Back door kept opening, had to stop off highway to ensure items did not fly out.
Fred OI reserved a 20' truck and it was not available when I arrived to pick it up. It would have been great customer service to say, "hey, since you reserved this size truck for a reason and we don't have it when you reserved it, we will give you the larger one for the same price." I just wound up paying less for a smaller truck.

Carol RI returned the trailer more than a day early on Saturday and I waited for someone to come out. When she came out she greeted me with something along the lines of "Is a digital receipt okay with you?" I replied that it was and she said, "Okay, you will get one later" and mumbled something along the lines of the system being down or something. I could not hear or understand her. But I NEVER got any receipt at all. I sent text and email messages but never got any response at all. And I worried about this because I have had rentals where UHAUL did not record my return and they called me wanting to know why I had not returned a trailer when I had returned it. But I never got a receipt . . . until a week later when . . . As I was going to bed on Thursday night, nearly a week after I had returned the trailer, I got a message from Uhaul telling me that my credit card did not go through. I wrote back to them asking what they were charging me for as I had paid for the rental and it was showing as paid on my account. No reply. No reply. No reply. So I went to bed worrying about what they were trying to pull. Were they going to claim I had not returned the trailer or that it was somehow damages. What were they trying to pull. On Friday I got a receipt from the local Uhaul here where I had turned in the trailer a week ago. It was showing they charged my card zero dollars and zero cents. WTF? I did not ask them for a receipt of what I paid them. I asked them for a receipt showing i had returned the trailer. Do they just not understand their own system? Do they not understand customer needs? or ar they just that dense all together? This is what you need to deal with. All I saw working their looked like an inner city gang more than a retail team. No smiling faces, just threatening looking people talking to me as if I were an intruder. I will not return to that location, ever, for any reason. I am loyal to Uhaul, always have been, but I will go to Penske or some other before I will use that location for any pick up or drop off.

diana w | Premières impressionsAt almost 52 yrs of age, I've rented several UHaul trucks over the years. BY FAR the worst truck I've ever driven from UHaul. The steering wheel had so much play in it that you literally were going from a left turn position to immediately a right turn position to even attempt to stay centered. Granted, the vehicle had over 189 000 miles on it, but if it's still being actively used in the weekly rotation that is insane. Thank God I only had a 200 mile round trip because there would have been no way I physically could have managed. Inexcusable that that truck was issued to me.

Lee NI have used Uhaul in the past and this time I had been with you all for nearly a year. I really needed a storage facility since we are having a difficult time. I had 2 units with you and moved my things out of the smaller unit into the larger one at the end of November, to save money. Prior to my payment date, I called in to ask for the grace period because I was not able to pay by the due date. I was given the advice to turn off auto pay and make my payment as planned which would be about a week late so I understood there would be a late fee. Unfortunately, I was locked out of my storage after being only 1 day late but this wasn't the worse part. I was embarrassed by your company calling my contacts listed and telling them that I have an overdue balance. It was simply too soon to treat me like a person who doesn't pay their bills! I borrowed money and paid my bill to you and immediately moved to another storage company. This is very unfortunate and I won't recommend u-haul to anyone!

Romesha F | Expérience généraleThe access codes never seem to work, they change their hours continuously and indoor units do not have a 24 hours access but the outdoor ones do(which makes no since) and if you need to get into the indoor ones you better get their 20 mins before 10pm or you won't be getting in because access codes completely stop working 20 mins before 10pm which is when the doors for indoor units closes. Indoor top and bottom floors DO NOT have security cameras, worker have no idea what their doing and most of the time if you have questions those questions have many different answers because each worker has their own answer and have no idea what's up or down. Those are my only issues.

The staff could not find the extra key that I had left at the facility. The staff was lethargic, and clearly did not want to exert any effort to locate my key.

Upon arriving there I was given horrible customer service and told about administrative fee And a I need insurance fee then a lock fee and wouldn't you know it they hit me for a fee fee and so I decided to leave and I am very happy that I did! From the minute I walked into the door it was such a pleasure working with I believe her name was Candice Hernandez. She is a great asset to your company and deserves a pat on the back for showing me excellent customer service and also in the process joking with the coworkers showing them how it's done. I usually use the Broadway location but after the service I got yesterday I will use the memorial from now on thank you Candice I appreciate your help. The loading dock was also nice and clean with carts to use and made the unload a lot easier

When I arrived I was told their were no units outdoor and I had to get one on the inside , which I didn't want because that was more moving around for my husband . Ok I got the unit and went inside there was a lock already inside , so I kindly went to the front desk to return the one I purchased one lady told me I could . I stood in the long line to only be told I couldn't and the lock didn't belong to me ( she was very rude. ) ok I gave the lock back , I proceeded to my unit where another worker told me they had unit outside for the size I wanted . At the end of this all I was frustrated , irritated and tired . I most def won't use this place again .

When your 400miles away and UHaul recommends a storage unit and you get there and its full and have drive loaded all over town to find open storage is very bad.

Then I received 20 calls to pay my bill & I talked to everyone to try to fix it. NOW, I close my account on 8/30/21 & sure enough you charge me for September. I can't get ahold of anyone and the manager who sent this survey is the one who sent the payment notice!!! I need the Quail Springs people to refund my money & fix it so it doesn't happen again!!!! NOW!!!!!

First one is that the edge of the dock is rough and warn with missing splintered wood and bolts sticking out. This could cause harm to vehicles but for myself it meant snagged jeans and a bruise. Secondly the trailers are parked so close to the dock at times it's hard to access it.

All the way to the end of a HUGE LONG hallway. Was not happy. Thankfully my apartment supplies extra storage and its right outside my door.

I thought it was supposed to be 24hr access? Maybe I'm wrong? Just wanted to let you know.. other than that the place is nice and the equipment is in good shape and the people are friendly

We've ALWAYS been given the best and professional service. Your parking lot is most spacious. You have ramps to back right up to. The employees have always been so nice. The manager Ryan Gibson is so nice and professional. Alyssa is so sweet. She is super nice and professional as well. I hope she will be made aware of what an asset she is. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a storage unit or truck to rent. It's super clean. Always have a lot of supplies in stock too. Even the restroom is spotless next to the elevator. I got a card to turn off the alarm but there wasn't an alarm system. Just unorganized. Also, I called earlier and reserved a unit and they said I didn't have a reservation.
