We reserved an 8 foot pick up truck and when we arrived we were told our confirmation number was under a different persons name and that the truck shouldn’t have been available because they didn’t have one. We had to rent the 10 ft van for a higher mileage rate because it was the only option that fit the drywall we needed to transport. It was also a lot more difficult to drive and park places to load and unload. Reservation should mean that you have it available. At the least, if the reservation isn’t available, then the rate should be honored.

I first went to your web site,found the hitch,priced it ,but I only had cash,so I go in to your shillington ,pa. Location,I told the guy I wanted just the hitch and wiring,he said it was 336.00 and change,I said ,how can that be when on line,you guys quoted the same price for everything, hitch,pin,ball ,stuff I didnt want. Then from the back a woman steps out yelling,that price was wrong,cursing saying theres no way I'm giving it Ny cheaper,I show her the screenshot of it,at which she said,that's wrong,takes an hour to do the wiring. So I told her to keep her her hitch,I'm going elsewhere. I went to your reading pa. Location and paid for it,it was to be installed on the first,when I got there,they said they had no one to put it in,they fired the guy. She said I would have to come back on the 6th,I left work early,get ready to go,and they called,no one again to do it. I have to do it the next day,on the 7th,it was raining,I got there and they tell me it will take 2 hours and I can not wait there,I must leave. I wonder around for 2 hours without a ride home,I return,get my truck and the wiring harness is the wrong one,hanging down,I said that's not acceptable on a 41 thousand dollar truck. He says that if I rebuy the right harness again,he will install it for free. Wtf? Meanwhe,no sorry,or anything,in fact I have to pay more.

The wait was over 25 minutes and pre-registration didn't work. It put me behind schedule and resulted in higher costs to pay movers. The gentleman who helped during return exemplified excellent customer service. I ask that Ralph Nieves be given recognition for customer service principles as well as his efficient return of the vehicle. The lot may have been full with vehicles, but he was hustling to keep customers moving. A+

It can add more 10 ft trucks to its fleet . Renting a truck on the weekends for 6 hours just do not work. U need the regular aloted time to do whatever u need to get done.i felt like I was rush to move cause I had to get back with the uhaul.

I lost more than $5,000 dollar in my storage because I cannot pay my rent and the company sold my stuff for less than 300 and send me a bill of the remaining debt of 200+. I old less than $600 dollar

There was rat feces and urine over half of my belongings that I had to leave, including my queen bed. No one seemed to care. It turned out to be a lost for me. I have to repurchase items.
