Reserved a tow dolly at one location the day prior, get there and was told someone else had reserved first. Had to drive 10 miles the opposite way I was headed to pick up another then return to same location out of my way. Very poorly ran at first location.

Item was hooked up correctly but when I got close to my home in the northeast pa. The right side ramp came out an was dragging an the left side was halfway coming out could hav been a serious accident an I didnt here it dragging.

Your app check in and out process was frustrating and lengthy. I had to retake my ID image picture 3+ times. The key given to me was not for the right truck. Random fees were getting added into my contract throughout check in that were confusing - am I really expected to read multiple paragraphs of terms to understand what I'm getting charged for after I already did pre-check in and downloaded an app for an "easy check in"? It felt like I was tricked into accepting more fees. Also - it says my total didn't include taxes... it mentioned nothing of the $15+ of fees like environmental fee and state fees that would be added. Thankfully an in-person worker was there who helped immensely - I would rate her highly but my overall experience very low.

I reserved a pod to be delivered on Saturday so I was able to move my college student home since her school has been closed for the rest of the semester due to the Coronavirus. I was told the pod would be delivered between 12-2. When I reserved the pod I informed the representative the move had to be done in one day. We were literally driving 3.5 hours to pack her up load the pod then going home. I also informed them my preferred method of communication is text. I received a text message at 3 stating the reservation had been rescheduled for that Monday. We called the location and told them this was completely unacceptable, of course the manager had went home and the two employees who remained came in after the pod had been canceled. One is the employee was amazing in assisting us which is why I’m about to give this location two stars. The other employee was an absolute nightmare and extremely confrontational. We ended up renting a truck, loading her stuff and taking it back to the facility to load the box. We ended up using someone else’s box because apparently the two employees that remained didn’t know how to assemble the boxes. This is part of what baffles me even if the pod couldn’t be delivered today there should have been a box there assembled for us because we did have a prior reservation. Upon returning to the facility to load the box and return the key to the facility. The helpful employee had left for the day and the confrontational employee remained. Still trying to give me a hard time after the extremely long day I’d experienced at their expense. I ended up leaving because it was late and we still had to drive home 3.5 hrs. The next day the helpful employee called and assured me my daughters belongings were safe and would be safely stored until next semester when she will have to move back into her apartment.

This has nothing to do with the location but for Uhual over all. I selected to rent my truck out of broomall pa and you made me drive all the way to Philly which is 40 minutes from me making me spending more money in gas to get back and forth, I drive a man 8 cylinder vehicle. I’m not happy about that and the man I spoke with couldn’t offer me anything except miles, like for real? That’s bad customer service!

I reflected on my review before. I called customer service representive and they explain to me that I had to know how many miles I was going to and what time I was returning. I wrote my comment out of spite. I apolgize. This location was so clean and friendly.

The customer service was horrible. The Asian guy that work there was very rude and disrespectful. I didn’t get his name. Come to find out he’s like that to everyone he come in contact with that’s black. I was shocked and appalled. He actually called the cops on me when he was being disrespectful to me. I couldn’t believe it. I got all my things out of storage today I won’t be returning to that location again!

Hi, it looks like I was charged $155 in the beginning when renting the truck, and I would be charged extra depending on the mileage of the vehicle upon delivery. I was shocked this morning when I checked that I had been charged an extra $52. I understand the $10 extra charge because of the mileage. But where is the other $42 coming from? The vehicle had extra fuel in it, (I put too much fuel in it when dropping it off). The vehicle had NO fuel when I picked it up, and as a matter of fact it RAN OUT of gas on my way to pick up fuel, which I didn’t even complain about or make a big deal about. The car now has a quarter tank, which is a quarter tank more than it had when I dropped it off. I was also charged a $22 service fee for dropping it off after hours.. I was NEVER told about this up until I woke up this morning and saw it was charged on my credit card. If I was aware I’d be charged an extra $22 for dropping it off after hours, I would have simply dropped the key off this morning. The extra $40 I’m being charged is completely unacceptable. If I don’t hear back, I will be going to my credit card company.

Had an issue with the reservation. Had to pick up the truck at one location and trailer at another. I was told by two different people I could return the truck and trailer to the same location. I received a phone call stating that if I didn’t take the truck back to the same location as I picked it up I would be charged double.

Reserved for 7am. Self pickup. Was unable to do so. Sat on phone for twenty minutes and was told that I would need two separate people to verify me. Sat outside of the building for half-hour in 30 degrees trying to figure this out over phone. All this and the uhaul store wasnt open yet despite the door saying 7am. Your webpage is deceptive. If real time verification is needed. It should be said during reservation. Not at time of pickup. If you oay for a 7am pickup time for four hours, what happens when you guys cant get me my truck until 730? I was told to pay for extra time. I have contacted attorney general's office to file official complaints against your company

Despite reservation confirmation, they didn't have the sized truck I requested. I was given a truck that was too small, had to drive across the country leaving items behind. Now I have to ship these items privately costing me over an additional $1k+. Uhaul offered me a $50 credit toward my next reservation. Thanks so much for that!

Extend link time for checking vehicle my link ran out before I was able to enter pictures of damage. 30 minutes would be ideal especially on a busy day where you are waiting atbleastbthat amount of time for someone to connect your trailer like I had to wait,

The truck had 1200 miles on it and the 6x12 trailer handled exceptionally well. The truck was compatible with my iPhone so trip was enjoyable. Initially I was charged 2 days for a 1 day rental by accident. U-Haul took care of the issue right away. Easy anytime drop off. Highly recommended.

Originally purchased 48 furniture pads but changed it to 12 furniture pads but still got charged for 48. Also was supposed to be able to drop off at any location in Pennsylvania but the changes were made appropriately and I went to 2 different locations before finally being able to return my Ubaul because the person did not properly change my reservation.

The trailer that was available was old, beat up and dirty inside. These older, shorter ( I bumped my head twice exiting the trailer) should be junked; the newer, taller ones are far superior and safer.
