 5 of 5 and after being on hold with uhaul's corp office for almost 45 minutes, I took a screenshot of the page and dropped the key in the drop box! Now I have to get up at 7am ro call the location!

Everything here was fine, had no problems getting my stuff in and out, until I had to deal with the staff. The staff is lazy in doing what needs to be done in a timely fashion. Even after leaving the unit, Calling ahead of time TWICE, to make sure I'll be taken out of the system, my card still gets charged and with an added late fee?? When I call the guy on the phone he says "we're probably too busy to do a walk through on the unit. " wow, how reassuring..

Closing on my new home was delayed, having the first month free storage with truck rental was truly a blessing when I had the stress and uncertainty of where to put my stuff from selling my first home. The whole experience at this location was excellent.

If I had to use a storage again. It would be with y'all. My experience was perfect. The staff really look out for there customer's. And have a honest staff. And all my belongings was taking care of. I moved in July of 2018. Left a living room set and a bedroom set. Ended up losing the sofas and king mattress to mold and mice. Mice droppings covered the entire floor when I got everything out.

Unit was broken into, no security cameras working at the time or even multiple times thereafter. Security gate removed to be replaced and never completed. Removed my belongings because of these issues

The staff was so friendly and helpful! I had an indoor unit and the halls were very clean, no sign of any pest activity in my unit. They had a controlled access gate they removed, but my stuff was ok.

Facility is ok enough. They get really busy and overwhelmed. My negative revolve around one particular staff member who would always disappear. Left me standing there 40 min upon move out. Not cool.

During move out some employees were going into each empty space for maintenance and each entry they made caused the alarm to go off. Just a suggestion that they should be able to do this quietly.

There were roaches all over the place and it also smelled of urine.. I paid extra to have 24 hour access and yet the sliding door to my building was ALWAYS locked after closing time HUGE inconvenience
