Dave was amazing, great customer service from him. Associates shouldn't tell customers they can use whats in the back of the truck because when you return the truck they charge you for it at the end. Unprofessional. Had to pay an additional fee cuz I used the dolly which the Associate said was okey. Not right or fair to me cuz then I had to lay more money in the end..CHRISTINA MARIE G.

The wait time . I was about 15 minutes later than I planned to pick up my vehicle and still had to wait for it to be inspected from previous person. I did get an upgrade though as my pickup I reserved was not available. Although rate us same for both. I was charged an additional day because the store was over crowded and understaffed im assuming someone called off and the didn't return my trailer until the next daySHAQUONA MONEEK J.
15" ft truck hand roll down windows (toll booths, etc very hard), the seatbelt belt itself was split in half - dangerous if in an accident, cannot press down on gas pedal due to protruding plastic base, so had to drive with foot at an angle, plastic rubbed off on shoe that I cannot get out and the storage unit leaked upon raining outside - not good experience at allPEGGY ANN D.

There was a French fry on the front seat and a coffee stirrer on the floor . The van had not been cleaned. I was walked just outside of the building and the attendant pointed across the parking lot to a van and told me there it is. Mind you that this location is a former KMart. So my walk to the van was at least 600 feet and it was raining. Customer service was terrible. I did notice that the young lady who was ahead of me had her van delivered right to the door. When I returned the van and told the attendant about how dirty the van was when I picked it up, his response was that he would remind the attendants that they need to clean the vans. No apology was offered. I will not be returning to this location.BRIAN KURT H.

I have to admit that I don't go to UHAUL that often however, when I do, the experiences are always different. Today, the truck was not clean however the young man that was working was really nice and cleaned it out on the spot. I had an issue with my phone not charging when I was half way to my first location, I contacted the facility to advise of this issue and I wanted to know if the truck could've been swapped out but unfortunately it couldn't. The manager Calvin came out and tested his phone, it worked but I wasn't sure how his phone charged and mines did not, even AFTER his testing. The manager advised that he would make the adjustments for the inconvenience.TEASHA LAKETHA G.

I understand that it is not this location's fault at all. It is a total lack of care and responsibility from the company. I will never use or recommend Uhaul and I hope others never have to go through the same terrible experience with them.Lauren B.

Great interaction with the manager/owner. He was awesome! But facility was dirty my storage room was extremely dirty dirt trash and tape all over the floor when I first opened it. On top of that they gave me a unit that was sealed and ready for a new renter once I opened it it was full of stuff had to go back up front and get a new one. My time was wasted. Went inside, waited and another gentlemen came in and ask if I had a return, I said yes, he sternly stated we have a return area over there, follow me and I'll take care of you. Trouble accessing the app to do digital checkout..had to go inside anyway...only one worker present and a line of people. 2nd worker showed up late. Finally got everything done and in the truck 25 minutes after our reservation time. Return process was much easier.Adam R.

Rep at the counter was completely unprofessional. Laying back in the chair and blowing a whistle. Took time to hit on some girls that walked in. I hooked up the trailer. Guy who went out to the trailer with me went flying backwards thrubthe parking lot in the Kubota. And to top it off made comments about my name. 100 % will not recommendKYLE DAVID B.

I asked to pay cash for my rental once I returned the truck. They charged my card anyway and over charged me by 25.00. What they took out of my bank account is different than my printed receipt. Arrived at 9:15am, 3rd in line. The 2 employees were very slow. Finally was waited on 30 minutes later. After that was told the fuel was close to empty and the truck had not been blown out yet. After waiting for them to blow it out, had to immediately go to the gas station for fuel! To top it all off, the tires are out of balance so I enjoyed bouncing up and down for the entire time I was driving. I hope I don't ever have to use a Uhaul truck again!!!!Michael R.

It my rep 40 minutes to process my order while his co-worker processed about 4 orders. I made a mistake of not having the correct size ball on my truck so I then canceled the order. The problem is the rep didn't cancel it so I got charged. I then waiting 35 minutes Sunday evening to get it straightened out. It was a bad experience.DAVID M.

First of all I love U Haul you guys have great equipment and I think it is fairly priced. However renting something from U Haul or even buying supplies takes forever. I have bought a car in less time it has taken to rent something. I would really like to see U Haul streamline the process. Oh and forget about calling U Haul your on the phone forever I recently rented a U Pod and was on the phone over two hours with three different people transferring me and the fourth actually disconnected me without even speaking to me. I have heard these complaints from other un happy customers as well and would really hope U Haul would make some customer service related improvements in the futureallan M.

At checkout the 1st young man was pleasant and accomplished what I came in for. He said he needed the other man to work on my storage reservation but, he was assisting another customer. So he asked the third man there to work on my reservation. This employee said he'd have to check in the back to see if they had the size I requested available. I waited 10 minutes for him to come back. When he finally came back he never told me wether they had the unit or not he asked the 2nd person if he could do the paperwork for the storage he said no I'm still working on this customer. So the 3rd guy acted as if he didn't know how to do the paperwork or didn't want to do the paperwork. I canceled the request and went to the Groesbeck office where they took good care of me. As someone who works in customer service as a manager these employees need additional coaching. Oh by the way by going to the other location I loss getting my 1st month storage fee free. I'm alright with that it's just sad that I experienced this poor customer service!JEREMY LEE B.

The Staff weren't very friendly neither eager to help, I was made to wait to be called to the register, but there was no other customers in office. The staff was very slow and more focused on doing nothing! Also I didn't like the fact that a rat box was in my storage didn't feel that was appropriate they should be placed out in the facility! Calvin and team were the bright spot in a series of misfortunes for me! At first glance I took a chance on this location moving from across the state. I'm so very grateful to every member there. It's safe, secure, temp-controlled so I didn't have to worry about excessive temperatures. AND, during the move-out, I was given special attention to my situation. This is such a cool venue. Employees including the manager do not wear masks properly even when a disabled, immunocompromised customer asks them to. They are rude and not helpful at all.
