The price was very high for one day. I believe I should have been given the opportunity to turn in the Trailer in one day, and RECEIVE some of my money back or credit toward a new rental.

The lady that assisted me was awesome. Helped hook up a trailer for in in the cold wet snow. Its was falling hard. None the less she was very professional and explained everything to me about the trailer and turn in procedures. I sure hope she is payed well as I would not want to loose her. Great job by all.

I being sent one hour away from my town to get a truck. The upgraded me but I didn't need a bigger truck. I could not drop off the truck local I had to take it back to the same location. No one walked around the truck with me to check off damage that was already done to the truck. This left me uncomfortable. I was charged for pads that were not used.

The guy in charge was rude and incompetent. I ended up going somewhere else who probably input the information properly. I really didn't need to be talked to like a 5 year old it really upset me as a retired military Veteran who has transported many heavy loads all over the world OTR!

There was an issue with the equipment I rented and the staff , especially Mike, was exceptionally understanding, helpful and resolved the situation !! Will definitely use this location in the future. Overall great experience !!

The trailer was ready for me when I arrived. It was clean and in great working order. The tech hooked up the trailer for me and inspected it completely. I felf completely safe pulling this trailer. Great job!

The manager wasn't wearing a mask, the vehicle needed an alignment as there was so much play in the steering wheel. Making it very difficult and dangerous to take out on the road and even driving at 55mph the vehicle was still difficult to handle.

The process was beyond easier than I thought it would be. I've been driving commercial box trucks 5-7 days a week for 1 year and 9 months and can tell you that it was the cleanest, smoothest and most reliable truck I've ever drove. I checked the vehicle information and the service was as if it just came out of the dealership. The worst part about the experience was knowing that this company would have saved me an extreme amount of time and money if I had known about them long ago.

They did an OK job of cleaning up my online order which added all kinds of things to my order that I did not want or need. Unfortunately they didn't take all of it off and the destination dealer had to finish cleaning up the mess.

I am concerned that when asked for my ID, a photo was taken with a cell phone by the sales associate. I don't know why there needs to be a photo taken on a cell phone. Other than that everyone was polite and great service.

Long wait time for service during pickup and drop-off. Large site with one sells person. The most annoying thing is the mobile/online rental process. Thought I was complete, just to find out I had to spend 5 minutes waiting at the counter to complete my request. Why spend time trying to rent online just to waste my time at the counter.

Mike, the store manager was very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to assist with checking in my U-Haul truck and trailer. He also let me stay past closing time to unload my trailer when the facility was being renovated.

When I ordered uBox delivery to my apt, guaranteed delivery date was Sept 1. Sept 2, I had heard nothing from Uhaul and had to call 7 times over the next four days before being informed that they only deliver boxes to this area once a week. I ended up having to ask a friend with a pick up truck to help me get the box from the storage location and deliver it to my apartment myself. Staff at the Radcliff location were not wearing masks.

Both front axle hubs showed minor leakage that will soon require service, I notified my destination dealer of the need.

The truck that I picked up was good till it started to rain that evening, then we found the roof was leaking in a place that wasn't visible. It was to late to do anything. The next morning went back to the store, the staff was great, they were able to find another truck locally that I could swap out. The only issue I have is I was charged for 4 days but ended up only using the truck for 2 days Saturday and returned it on Sunday in Clinton NC. And I was under on mileage, but yet the was no adjustment made to the bill. I believe something should be in place to take care of situations like this. I wasn't able to leave when I wanted due to the leaking roof.
