Took a long time over 30 min to get a small trailer and only 2 customers including me. Trailer was missing chain rubber piece to make sure chain will not come off and it did. Also when I asked in advance if they can assist screwing on a ball on a ball mount I was told they can help. However, once there I was told they don't have a tool that size. Lastly when I asked if trailer tires were checked amd what was appropriate tire pressure. I was told that yes they were just checked and they were 65psi. Once I checked they were 50psi. The young fellow was pleasant and friendly otherwise.

Customer services is horrible they would hung up on you and staff speaks with attitude and all ghetto. No oil n car. One hour delay to receive a car. I was sent to a lot that was scary.

I went online and the site allowed me to reserve a truck with mobile pick up at a location that doesn't offer that service. I spent over an hour trying to figure it out before a representative sent me to this location which is further away so it cost me more for mileage not to mention he wasn't clear on the address so the GPS took me somewhere else before I had to google and find the right location. This experience left me VERY unhappy.

John J.Iam very disappointed after my experience at uhaul. First the fuel was exactly as I left it but now I see $40 charge? The employee said it would be 15min before I get a receipt and made no such claim. Is this how u make your money when the customers have left? Both employees tell me my truck needed to be swept out for the 2 washers and a quarter left on the floor is laughable. I had 2 reservations this weekend and spent alot of money the fact that you had to squeeze alittle more on a lie is worse. How I was treated makes the entire ordeal unacceptable. How your employees speake and treat people isn't ok. I would appreciate some sort of courtesy and some sort of explanation. Before I feel comfortable recommending your company to any of my contractors. As it stands now I would use and other option than uhual after this weekend.

Train the people who work there on the process as they didn't seem to understand it upon return. DO NOT change the reservation time from the confirmation email without notifying the renter.

Bill became Past Due because of a problem on your website which would not allow me to use my credit card for payment. On 11-27-21, at 1:25p ET called 1-800-GO-UHAUL. Reached "Elizabeth" at the Call Center. Explained my dilemma with your website. She processed the credit card payment for me. After completing processing she told me that she was "unable to provide a confirmation or transaction number because the payment is pending." End result, NO PAYMENT RECORDED. Thus, necessitating my phone call to U-Haul RVC on 11-29-21.

She felt challenged challenged because a product that she recommended was not received with enthusiasm and later sought to pull rank and punish us by insisting we should go up and take a photograph of the room even though it was busy and a staff member was willing and able to go inspect the vacatied room. She was utterly combative and unprofessional. Poor customer sevice. Unlike what she purported in the video which is what appealed to me when I was shopping around. She certainly did a poir show of representating the company.

For six months now I have been having major problems with my payments -- checks are lost and then posted 6 months late, checks take weeks and weeks to post, and no one knows what is going on or has any interest in finding out. I had to come personally to the facility to straighten out my account, and then ANOTHER check appeared and was posted 6 months after I sent it in. When I texted the manager (as he had asked me to do about any issued), he has never responded. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING.

Although I would like to stay at this storage facility I need to find one that is cleaner and more conducive to storing my wardrobe. My clothing has mold on it and many fine pieces of clothing, especially leather clothing and shoes is ruined. Moreover, the freight elevator is inconvenient and clumsy for getting to my space and for moving stored items.
