2556 bernice rd was sitting for 2 hours feeling out application to not get the keys for the truck. And then have to get a smaller truck more work and have to keep the truck for more days and more money and it wae costly

JESSICA WORKS AT THE LANSING LOCATION AND IS GREAT. SURE HOPE YOU HAVE MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER. SHE WORKS HER BUTT OFF TO MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMERS ARE WELL TAKEN CARE OF FROM START TO FINISH, JUMPED RIGHT IN WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY CELL PHONE AND ANSWERING THE FINAL TEX. SHOWED MY SON IN LAW HOW TO VEDIO THE TRUCK BEFORE TO SHOW ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR TRUCK FOR I LOST THE TEXT TO DO DEAL WITH IT. THAT YOUNG LADY IS A VERY LOYAL U HAUL EMPLOYEE AND A GREAT CUSTOMER PLEASER ALSO. YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE VERY PROUD TO HAVE SOME ONE LIKE HER WORKING AT THE U HAUL IN LANSING. NO DOUBT BY BEING A PEOPLE PLEASER SHE HELPS TO BRING IN REPEAST BUSINESS BESIDE NEW BUSINEES FOR YOU ARE RECOMANED MANY TIMES. I KNOW I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMMEND U HAUL TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND I WOULD HOPE YOU WOULD HAVE MORE JESSCIA'S WORKING ALL OVER FOR YOUR COMPANY.

I attempted the Express checkout out which took over an hour and a half. First the app kept saying they couldn't find my location. Secondly, it was extremely slow. Then the app told me to find the truck that wasnt where it was supposed to be, Then I had the wrong keys. Then My dolly wasent in my truck. Each time it was wrong, I had to go inside where there was only one person working. She may not be there and wait 15 minutes for her to return. This was the worst UHAUL experiance ever! The location was fine, the mobile checkout was a JOKE!

To get more staff, Because is only one lady that is attending to customers . You have to wait and wait . Is time killing.

Doing a monthly or weekly check with the staff/mangers to see their systems are working well or have the person in management that day inform your IT department of these issues. It really hurts the and slows the process of getting your clients in and out. The registration process also takes too long and you then have lines forming and that in it self is over whelming for you clients who need to be in and out to go start their U-Haul usages. The Team of staff at the time of my pick up was patient and very polite due to their system always being slow on loading the information they need to complete the clients contracts. Apart from that the date of my service the morning Team worked great together to insure the clients to please bare with them for the delay due to their systems being slow and that helped. Thanks.

Price went up to $0.98 cent a mile when its listed on the internet for $0.69 cent a mile. Still in all a clean safe van was issued.

I asked was the mileage $.99i was told yes But I was charged $1.49 a mile I should’ve paid more attention to what was on my contract but I was told $.99 I take the blame for not looking at my contract right but U-Haul be honest

Didnt have my reservation despite my emailed confirmation #. Needed to contact manager off-site to walk them thru my order, & needed to give them my credit card 3x. Took 1 hour total just to reserve.

The wait was longer than expected but it seemed the reps were diligently assisting customers as quick and efficient as possible. They also offered an apology for the delay. Overall it was a decent experience.

Absolutelynothing. I was assisted by the location Manager, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jessica was very personable, professional, knowlegabe, supportive towards her team members, and welcoming to everyone who entered to facility. I was very impressed and pleased that I selected this location. Which by the way was very clean and smelled wonderful thanks to another young man whose name I unfortunately didn’t get. This gentle and another young man held the door for me when I reutrn with the truck and left. Glad see such gentlemen these days. Respectfully, Gloria Marshall-Figueroa

Equipment tail light cord was cut. I had to go home to get tools to fix it myself'. 40 minutes each way, when I returned, I assisted in repairs. this all put me behind schedule. was not compensated for this.Should have gotten a small discount for my efforts

I got there at 5:00 PM and it was only three people ahead of me. It took 25 to 30 minutes with one customer and it was another employee there and he was getting the trucks for the customers and it was a whole Nother computer so he can start with another customer. But the guy that was sitting down with his customer stated that the computers just froze. I had a reservation for 5:00 PM I did not get out of the U-Haul store until 6:00 PM. That is way too long for one person to be waited on and by that time it was a line out the door. And the employer that was sitting down taking care of a customer moves very slow. But I can’t say what I return the truck it went much faster I will never go through your hair place again because it’s too slow.
