The location was close to my destination and easy to drop off. The employee working was rude and not very kind. I did drop the truck off 2 days early, but I was the only person in the building.

Rep at the counter was completely unprofessional. Laying back in the chair and blowing a whistle. Took time to hit on some girls that walked in. I hooked up the trailer. Guy who went out to the trailer with me went flying backwards thrubthe parking lot in the Kubota. And to top it off made comments about my name. 100 % will not recommend

I asked to pay cash for my rental once I returned the truck. They charged my card anyway and over charged me by 25.00. What they took out of my bank account is different than my printed receipt. The customer service I received at this location was VERY POOR! I will NOT be using UHAUL again!

Arrived at 9:15am, 3rd in line. The 2 employees were very slow. Finally was waited on 30 minutes later. After that was told the fuel was close to empty and the truck had not been blown out yet. After waiting for them to blow it out, had to immediately go to the gas station for fuel! To top it all off, the tires are out of balance so I enjoyed bouncing up and down for the entire time I was driving. I hope I don't ever have to use a Uhaul truck again!!!!

It my rep 40 minutes to process my order while his co-worker processed about 4 orders. I made a mistake of not having the correct size ball on my truck so I then canceled the order. The problem is the rep didn't cancel it so I got charged. I then waiting 35 minutes Sunday evening to get it straightened out. It was a bad experience.

First of all I love U Haul you guys have great equipment and I think it is fairly priced. However renting something from U Haul or even buying supplies takes forever. I have bought a car in less time it has taken to rent something. I would really like to see U Haul streamline the process. Oh and forget about calling U Haul your on the phone forever I recently rented a U Pod and was on the phone over two hours with three different people transferring me and the fourth actually disconnected me without even speaking to me. I have heard these complaints from other un happy customers as well and would really hope U Haul would make some customer service related improvements in the future

Was three days into a new month and moved out but they kept my full payment. Never hinted at a prorated refund completely unethical and scammers. Don't bother with this business.

At checkout the 1st young man was pleasant and accomplished what I came in for. He said he needed the other man to work on my storage reservation but, he was assisting another customer. So he asked the third man there to work on my reservation. This employee said he'd have to check in the back to see if they had the size I requested available. I waited 10 minutes for him to come back. When he finally came back he never told me wether they had the unit or not he asked the 2nd person if he could do the paperwork for the storage he said no I'm still working on this customer. So the 3rd guy acted as if he didn't know how to do the paperwork or didn't want to do the paperwork. I canceled the request and went to the Groesbeck office where they took good care of me. As someone who works in customer service as a manager these employees need additional coaching. Oh by the way by going to the other location I loss getting my 1st month storage fee free. I'm alright with that it's just sad that I experienced this poor customer service!

The facility and people who work there were great. I'm glad I didn't have to drive that truck any further. It's worn out. 133 k. miles. At 70 mph the vibration throughout the truck almost made me want throw up.

The truck we received the air conditioner did not work and we had trouble putting the ramp back in once we were done loading. This vehicle was not in very good condition and we had to replace some fuses as well. This truck went to Florida and back with no air conditioner which with the heat was terrible.

The area was very clean and the personal were very helpful in getting my cargo van checked in/out for me. Also, U-Haul personal was very professional and courteous. I will recommend this area to anyone who inquires. Plus, I'll come back next time I need to rent a van (ETC). Thank You U-Haul. :)

I think the trucks need to be replaced at a certain point. The truck I rented had a lot of rust on the the back door and some of the metal was peeling off. The truck had a very bumpy ride I'm not sure if the shocks were bad or not. I guess trucks ride like that I'm not sure.

Very rude here. Not happy. Had an attitude. I was late on the return but also I was also forced late picking it up. Being 30 minutes late I was charged for an extra days rental...horse crap. I did, forget to put gas in it as I handed the keys over I realized my mistake. I said that I had forgot to and he gave me a cold shoulder and then got in the truck with no words. Then he proceeded to charge me the extra day and got fuel. I get the fuel charge, but not the extra day. U-haul has lost their touch for customer service.

Well first of all the customer service worker who inspected my truck took my paper receipt and didn't return it back to me, then told me he would email me a second receipt and I didn't get it, I was supposed to be refunded some money being that I didn't use eight miles on the truck nor did I use a lot of gas I wasn't happy at all, not including the truck I really wanted they didn't have and I ended up paying more than I wanted to for a big truck I didn't need

They checked in someone else's rental under my name while I still had my rental and I was charged for their rental. I tried calling them but was placed on hold for a very long time. Same with the 800 number. I was on hold for 20 mins before I hung up

I rented a truck online yesterday for after-hours the building had no location barcode on the door and the location is not correct for gps signal so without the barcode you are forced to call customer service. I sat on hold forever and then the customer service person also took a long time to figure out what was happening, which was that my truck was not prepared or there for pick up, after recieving a confirmation. I was then told to go to another location to pick up a different truck. When I arrived I went through the process of obtaining the key and then the app would not allow the picture of the odometer and gas tank to go through. I finally just left because I was several hours late to get my furniture because I had wasted almost 3 hours of my time just to get the truck. I put more gas in the tank then there was when I left. When I returned the vehicle I was then charged for gas even though I had filled it. I'm sorry but this has been worst experience. The customer service people offered nothing for my wasted time or the companies inability to fulfill their end of the deal and then I was charged for additional gas on top of it. The Staff weren't very friendly neither eager to help, I was made to wait to be called to the register, but there was no other customers in office. The staff was very slow and more focused on doing nothing! Also I didn't like the fact that a rat box was in my storage didn't feel that was appropriate they should be placed out in the facility! That should be readdressed at how those rat traps should be if there's a rat caught it's goo to die and then who's going to pay my cleaning bills due to the ODOR!!!!

Although the service was great the truck I was given was the worst ride I've ever had. The truck basically had no shocks and was really old. I only ended up at this location because the Warren location no employee showed up for work. This made me late for a pickup that was scheduled. I pretty much plannef my day in advance by making a reservation two days in advance. Because I had to go to another location after waiting at the previous location for an hour for the employees to show up, it caused me to be late for my appointment which also cost me a day of pay. In the end you guys made money on me and I lost money because of you. Very disappointed in the results from the Warren location.

Nothing really, the man that checked me in was amazing. When I returned the equipment the other guy was great. It's just nice to have good customer service and for it to feel genuine. Anyone can be fake nice but your team at this location was genuinely helpful and respectful and went out of their way to help us. I appreciate it. Please let them know I said they are awesome!

I used the U-boxes for on site storage of large furniture items during home restoration work. Everything went smoothly from initial contact through end of construction, return of furniture, and return of U-boxes. Calvin and team were the bright spot in a series of misfortunes for me! At first glance I took a chance on this location moving from across the state. I'm so very grateful to every member there. It's safe, secure, temp-controlled so I didn't have to worry about excessive temperatures. AND, during the move-out, I was given special attention to my situation. This is such a cool venue. I even witnessed a stressed out client that Calvin handled with respect and courtesy. I cannot say enough.

I bought a great solid wood IKEA dining table off craigslist with 8 solid wood matching chairs. Needed to store them until I could drive the stuff (and mattresses, and household goods) up to the western Upper Peninsula. U-haul has the solution.

Lawrence and David were extremely helpful. There was an issue getting my 2 units split and they both had a great attitude toward getting it resolved and worked together to get the problem fixed for me. They do an excellent job at representing the Uhaul brand.

It would have been nice to get a pro-rate on the renaming month i had left. I had a half month left and I feel I should have been credited. I also waited an excessive amount of time getting what i needed.

Employees including the manager do not wear masks properly even when a disabled, immunocompromised customer asks them to. They are rude and not helpful at all. They cost me several hundreds of dollars in rentals due to not helping and being rude. I would never rent from them again nor ever recommend them.
