Customer service was excellent! The truck was dirty both in the cab and in the truck. Also I found out the hard way that when you put the truck in park it's really not in park. It's in reverse, you have to really push the handle hard I to park. I thought I was in park, the indication said park but it wasn't, it was in reverse and started to move backwards. I paid all that money and the truck has issues!!!! I would recommend the location for the customer service but not for the cleanliness of the trucks.

The experience using the Custer Service Center through the Uhaul app was terrible with the service rep having me drive all over Wisconsin and Minnesota to pick up a truck and trailer. Eventually, I called the Plymouth location directly and they straightened out the mess.

The step to the back of uhaul gets very slippery when it's snowy, it's not slip resistant at all, people can easily fall off the step. the floor of the back of the uhaul needs to be more slip resistant as well for winter.

When I received my truck the miles was completely different, I asked for help to walk around the truck and ask question and no help with that. I didn't leave uhaul until a 45 minutes waiting after being helped so I left and my nephew helped me thankfully.

Professional and friendly staff, particularly Fred, who clearly knows what he is doing and was able to accommodate and guide me through out my check-in experience. He considerately chose a storage unit near the loading dock, ground level, after he heard I was loading an antique upright piano. He then took the time to walk me through all of the access steps that needed to be taken during and after-business hours. There are restrooms, drinking fountain and multiple carts available which made the ease of moving SO much better.

So nice!! Easy to understand the entire process for renting actually 2 trucks this week for different projects. I also rented a storage locker and was happy with the price. Loved the enclosed load/unload area.

I did the 24/7 pick up, the truck was not I. The parking lot, thank goodness the location was open. They truck overall was clean but there was an empty soda can under the seat and used napkins in the passenger side door I had to throw out.

The installation of the tow to the truck took much longer than expected because of the battery in the truck needing to be repaired, don't know the exact specifics, but that was the situation regardless. Then when I arrived in Texas and went to unload the car off the tow, I found that the car had been pulled too far forward on the tow and was pulling my front right bumper off as it was being unloaded. This problem was noted at the store I returned the tow to. And I need to have this issue resolved.

I wanted to leave my trailer in Iowa after having a deal fall through. Instead they wanted to charge me 600 dollars to leave it there!! So I was forced to drive home an empty trailer 250 miles in a blizzard. Will avoid renting from you guys bon the future.

I was about 45 minutes late returning the pickup after getting it cleaned and washed out at the gas station. In the past when I've been a little late returning the vehicles, U-haul employees haven't charged me for the extra rental period. In this instance, the employee charged me 79 $for an extra rental period because of that 45 minute return delay. I didn't realize it until the vehicle was returned and I was checked out. At that point I was charged 79 $and didn't even get to use the vehicle for that extra rental period. I consistently rent pickup trucks from this location and have spent over 1 200 $on rentals in the past couple months alone. I understand that I was over on the rental time, but a little leniency for a frequent customer would have been nice. 79 $over that seems exorbitant.

Employees either had their masks below their nose, or on their chins. When I rented an item I was told to go get it myself. It had a nail in its wheel that scratched my floor. Wasn't satisfied at all, but didn't want to fight over such a small amount of money.

I moved out because Uhaul trucks and vans were frequently parked directly in front of the loading doors of the climate controlled area. When I asked about it at the office and told them I was moving out due to this issue the response was "that's fine". 2 year customer gone for good.

I was pleased with service and loading area. However, I am not pleased I had to purchase a lock when I had already purchased one--the lock provided was less secure than mine and I am not overly concerned about cutting due to the lack of valuable items, renters insurance, and the front door security. This seemed like an extra "fee" that really made the unit not "free" espically when the lock was not cheap.

The only misunderstanding was upon return, when a female staff assumed that the van was empty when we brought it back, so, without asking, sent us to the check-in tent. The two most important elements were very good; overall cleanliness and temperature controlled for storage of art work. Staff found me a location that was convenient as I moved work in and out frequently. I was frustrated by the inconvenience of the pass card frequently not working without multiple attempts (at times having to call for assistance). The available access hours were at times limiting.

The facility in Plymouth MN was fully adequate in every way. The faculty on Packers Ave in Madison WI is understaffed-1/2 hour waiting lines and no one answers the phone; not too happy about this.

There is one are of improvement needed: 1) The bathrooms often went a couple days without cleaning. Bathrooms should be cleaned daily in order to prevent customer discouragement.
