Renting using your mobile device requires the ability to get the key. This location doesn't have the key box specified. Truck wasn't ready. Took an hour to get the truck after jumping through the app hoops and then Still having to deal with the staff. Completely inefficient and not pleasant!Andrew M.

We asked for a hitch that could pull up to 10 000 pounds and they gave us a class 3 with out informing us that's what they were doing. Its only good up to 7 500 pounds. I have called and waited on hold for multiple hours on multiple days to get it corrected and I keep being told a manager will call but I never get a call!Derek F.

The rental truck and the rental contract did not match. You can eliminate this problem by having the sales operator scan with bar code reader the equipment ID. This problem caused a 20' delay in the truck release.Joseph R.

Cashier Lakia was very helpful and was great explaining all the details out. Truck was clean and drove well, except the brakes seemed to need more brake fluid. You would have to keep depressing the brake as you came to a stop, almost all the way to the floor. We noted that on our return check in. Thank Youmark K.

The website is very misleading. It felt like a bait and switch. The price on the website was different that the store. Plus, I was charged twice for the packing products and only received one set. U-haul agent made reservation for wrong date initially. Didn't notice until I got home. They do not answer the phone. Ever. Finally went online and made a new reservation. Just glad trailer was still available. A week earlier made a reservation at a different location and when I went to pick up trailer was not available. Seems to be many customer service problems through out U-haul. Can't ever talk to a live person unless you drive to a retail location. They appear to be very busy so I guess that's why they don't answer the phone.JACK G.

Wait time was far too long. I filed everything online because the claim was â€˜it will cut your wait time by 1/2 hour' . Didn't happenâ€¦there was at least 2 people behind me that had no reservation, got their huge trucks and were gone before I even got my small trailer hooked up.Joseph D.

I have pictures of the unit ceiling falling in and mold everywhere from the hot and cold weather causing moisture in a closed in unit. The weeds from outside began growing on the inside through the back of the storage unit. I had rat feces everywhere. I tried to donate much as I could of furniture items to Goodwill. I refused to take any of it into my brand new home. Everything else was packed and tossed in the trash. I can't believe I was paying for almost 4 years to throw everything away. It was horrible. The Uhaul truck was the only thing that was great. It didn't breakdown this time on me. I wish I could submit these pictures to show other customers. I paid on the 30th of every month which included late fees since my unit was due on the 12th of every month. I paid for Uhaul to deliver horrible services every month to me. I recommend Uhaul to upgrade the whole structure and treat customers items as they would treat their own.latosha b. | Expérience générale

I was offered a month storage for free with my one way truck rental. I accepted the offer, completed the online move in process at which point I was informed everything was all set to move in. I even called the facility to ensure that if I were not available to move into the unit that my representative could do so if I had completed the online process. I work as a front line healthcare provider and had to work so asked my wife to move the contents into the unit. I gave her all the details to do so, including a screen shot of my confirmation. At the facility, the buildings were very poorly marked and when she asked the employee where the unit was, she was informed that the employee could not give her any information because the unit was not in her name. When my wife finally located the unit, with no help from staff, the codes we were given for access did not work. As I was trying to care for my patients, I was also having to try to handle this chaos over the phone with my wife. Finally, my wife forced to go back to the employee and demand assistance to access the unit. Ultimately, locating and accessing the unit took twice as long as actually moving in the contents. As an extra bonus, to complete the online move in process to the unit, I had to pay 99,95 even though it was supposed to be free for month. I called the location 3/25/2021 to request a refund of the 99.95. The automated system informed me it would be a 20 minute wait for a representative. After nearly 39 minutes someone came on the line. I explained the pricing issue and was told that someone from that location would call me that day. Needless to say, it is 3/29/2021 and I have still not received a call. I am currently waiting on the phone (23 minutes so far) to try to get this resolved. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated with the entire process and would appreciate contact from someone who can help me. You guys make a point to mention on the automated phone system that calls are recorded to help keep your promises made to your customers. Uhaul trailer stolen, Uhaul no communication, continued to charge daily rate even though reported stolen and I had trailer insurance. To date, had to cancel card, they took over 200 $unauthorized and refused to discuss or return telephone calls.Kimberly W. | Expérience générale

I had a person to quote Catherine storage rate to as first month free and 100 dollars a month. When I found out later it was not quoted correctly. Bedbugs on uhaul truck and unit that got into my brand new furniture and our home on base causing us to throw out all our furniture . Staff had I don't care attitude and told my husband they didn't have bedbugs. I am in the military and I trusted Putting my stuff in a storage and I trusted using you guys tricks to transfer my stuff without any issues. Very disappointed and have gotten military Lawyers involved. The way I and my husband were treated were very rude. Unprofessional manager provoked an argument and ultimately called the police after she made a threat to me, the customer. After renting a truck in another state, traveling for 2 days, and arriving expecting to check in with 0 issues this was the last thing that need to happen. U-Haul's system messed up my storage reservation and instead of leading with an explanation, she lead with attitude that was met with attitude.
