When I arrived at the location all the supplies I requested was not available I had to go to another location to get a utility dolly. The person who waited on me was texting and I had to wait for her to finish before she waited on me. It took longer than I anticipated since I completed my reservation online. I was told that I could drop the truck off at any location and would need to find a location myself but later received a specific location via text that was near my storage location but out of the way of where I was going when I called to change the drop off location I was told that I could not drop off at a closer location to where I would be staying. Ironically the drop off location service was great.

When we arrived to get out trailer it was so nice that the gentleman helped us hook up. The next best part was we went to drop it back off when we had finished out move and a gentleman took the trailer and drove it back and unhooked it for us. I did after hour pick up But prior to doing so I called this location for more info I was placed on hold for 1 hour then hung up on then went through with everything submitted ID I was in a time frame and hired helpers however when we went to get the key it was not in ANY lockbox customer service gave me all code not in any so had to wait For someone to get us the key. Was told they would call when on the way never called just outside WAITING. Very unhappy

My perfect experience turned into a terrible one when i got a call from Brenda, the manager asking me what to tell a client that was in front of her because there was a misunderstanding as to when i'd return my rental. When i arrived and told her the way she talked to me was unacceptable (she replied, â€œ i can talk to you like that bc you didnt being the truck back when you were supposed toâ€) i then ask who can i speak to above you. She told me to call the 1-800 # and that it would just go to her and she'd handle it. At this point, i wasn't going to call or say anything but when i recieved the survey i wanted to take the opportunity to recommend that the company puts her through some kind of customer service intensive training. She cannot hold a position like she has and handle situations like the one i had the way that she did. I will never refer that location to anyone else and i hope no one has to experience what i did dealing with her. The young man that checked the truck back in was very polite and Nicole was as well. I apologize for the inconvenience and misunderstanding on my part. I remained very polite on the phone, but didn't get a chance to apologize.
