Phone died, which is my fault. But when I went to download the app and log in on my brothers phone the app locked me out and I couldn't check in properly. Live chat was very helpful and noticed check in was unsuccessful due to my phone dying and waived the fee.

General manager falsely claimed that my card had been denied, and threatened me with reporting the truck stolen if I didn't return it by 5pm. I had rented the truck for several days and they had run my card for each extension of time. He claimed "families" were waiting to rent, although the lot there is full with parked trucks. Seriously, who treats paying customers this way?

I had a cargo van reserved, but the renter was 2 days late returning it. They put me in a 10-foot truck, guaranteed the same rate and mileage discount, and even calculated the fuel burn difference between the 2 vehicles and discounted my fuel to return with. I'm very satisfied!

the app to self pick up SUCKS it never works there two times I reserved on the app but both times I had to redo it at the counter bcs of the APP not working in spite of having all the permissions required on. Fix ur app!

My reservation were changed to a different location without my knowledge. I appreciated the upgrade but was instructed that I had to pick up the truck at a different location. I had to return to get a lock off the back of the truck which hindered our moving process. The people were awesome but my overall experience was unacceptable!!

The person in harge was really helpful as we were in an emergency situation late in the day to obtain a trailer. He located a suitable trailer to replace our personal motorcycle trailer and therefore we did not have to spend the night in Pueblo, Colorado..! We got on our way home.

Not really much. Years ago I would rent a truck with no online or registration. Now it takes a while to register but I know it's better to get more information from the customer , and it's like that no matter where and what kind of business a person deals with. I guess I need to learn my phone better.

My 4x7 trailer fit the motorcycle I was picking up perfectly and my little Jeep had no trouble pulling it. My only concern was the gate for the trailer only had one functioning pin. The second pin to secure the gate was missing. Luckily I had no trouble.

Wouldn't answer the phone. Personnel were hidden behind all the U-Haul junk at the counter. Was an asshole about where I parked the trailer, but there was no signage. Asked about propane and he whined about not being able to hear because of the interstate.

I was charged extra mile of usage. But that store location is way on the Northside of town. So from that location to the place I was moving from was 8 Miles. So I use up 8 miles right away.

There needs to be a mechanical assist to move things to the second level. At over 65 carrying things up the stairs is dangerous and presents a tripping hazard.

I moved out of mid month. I paid beginning of the month for two units. When I moved out I did not receive a refund. The agent said, well…the system thinks it is the full month charge so there is not refund. Interesting to pay for the month on the 1st…move out on the 18th of that month…there should be some sort of refund.

Following in order of worst first: •Not secure, no active security or controlled entry. My unit had been broken into from an adjacent unit. •Very tight fit if you have even a small trailer or big, long vehicle. •Mail was repeatedly stolen resulting in payments not received and could not accept electronic payment even from SAME BANK they used. •Inside storage temp supposed to be between 65-80°F, NOPE. Not even close. Gets stupid hot in summer. •Poorly lit for an indoor storage building. Zero light available inside units, bring a bright lantern. •Would not issue refund for pre-payment for no apparent reason. Couldn't mention that when pre-paying for some reason. •Only reason it isn't 1 star is because everyone was friendly & helpful except the little blue-haired girl (I never got her name) who drags the rest down. EVERYONE ELSE was great. •Why on Earth would I try to resolve disputes after the fact ''before commenting''? Only one of the above mentioned issues was a one-off, you failed repeatedly, making me ask for help or recompense for your screw up is just more failure.

Was told I would get a first level unit when I called & made the reservation, my unit was on the 2nd level. Then was told if I went online through the link you sent to my phone that I could save $10 on the lock. Your link led to an error page.

Wasn't happy with the online storage check in. Wasn't able to use it so had to buy the lock. Wasn't expensive, just the fact that I couldn't get the site to work for me.

Very high price for the amount of room. Poor management in the way he talks to customers. Poor customer service in the way of always being routed to the call center. Hard to access unit with narrow walk ways and tight corners. Dumpsters are very far from units and full in every case I tried to use them, on more than one occasion they were locked as well so I had no access. Also my move out date was 8/25 not 9/6 but the bill for another month was not unexpected based on the rest of the experience. More money or worse condition are well worth not using this facility. Also attempted to contacted the gms supervisor several days ago and have heard nothing back

Placing the reservation online was convenient and easy. (So I thought until I discovered an unauthorized charge) After completing the online reservation and getting my confirmation; I then went to the Uhaul Store the following day where the storage unit was located to checkin for my unit. The new female employee was pleasant but did not know everything she needed to know to complete the transaction in the proper way. The following morning, I decided to check my credit card and noticed I was charged $10,71 that I did not authorize. I immediately called the Uhaul phone number on the receipt. A male answered and I explained why I was calling, he then transfered me to a corporate customer service area and I was placed on hold for approx. 15 mins. I had to explain again why I was calling to the customer service person who answered. He then said the charge was for a lock. The lock should have been free with move-in Promotion. He said he couldnt help with the disputed charge. He said he would have to transfer me to the dispute dept. He then placed me on hold again for another approx. 20 mins. A female named Amanda answered the call, I had to explain again the reason for my call. She was very pleasant and tried to help but said she did all she could do on her part and would have to have management call me. I received a call from Josh, the Manager at the Pueblo, CO Store. I had to explain the issue again. (Now a 4th time) We talked then he began to argue about the way the rental procedure was handled incorrectly verses who should have did what on their end and my end. After insisting him to remove the charge, Josh then refunded the lock charge. I asked and received a email confirmation on the lock charge refund transaction and told him I would be seeing him shortly. I then drove to the storage store, asked for him and waited until he came to the counter. I told him that I did not feel the situation was handled correctly and I did not want to do business with people that made unauthorized charges to my account. I wished to cancel the agreement. I had not moved in yet. I gave him the unopened lock. I requested a receipt copy of the credit card refund on storage cancelation. He instructed the female at the counter to process. I then left and rented another unit from a competitor who was further away. It was done online and completed within 15 mins, no hassles or unauthorized charges made from new location. I will not use or recommend Uhaul in the future.

Most of my issues with the service had to do with billing. Constant price increases with minimal notice. I feel that 4 increases in 3 years was a bit much. That is why I moved my items out as soon as I closed on a house closer to me. I am using a local secured facility for half the price.

Not sure if i just missed the description or not but the unit was not as tall as i was expecting. We also had to unload all of our stuff farther away from the unit than expected.

I was treated like a second class citizen. The staff except one acted like it was a chore to take their time with me. And some of the staff would tell me something and then do the opposite and tell me to bad. Won't give 5 stars to that franchise.

The staff at the Carruth Court address in Pueblo, CO are fabulous. George stood out as they helped above and beyond when we were removing our items from storage. It was very hot, our moving helpers canceled, leaving my 13 year old and I to load in the desert heat and sun. George recognized our plight, and stepped in to help. I was suffering from heat stroke so George gave us a place to rest and plenty of cool water to reduce our symptoms. Everyone employed at this facility is great, however that day, George took the time to help us get finished with our move out.

They were life savers..the help i was supposed to have wasnt able to come. They were nice enough to help unload ny grandmas china hutch taking extra care to not let the rain get it. I was stressed that i wasnt going to be able ti get stuff unloaded in time but the worker was very calm, told me not to worry they would help me and wasnt upset or rude about my situation..which made things go much better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank yoh again!

Friendly store staff they were amazing best I've come by! If it wasent for that staff I would be blowing up the bad reviews......but overall UHaul was a mess Had to make 3 different truck rentals all at different locations because they would reserve me a vehicle they didn't have available! And than on top of that was overcharged for accessories. I have waited on hold to talk to someone twice for over 50 mins even tho the wait time said 20 mins. I'm furious I tried to cancel my storage and they said their systems were down And than a day later I was charged for the whole next month !!!

You should let your customers know that you don't have access cards and cannot access storage . I drive 3 hrs one evening to get something out my storage. Your web page and notices outside say access cards, access storage till 10pm. I was there at 6pm. You seriously need to address that problem. Otherwise a great place.

Your staff at all locations are great. Your phone customer service system is horrible not the people but accessing help from roadside assistance is very disfunctional. I will never use your company again. Even the staff at your store had trouble getting help for me the way your phone system works or should I say doesn't work.

The main problem I had was with billing. I kept getting emails and letters claiming I was behind in my payments and owed late fees even though I was current and had receipts to prove it. I rarely got staff at the facility on the phone when I called and routinely got directed to a call center that agreed I was paid up according to their records but were never able to stop the continuing threats I received via mail and email.

Very hard to get hold of, actually impossible. Manager gives away storage you reserved. Corporate communications are also unavailable. Cancelled my reservation before I even moved in. Gave away my reservation! What! Local manager blamed it on Corporate reservation problems. Not my problem. Moving is stressful enough without a national company giving you the run around!! Horrible experience with Pueblo Co location! Josh needs to go as a manager. Also rude when I had to ask my 71 year old mother to go to check on my reservation. The one Josh gave away!!!!

I was told that I would have GROUND-FLOOR ACCESS I was told that the 1st month's rent was FREE I was told that it was an 8X10X5 I asked if the truck and the storage unit were going to hold all of my furniture and other belongings. Nothing I was told were actually TRUE! I had to scramble to get another storage unit because the Truck AND the storage unit WERE TOO SMALL! Nothing the first representative told me WAS EVEN CLOSE TO THE TRUTH! My family is their friends made trips IN THEIR OWN PRIVATE VEHICLES to help finish my move. I want a full refund for the entire "UHAUL MOVING EXPERIENCES" of one lie and additional Fee after another. I have posted the whole thing on my public media sites telling the world AVOID USING UHAUL AT ANY COST! MEANING HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE NOW KNOW HOW BADLY UHAUL HAS TREATED ME

Every time I went (including drop off of truck) to the store everything was good. The staff was always very helpful. I found a new place to buy boxes. Your boxes are excellent and very well priced. Especially because I bought them in bundles. I truely enjoyed my experience. The truck was even so much better than they used to be.

My opinion; Putting a person with disabilities on the top floor is shameful. I've used uhaul for 20 years. Here in Colorado. And in other states I ve resided in. So will be removing the personal items

The hours for the facility are not convenient! when your renting a unit. And the price for an 8 °× 10 is pricey. The staff was fantastic Ron gets 10 thumbs up, great guy. And outside guy was great .

The storage facility has a keypad for after hours that is nonfunctional so you can't have access after business hours, which is inconvenient if you work late. Otherwise an above average experience
