TRACY P.WE returned the trailer THE SAME NIGHT put it RIGHT IN FRONT OF ALL OF THE RETURNED TRUCKS when the workers came in Monday AM they would have HAD TO MOVE the trailer to move ANY of the other returned trucks at all not to mention it was RIGHT OUTSIDE THEIR DOOR AND UNDER AT LEAST 3 cameras. I got a call/voicemail wanting to know when we were returning it - I called no answer waited over 25 minutes talked to a girl somewhere said she'd note the account and message the location they would call me shortly - THEN I called back talked to another woman said no notes she tried calling the store straight to forward - she left notes on account and sent them messages (I am out of town for work) MY CARD WAS CHARGED A 2nd DAY - my wife had to GO TO THE LOCATION where some asshole got all smart with her and told her when he had time he'd have to watch the video but it if it was there it was my fault I returned it to the wrong spot on the lot or my fault the maybe gave me the wrong trailer ALL THE WHILE TREATING MY WIFE like a low life that stole the trailer then went in to argue about it - she insisted on waiting - he found JUST AS WE SAID it was returned COULDN"T EVEN SAY SORRY just kept acting as if it was our fault - THAT KID NEEDS FIRED AND WE NEED AN APPOLOGY ALONG WITH MONEY BACK FOR MULTIPLE UNNECESSARY trips not to mention HOURS on the phone Make sure you video and photo your return AND be ready to have to go back there cause they will not answer the phone OR return a message and just keep charging your card

Staff should then remain to assist or direct the customer with a review of the vehicle condition before departure.

Allan C.The box truck was not cleaned before I took it. There was mulch all over in the back yet I was charged a cleaning fee. I'm willing to bet every customer is charged a cleaning fee until they call in and complain because they don't check their vehicles between rentals. I also never received a refund report/final statement. Please send it.

Carole C.This location is awesome, as are the people working there. The have all gone over and above in taking care of their customer. In this case, Josh and Karl. My complaint is first with your website and, second with the people on your 800 number. While trying to navigate your website, it alternated by kicking me out before I could get pictures uploaded and telling my password was invalid. While I was attempting to navigate thru that mess, I had an operator on the line. They eventually left before my issue was resolved. The second attempt, I was disconnected and the third, no solution was reached before Karl arrive to start the day. I hung up when Karl began to assist me. This is third time I have had issues with both your app and your website. One was while trying to return a vehicle and the other 2 were while trying to pick one up. Seriously considering one of your competitors for August when I require another van.
George S.They lied to me about the gas. It was not explained that I had to put more gas in the vehicle then when I recieved it. I put the gas right back where it was @ & was still charged more. I feel like I was cheated. Your employees definitely need to do a better job of explaining that.

Al R.I made a reservation to have 2 movers help me through the website. When I was contacted about setting up the time to meet, the movers changed the time three times and finally I had to just cancel the order because it wasn't going to fit my schedule. When I completed my order and returned the equipment, I asked the manager if they could take anything off of the total bill for my inconvenience but they said because it was a 3rd party mover that it wasn't there responsibility to cover any of the charges or time lost on my part.

Wade W.This Uhaul location has a 'Rodent' and 'Rat' problem. I scene a very large 'Rat' when I moved out. These units are not sealed. Meaning rotten and rats can move from one unit to another. You can smell the malt balls odor throughout the storage facility. The facility looks clean and orderly. Please request and ask to see these units. To see my points. I can't recommend this facility to anybody. They certainly have a rat problem at this location. This is the honest God 'TRUTH'.

Rene F. | Premières impressionsMy unit had mouse droppings in it. When I showed Jessica, she said she would have some one clean it. Whoever cleaned it didn't clean it all up. There were several locations in the unit with mouse droppings. I loaded my belongings on one side of the unit and will see if someone can clean the remaining droppings. Or I may do it myself. I know many storage units have mice, but at least TRY to make it look like you don't. . The locks don't work well on the units either. I have to go back up to have them drill a bigger hole so the lock actually works. The unit should have been cleaned and inspected before I checked in. I wish I could say I'd recommend it, but I can't right now. Fortunately, I will only need it for a few months. If this were going to be a longer term rental, I think I'd look elsewhere.

We had a truck full of furniture that would have been too tall to fit in this unit and also a fridge. I was never told the type of storage I was offered was short. So only a small load of stuff was brought there. I had to rent another place Saturday from A normal style storage unit. The uhaul storage was free to us however the unplanned mileage put on the uhaul truck cost me extra money. I will be contacting uhaul about this because not only did I have to rent a unit elsewhere I now put an additional 20 miles on the truck. And ontop of that I'm going to have to pickup everything I did put at the uhaul facility another day.

Cara T. | Online Move InI made several trips to move out. Once, the sliding doors weren't opened. This was around noon, so it wasn't because it was off hours. This made it very difficult to move out using the door, which is down a narrow hallway. I called to let them know it was locked and waited on hold for over 15 minutes. Apparently, you get kicked over to a hotline when you call. She was no help, said to just go inside and tell them. I said I will not, that nobody wears masks that work there, even though it's required by our Governor to wear them in businesses. Once, I came a little after 7pm, and access to the storage units were closed. Online and on the sign, it is posted that OFFICE hours close at 7pm, however it states that access to storage units were to be until 10pm. Wasted trip all the way down there. Because of that, I had to scramble to move out the day of. There is always junk in the parking lot, at least by the loading dock where I frequented. Because I made so many trips every day to my unit, I noticed some used band-aids a little further down in the hallway. They were there for days and to my last day, were still there. Everything is so dark and dingy inside, also. Rent kept going up. Once, I received a notice that they were painting, so they needed to raise the rent to keep it maintained. When they painted it looked fresh and new. However, it was not maintained. I noticed when I was moving out, that several holes were patched all around, but never painted over. So, all you see are all these spackled holes everywhere. Lastly, as I mentioned, nobody there wears masks. It took me over a week, making a total of 30 trips to move everything and so I saw several times throughout the week of employees talking close to customers with no mask on. Whether it be showing a customer a new unit inside, behind the the counter at service, or them showing or receiving storage trucks from customers, they never wore a mask. I saw all customers wear them. There is even a sign in their window to please wear one upon entry. I understand it's inconvenient, I know, I moved wearing one the whole time. Some days were very hot, and yet I kept it on for respect of others.

There should be ramp access. The unit door height is also very low which made getting oversized items extremely difficult to get into the unit.
