I drove up and sat there per their sign instructions for 2-3 minutes. I finally decided to walk inside, and there were 3 employees at the counter who didn't acknowledge me. I had to ask what I do for returning the U-Haul, then they activated to take my keys and process the return.Christopher C.

I made a reservation over a week in advance for a 20 ft truck; however, upon arrival the uhaul employee informed me that they have no 20 ft trucks available. The employee then scrambles to call her manager who offers no solution. To make things better she offers to increase mileage and rent me a 15 ft vehicle. I explain how the extreme inconvenience cannot be made up with simply increasing mileage as my final destination is still the same. She then offer to discount 20 dollars such was more infuriating than anything. Me being in a bind had no other option than to take the 15 ft truck and reduced amount. Due to this error I now have to make a second trip and rent another vehicle. Which probably won't be with uhaul or at least this location as they do not abide by their reservation policy. Extremely disappointed and infuriated with this location.Victor C.

Yes, for convenience relative to our destination. Eight trucks waiting for check-in and the app would not let me take the photos needed to complete the check-in online. Thanks to one of the guys for recognizing my issues and coming back to verify so I could leave.POWELL E.

I recommend adding another equipment drop off location sign to the front of the main office. Google maps leads you to the storage location not the drop off. I wasn't able to get a paper receipt because it's dependent on the staff checking in the trucks. For process improvement, I suggest moving to a mobile device for them to do that real time. I still haven't received an email receipt and I dropped off the truck 2 days ago.JACQUELINE G.

If it's online it should be online not involve going into the store. Why does it require so many forms of verification? Why can't I download my rental agreement? My last 2 apartment rentals have been done online. I have no paperwork to take a picture of for you. My employer was not open at the time of my rental either. This was very inconvenient for me and a waste of my time. I also don't have time to read the rental agreement. I would have put gas in the truck if the tank was full when I rented it, but it wasn't! I didn't know how much gas I used.Tina P.

They didn't have the size truck we reserved so we had to take a smaller one. They didn't have one of the dollys we reserved but still tried to charge us for it. Because we had to take a smaller truck, we were told by Candace that we would be getting 2 more days for our trouble. When we got there, they had no record of that and wouldn't give us the 2 more days at this location. Their attitude at this location was horrible. We won't be back.JOE P.

Booked for 7am. No one called to get agreement the night before as stated. Thought it was user friendly. Managed to log on to check for vehicle. Took at least 30 min long time to get truck location. Spend more than 2 hour to finally get the key code to access. Contact live chat and get disconnected as soon as a representative answer yet they don't bother to find way to reconnect. Spent 45 min to finally have someone answer the phone and then another 10 minutes to transfer to another representative just to get the lock code.Mai N.

It cannot take thirty minutes to process each customer. At the rate I saw, this location could service a maximum of 24 clients a day. At 100 $per person, you would not make enough revenue to cover your expenses, not by a long shot. Just process people quicker.DILLON W.

Not claiming I used 5 gallons of gas for a 16 mile total roundtrip would be a great start. I put over a gallon back in before returning it to make up for what was used, so the math doesn't add up at all.Holly B.

The self-checkout after-hours is definitely a benefit, but takes a masters degree (or a new generation comfortable with a smartphone) to successfully complete. I think this is the way of the future, but was a little non-intuitive and arduous to get it completed for a retired person. Any chance of simplification? Can the customer do a minor effort and have the U-Haul staff do the rest? Also, my location was under construction and it was never conveyed to me where the key drop-off box was located. I had to "go rouge" and walk over to the construction site to find the drop-off box. Highly non-customer friendly. FYI, before retirement, I used do do this stuff as a living for Dell Computer. Please take this feedback seriously. I don't normally give it, but I was impressed with the self check-out app that was created. Hats off to the folks trying to get this right.KEVIN J.
