Sheyanne Iberra the associate on duty for both the pick up and drop off did an amazing job in that she was knowledgeable of the equipment and rates as well as great customer service. I wish all my transactions could take place with someone such as her.

The gentleman who assisted me on Wednesday was rude, unhelpful, and not friendly. I have never had someone require an additional contact number to rent a vehicle, then immediately call the number "to verify it was real." The employee made a smart remark that he was going to call me since I was "late" arriving for a 4pm pick-up at 4:02pm... then I had to wait for the employee to load the truck with moving blankets AND drive to another location because the location I picked the truck up at did not have everything that I confirmed I had reserved. The price for the truck was also significantly more than I was quoted during my reservation call. The employee stated I would only be charged for the actual mileage, and according to the charge on my credit card, that is false. I was overcharged for the mileage on the truck.

The attendant helped hook up the trailer, but got a small cut on his finger in the process. Instead of cleaning it up and going to get a bandaid, he kept going and bled all over the hook-ups. He obviously has not been educated on blood born diseases, and how risky that is to others. Please advise employees not to bleed all over the equipment. As a customer, I shouldn't have to ask if he has any blood born diseases, or have to tell him to go clean up his cut so he can stop bleeding on things.
