Equipment was very clean. We did not notice until the following morning (before daylight) that the passenger side headlight was not working. We did mention this upon return of the vehicle in Astoria, OR.

Train your staff on how to process a rental for a cooperate account that has a credit card attached to it in stead of demanding a personal card even though we rented the same truck the week before and they were able to find the company card on file then.

Drop off location tried for an hour to get contract fixed from original pick up location. The assistant manager was very apologetic and tried his best for almost an hour. End result was not the best. But that may because of corporate. System used needs work in my opinion.

The trailer we reserved was not available so we had to end up with a much smaller trailer that did not fit all our stuff. They did give us a good deal to make up for it, but it was still extremely frustrating

1) It took 1hr 40 minutes from waiting in line till we took the car van 2) services way to slow, long, and unfriendly 3) theirs no thinking outside the box to assist customer needs

Great team at this Uhaul. I don't know the Asst Managers name but he was great to work with. The previous customer was over 2.5hrs late on the van drop off... but he was great went beyond to take care of me. Great example for all! Thank you for having this guy on your team!

Staff young and inattentive to customers. I was greeted when I walked in, nor was I acknowledged when face to face with a rental agent. There appeared to be staff working at the facility, but only one helping customers up front. The most excited I saw a staff member was when he has clocking out for the day (again with customers waiting)... right at the register which made it awkward because I thought he was coming up to help me— not clock out.

I talked to Felicia in customer service on Friday. I have been billed twice for the same hitch. $315.83 plus $38.23 deposit on 8/12 and then $341.12 on 8/19. I need a credit for the hitch that was not installed! I can provide copies of our company credit card statement if needed. I need a resolution to this matter ASAP. Rental was for 6am and the Get your Truck 24/7 app did not work. It said the reservation was expired and the location did not open until 7am. The staff at the location was not at all familiar with the app. It took over an hour to get our rental truck once the location opened. They attempted to charge double the equipment fee than what was on my online reservation cost AND also listed on their price board in the location. When returning the truck we were told that it would take over an hour as well. Using the app to return the truck went very smooth and quick (less then 5 mins).

When Many was the manager there everything was run in a tip top condition. Your new management not so much. It is now very understaffed and not near as professional. Your truck needed steering work and the ramp repaired as it was hard to put away. My biggest complaint is this management is referring your customers to the worst rated movers in the area. Just look them up on Yelp....... Very very poor business reputatation and it reflects on Uhaul.

The dolly and furniture pads I initially ordered were not included, though I called and they were able to remove the charges from my reservation. Additionally, the U-haul it self had a peice of the floor in the box that was falling through posing a serious hazard to anyone who accidentally stepped on it.

Most of the time the security was fine but as I was moving stuff out the doors you have to have a code to access were broken for a while according to what I was told so anybody can walk in at anytime.

Didn’t realize the storage unit access was 24hr hours. I assumed it was only 7-7 on Saturdays as noted on the sign near the pin pads. Very clean, busy & secure facility. Friendly staff.

When asked to remove ice and snow from loading path, said yes but didn't. Key card doesn't work, they won't fix. Door closest to unit blocked by equip & snow free? Told us "those doors don't open"

Angered. Scheduled delivery cancelled, could only be rescheduled a week later. Had to leave work to pick up UBoxes to meet unloading arrangements. Don't offer if you can't honor. Otherwise Ubox was ok

It takes just one person to bring down everyone's average. The majority of the employees I found to be very helpful; one female employee (not the cleaner) needs to develop customer relations skills.

HORRIBLE Customer service. We rented a uhaul and 6 hrs later after we loaded our uhaul there we tried adjusting the rusted mirror it shattered. The GM refused to fix it, left us high and dry!
