I was quoted one price and I was charged a higher one. I told the lady that I might be paying with cash, She said she needed the card to put a hold one it. When I returned the truck, they said I was over in mileage when the lady said I has enough miles after I told her where I would be going. Then without saying anything when I was returning the truck he charged the card (Putting over my limit) he asked for another card and I asked why. he said the charge didn't go through. I was pissed because I was going to pay in cash. He then tried to fix it and really messed it up. NOW both accounts are at a negative because no one stopped to ask " How are you paying for this"

The unit I rented is a second floor unit that no one told me about as I was making the reservations on the telephone. It's very difficult to go up the stairs with heavy items. The Person on the phone quoted me the wrong price first time I called. There is a big hole in the ceiling of my unit that needs to be repaired so mice and spiders do not get into my unit. Stephanie was great!

It took 30 minutes for an employee to even come into the location to assist me, when an employee did finally show up I was not greeted for another 5 minutes. The employee informed me that the trucks were iced shut and he would have to pry them open which was not an issue, but zero customer service was in place.

This location has the best manager i have dealt with in a long time very helpful and understanding I was running late returning truck and Manager called not because i was late but to make sure everything was ok. I explained the situation and she was extremely accommodating. I would recommend this location for all your moving needs .

The staff were very efficient and friendly especially the employee that was working when I arrived at this facility he went out of his way to help us out with transportation afterwards; he was also there on Sunday morning when I check out and again he was on point and extremely efficient 👍🏼👍🏼

This isn't something that needs to improve but the manager there needs some recognition. I didn't catch her name but she's the pretty one with colorful makeup and hair… she was so nice to me and was so accommodating and honestly made my crappy moving experience so much better because I had one less thing I needed to worry about because she worked so hard. She was absolutely amazing and so good at her job.

I used the app to get the key to save time but the app was not working which I have to go inside the building to get my key which took me 30 minutes instead. This is not the first time the app is not working because I rented last year too. I would also suggest informing customers online requiring cargo trunk to be returned to the same location. Good thing the staff on duty informed me.
