terrible customer service, the female person in charge was rude and never offered other options , she just make us wait for the truck amd she keept saying “ she did not have anything available for that day” until someone called us and offered a different truck ,

There are only 2 people there that seems to know or even care what is going on and if the customer is receiving proper service. Our first visit, a black gentleman assisted us at the counter. He was 100% professional. However, he was forced to use equipment including his computer that didn't work properly causing long lines to form. The boss lady was there that day and she didn't seem to care about anything. When we returned the truck, a young Caucasian gentleman assisted us and it was a great experience, fast and efficient and polite. This time when we rented the van, a different person was there. It was even a worse experience and totally unacceptable from any company, especially a nation-wide high profile company. There were so many things that went wrong with today's experience. It seems the manager should be replaced as should also be some of the staff. A manager that doesn't care if the computers work or not, doesn't require the cash till to be counted down upon opening in order to be ready to receive cash business, a manager that hires absolutely inept and disinterested people to work there. Anyway - we won't be back.

My whole experience, from making the reservations to getting my Ubox was a NIGHTMARE. I will never use this service again. When I called this location the morning I wanted to pick up my box, I was told I needed to call 24 hours in advance. I had called previously to make sure they had the box (email arrived about 4 days later) and no one mentioned they would need advance notice. My shipping reservation was lost and the website is a mess (reservations are listed as "previous orders). No email when my shipping was canceled. I only found out when I called the location in Florida to see if the Ubax had been shipped.

The location is under staffed. I returned the truck and received no help to check it back in. Inside the store I was told to leave the keys in the ignition and I was good to go. 6 hours after I left I received a call asking where the truck was. I told them it was returned a long time ago, but spent the next 30 minutes wondering if they would find it. It turned out OK in the end but this should have never happened.

The person I worked with at this location was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This location was great! They helped me change my rental after quite the fiasco. I originally online booked a truck to be picked up at the Climate Control Mini Storage LLC. Pickup was at 9am. I took a Lyft over to this location and waited until 9:15. No one was at the self storage even though the hours on their sign indicated they opened at 9am. Absolutely unprofessional. I called the number from the confirmation email and reached the main location. The woman at the main location seemed surprised that the employee was not at climate control mini storage during business hours. Especially since this pickup was previously scheduled. She took down my name and number and said she would try to contact them. I asked her how long I could expect to wait to hear back. She informed me that it would probably be about half an hour. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a rental I’m moving day and then be stuck waiting (especially alone as a single female in a sketchy part of town) at a self storage as people come and go through the gate. At this point I called uhaul and reached the Medford location on North Pacific Hwy. The man who answered eventually informed me that if I could make it over there he had the truck I actually preferred on location. Guaranteed. So I paid for ANOTHER Lyft to this location and they were very helpful. By the time I left climate control mini storage it was 9:40. No call back (ever) from the mini storage llc and no one ever showed at their location. Awful customer service. I will never book through a pickup through that location and I will recommend the same to everyone. I’m grateful the North Pacific hwy location was able to help try to remedy the fiasco.

Let's start with not only pick up location but with uhaul representatives. 1st uhaul changed my location 3 times. The last time they changed my location they told me I would get 50.00 off for.picking up in talent Oregon at 9am, than uhaul changed time to 10am. We got there and after dealing with a loose dog that belonged to the person that had the uhaul, we could not find anyone the location was dirty. I called uhaul and the person at the talent location had changed their open time to 11am. We were than sent back to Medford Oregon to get our truck. 30 minute drive after getting there. We were told they knew nothing about a 50.00 discount but I owed an additional 33.00. It was after noon when we finally got the truck. My other half left the parking lot before me. I asked for help adjusting mirrors on 26ft truck and was basically told they were to busy to help. After getting into my location in afton Wyoming. I was called before truck was even due back asking when it would be back. I explained I did not even get the truck til after noon on day of pick up. Although uhaul had put 10am. So I was called repeatedly by uhaul asking when the truck would be back, because uhaul had already told a woman she could have it. I was told I would be charged an extra day but truck had to be back at noon because someone was waiting on it. 5 phone calls between 9 and 12 noon the day it was to be returned. The truck was dirty trash inside cab when I picked it up. Will I ever use uhaul again. NO will I recommend uhaul NO. You lie, you do not care about the customer at all. If I ever need a moving van again, I will use someone eles. Even if my return location is 5 hours away. Worst experience of my life, never again.

The representatives that helped me were outstanding the man that helped me in Central Point Oregon was outstanding. Cant remember his name but had a diesel truck tattoo on his forearm. Great attitude even working laborday weekend.

Actually list the real price on the website. Online it said $133 for a tow dolly(wouldn’t let us go through with transaction) in store it was $246. That’s so frustrating and scammy and we will be using budget next time.

Add bench seating for the line. We were charged for pads but our truck did not have them. All staff were friendly and I appreciated their service. Checking in a bit early was wonderful.

Was told on ph no need to notify when moving out. Move was june 6-7th due to a neck injury, then charged in full june 7th. Why was I told no notice for moving out. Then charged? That is fraud.

Not once were we able to access our storage ourselves. We were told that it due to a 'computer glitch'. This meant we had to wait in line everytime we needed access and wait for someone to open it.

Local office seemed disorganized and some interactions lacked courtesy.. Emails were uninformative. Website didn't reflect current information. Ubox didn't have any moving pads.
