The size of trailer I booked online ended up being unavailable. I was allowed to get the next larger size for the same price. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Our reception staff was off the chart . Let me explain , she was so happy, very receptive and extremely professional , as she was inspecting we were joking about our trip , it was a great experience and I'll recommend u-haul to anyone .

From the first call that I made to closing out the U-Haul storage when I was done was an excellent experience. The customer service was outstanding. The facility was very clean, very secure, the storage carts to help people move their stuff into the units was so helpful. Being able to rent the unit online was great help as well.

Lisa is an absolute angel, and she went so far above and beyond giving us a great experience that I can't begin to express enough thanks. The facility is beautiful, clean, convenient, and I love that it's climate-controlled and super secure. A nice extra surprise was the clean and plumbed bathrooms onsite - I image those will come in handy during long frustrating days of moving! The only negative thing I would say is that this facility is about twice as expensive as the other local storage areas, which is a pain (take note, corporate), but I have an urgent need for a unit and Lisa was able to make it happen for me when no one else in the county could.

The fuel was not what the paper said, so I set the dash control to show how many miles I went. It shows 11,1 miles I was charged for overage on miles and I figured at 11 miles I would have to pay 6 dollars for gas. No they charged 30 dollars.

Trailers don't lock on to hitch so anyone could steal it. Also i was told my trailer could come loose from the hitch because it was an old and needed to check it every 2 hours of the trip... Very stress full rental

I had issues with equipment I reserved being taken off reservation and never put back on, the counter employees couldn't have cared any less. After I left and called the manager she eventually got it taken care of. Also the return location I put on the reservation was somehow changed and when I showed up to the address on it they told me I had to take it somewhere else causing me to have to drive more and pay more.

Everything and Everyone was great Your prices are insane!! I only rented from you because no one else had a unit. I understand the cost of climate control……. Does not justify your prices. Besides, who needs climate control???!!?? This is rural Utah where folks do not need climate control for storing old junk. Thank you, sort of.

Lisa Moosman of the Price location was fantastic and extremely helpful. There was some sort of mix up in the transit of my box and there wasn't clarity where it was or when it was going to arrive. I had not been able to get assistance from the Medley FL location or the national Uhaul. But Lisa went the extra mile to help me, figuring out where my Uhaul box was, and then making an extra effort to get it to me as ASAP. Literally going the extra mile to drive to Grand Junction CO and then to Moab to get it to me as quickly as she could. Just absolutely fantastic and she should get tons of accolades. Thank you again Lisa!

It was a wonderful experience. I was given a unit by the big sliding doors. I was just one unit down from them. The carts were right by the door. The restrooms were very close as well. I appreciated the area where we could donate good items and people who could use them were able to have them for free. The facility was well lit and I always felt safe. If I ever need a unit again I will choose you. I have also told my friends about the wonderful experience. They were impressed and said they did not realize we had such a nice facility. The price is also very affordable. My items were safe and I loved the climate controlled facity.

I have used other storage facilities through the years, This U-Haul site was convenient when I moved to Price. However I found out later that it was the most expensive storage facility in town. When I vacated my unit, I had 10 days remaining of paid rent. I was told that I would not receive a prorated return of my rent, This is another tactic of corporate theft and greed. I wonder how many others across the nation have been bilked this way. What if U-Haul had to pay it all back.

Unloading a semi truck of household goods on a hot day is difficult. We were offered cold bottles of water. When the one of the moving employees accidentally knocked the fire extinguisher off the wall the fire alarm the U-Haul employee calmly took care of the problem without a making the incident a huge ordeal.

Uhaul as a corporation need to work on their customer service and quick response times when customers are stranded with blown tires. The Price location was great. You need to step up your roadside assistance as a company and start caring about people.

I brought the truck back in 8 hours, cab clean, full tank, and with only 10 miles on it when I had estimated 11. I approved a $60 charges and was actually charged $67.

I was fairly disappointed I called and asked if they had trailer. They said yes and I said ok I'll come get it. When I got there I was told I just reserved it to someone else. I still don't know why she didn't say do you want to reserve this when I talk to her on the phone or she could have said to guarantee it'll be here you need to reserve it! So I had to rent a trailer that was four times too big for what I needed

I wish that when I reserve online all the information, including the credit card, is pushed through to the store so that I don't have to keep giving the same information repeatedly. It would also be really nice to have the vehicle waiting at the front door so that you don't have to schlep across the very large parking lot.

How many time my husband did called several times before we left. We have had 7 U-Boxes. Find that you put 5 full and 5 empty U-Boxes. Also requesting send us on the lists of numbers for U-Boxes. However you sent wrong billing to other A. Hammond into my email address. If you do not real carefully on your own jobs as well. We did called last night. The employee said nothing we can do about it till Monday. If you losing our stuff of U-Boxes then I might have to put bad credit on yours. FIXING UP and TAKE CORRECT NUMBERS plus DO NOT COPY OF our EMAIL ADDRESS from other tenants!!!

I liked the " recycling area", the place to leave extra things, or find useful treasures that others didn't need anymore. What a great idea! Also, good to have a bathroom on the premises, and it was always clean and well maintained. 

Everything was great except I had to call 3 times to reserve. After each time that I reserved storage units the reservation disappeared and they weren't able to find it. So I had to reserve again. That was somewhat frustrating.

Lisa Moosman has been very helpful! I first met her when I stopped to buy moving boxes, paper, etc. She helped me figure out what I needed and I have been using the supplies since that first stop, 3 weeks ago. Then, I decided I wanted to rent a 5'x10' indoor storage unit. I called Lisa and she reserved one for me over the phone. Yesterday I moved some of my things into the unit. I was delighted that she gave me a unit within 25' of the indoor loading area! Wow! The unit is brand new and exceeded my expectations based on all the information Lisa gave me. Thank you for having such a professional, like Lisa on your Price, Utah staff!

Josh runs an exceptionally clean safe storage environment with friendly helpful staff. BUT my trailer rental out of CA was a nightmare and u-haul failed me miserably and I would never rent a trailer again. But I really appreciate the Price UT facility as far as storage goes.

Only 1 thing to comment on. I was like 7 days late on rent and when i paid my bill the day of moving out there was a lock on my unit and an alarm set . Should have been removed that same day . Other than that great experience
