The parking suryaruin was terrible. I wish I would have known there were only two parking spots available to leave a car while taking the uhaul. I was informed o could park inside the gates by the storage units, but I had to be back by closing time or my car would ge locked inside. This really cute my moving day time down unexpectedly, plus the location was closing early due to weather. I have no problem with taking precautions for weather but then discount my pricing if my time is cut down.

Better/Friendlier customer serviceâ€"I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff person. Make sure the vehicles are well maintained. The back door was broken on the vehicle we were given and the oil change indicator was on the whole time.

Several things: - Don't offer a customer a truck that has a missing rear reverse light and tell them they “should be fine”. The guy that handled my transaction was aware that the light was out and even told me how long it would take to fix but that they would rent it to me without fixing it as they didn't have the time. - A lone female customer walks into your store and the two employees are male. PLEASE BE PROFESSIONAL! There's no need to engage in random conversation with your customers and to use profanity!! I understand that some people use profanity in their every day language but you should be professional with all customers. I was so uncomfortable listening to him use the “f” word as well as a few other choice words. I would have rather stood there in silence as I waited for my truck to be ready.

Opens earlier and closes later than surrounding uhaul locations. Always has the equipment I need and the guys that work there are friendly and easy to work with. Recommend for anyone moving or renting a trailer to get some yard work done!

The equipment number Uhaul.com assigned me, was not the specific trailer the Uhaul employee hooked up to my vehicle. This created an issue when I returned the trailer. Remedy: double check equipment numbers.

The equipment was the best part of the experience. The employees, in particular Taylor Bowman were not. When I picked up my rental van I was asked if I could have the van back 1pm. I said I hope so, but if I don't is that a problem. The response "not a problem, you have a 24 hour rental". When I returned Taylor confronted me saying "I tried to call you several times, I had a customer waiting here for your van; you were supposed to be back at 1pm". When I shared the conversation I had with the sales rep, Taylor responded "He was wrong." and simply repeated "my customer was waiting and you were late". As I went to check out I shared with him a VIP code for a $100 voucher that I had been given. I attempted to give this code to the sales rep when I picked up the van. He told me the code had expired and I would need to call customer service to have it reissued. I did that and a new VIP code was given to me. At check-out Taylor told me the code was valued at $20; not the original $100 on the voucher. I showed him the voucher and email confirming the $100 amount to which he said "I can read! The system says its only $20". I asked if there was someone he could call to confirm the amount and he responded "that is the responsibility of the customer" So I called customer support back while in the store. Message said 15 to 20 minute hold time. I shared that with Taylor and he responded in a snarly way "you're lucky". After 31 minutes and 47 on hold, the customer service rep confirmed that the new voucher was valued at $100. I let the customer service rep speaker to Taylor who said "no the system says $20 and there isn't anything I can do." They went back and forth and only after the customer service rep told me they would have to issue a refund to me post payment did Taylor say "stop, the system now says $100." The customer service rep was frustrated with him, I was frustrated with him. And if I didn't know better would say he manufactured that entire event as payback for my not being back at 1pm. Taylor could benefit from retraining on how to interact with you U-haul customers. At this point, I won't rent from U-Haul again. Cheryl Mikovch

My contract was messed up between the switch in uhaul pick ups due to the original location being closed and not answering their phones. Just found I was charged extra due to issues with the contact. Does seem to be this locations issue. Easy drop off at this location.

I had a very interesting rental experience. I got a little over 100 miles into my trip with a trailer only to find out the lights werent working. I called the location and Tayler helped me out with options and trouble shooting. Upon returning the trailer he looked it over after I left. Later that day he called me to let me know it was on the truck side so that I wouldn't have the same issue on my next trailer haul. Le service à la clientèle était génial.

I needed a car hauler to tow my my broken down car. I was very well taken care of by this great young man. Tyler was not only very professional, but also went above and beyond his assigned duties to ensure he accommodated my needs in a time of crisis. He called other branches to find out if they had the right equipment for me. He was diligent, capable and empathetic. He is definitely a great asset to the company.

Hattie Bellamy is one of the most rudest people I have met in an excess of 15 years. She was rude to me the moment I walked in and I told her that she shouldn't treat customer rudely. She proceeded to tell me I can go elsewhere. The truck was dirty on the outside and the service at this location has plummeted.

Hi! I've either moved or helped move someone 3-4 times since March of 2021. Each time we've issued U-Haul and had no complaints. This time, however, was different. Here are my list of concerns and complaints: 1) I arrived at my Pick - Up location at 11:48 AM with a pick - up time of 12:00 PM. My truck was no where to be found. The location of my truck was WAY off. I chose contactless pick - up but had to go inside to even locate my truck. 2) When I finally did locate my truck they had 4 trucks each parked 4 inches apart. (Please review their camera footage if proof is needed!) not only that, my truck had a dumpster right behind it and literally 1 inch for margin of error. So I had to go BACK up front to get assistance again. 3) WE DIDN'T EVEN GET THE RIGHT TRUCK! The front desk lady took multiple keys with her because even she couldn't get my truck unstuck. She finally pulls up a raggedy 26 foot truck that had trash in the front seat. (Coffee cups, swisher sweets plastic, and crumbs.) So I'm not sure if this truck hadn't been cleaned yet because they were rushed but that shouldn't be an excuse. COVID is real and all rentals should be sanitized before the next renter can take it. COVID is another reason I chose CONTACTLESS pick - up… but we see how that turned out. 4) I didn't get my swapped out truck, new reservation info, or keys until 1:08 PM!!! An HOUR after my pick - up time. If I wanted it at 1 PM I would have chose 1 PM. Proof is the text message I received at 1:10PM that had all the new info. 5) When I called and reserved my order they told me - “You'll get the first 30 miles free and each mile after that is $0.79.” Could someone tell me why I was charged for 92 miles at $0,99 / mile?? Based on my calculations I should have been charged $48,98 92 miles - 30 miles = 62 miles 62 miles x $0,79 a mile = $48,98 I was charged $91.08, almost DOUBLE what was quoted. This experience has been the WORST I've ever had.

I don't remember his name, but the guy working was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. He was dealing with multiple customers/situations when I arrived to pick up my uhaul (another person picking up a truck, a woman who's car battery died while her car was parked outside her storage unit, and a man picking out boxes). He multitasked and prioritized well providing superb service to us all. When I arrived again to unload my truck in my unit, he was helpful answering my questions and provided quick service while being efficient again. I've had multiple experiences with other storage units and this was by far the best service I've had. I'm glad I chose this location and hope the person working is commended for his customer service. He was the guy working on the morning of 6/5.
