Super busy weekend when we brought the uHaul back. Had trouble finding a place to park the big 26' one that we rented when we returned it, but the young man working there helped us by moving some smaller ones around since parking was so tight.
Daniel F.Only one person working, so I had to wait to pickup my registration because auto check in demanded me to verify someone else's phone number. This cut into my return time. I was told the truck was at full and assumed I should pump gas into it until the pump kicked. Ended up putting 5 gallons into the truck, to travel 58 miles. I find it hard to believe that your moving vans only receive 11 miles to the gallon. I mentioned this to your employee and it was disregarded. I feel like I got ripped off, especially when the truck is advertised at $19,95 to rent. My total cost to use your truck for 5 hours was $101.37. There are more hidden fees when renting a U-Haul, than there are when signing up with a cable company. This isn't the only review I plan to post. Have a nice day.
Ryan R.I was given the wrong vehicle, and it was a vehicle that needed maintenance and service. Uhaul called me about 4 hours into my trip and stated it was the wrong vehicle, when I began to explain problems I was experiencing they hung up. When I arrived at the location, the arrival Uhaul station was furious as they werent expecting the vehicle, let alone one theyd have to perform maintenance on. It was unsafe to drive and I was put in danger. Uhaul is charging me anyway.

Jonathan S.I am a 24 year old young woman and I feel I was taken advantage of at this location. I made a reservation for a 5 x 8 trailer because the 4 x 6 trailer was unavailable in the area around me let it be known I drive a Hyundai Kona a small subcompact SUV. When I arrived at this location to pick up the 5 x 8 trailer I was given a 6 x 12 trailer and not told it was a 6 x 12 trailer. I will admit I have no concept of size I just knew I was picking up a trailer. The 6 x 12 trailer is significantly large and far too large for my vehicle to safely tow. I ended up having to contact corporate to contact another U-Haul along my moving route and switch out trailers for a smaller size. I am significantly disappointed with the service I received at this location.
Veronica Z.Everything was great as far as easy enough to book, pick up, drop off, & the staff. The trucks engine light was on, from the time I started it, & had me a little nervous of driving it loaded, but I didn't have to go far with it. As soon as I returned they checked the light immediately so hopefully the next person had a good working truck. It was however the only 1 of that size there & we were on a deadline so I'm glad it worked for us.

Rich A.The vehicle was available, but old and dirty inside. The extra fees and charges are surprisingly high. Mileage charge plus gas refill was almost $200, the rental was "$19,95". I would say that was a bit deceptive. It cost me 10 times the advertised price. Will think twice about renting from U-haul again.

Todd F.I scheduled a pick up for a Friday, the day before my pick up, I got a call from your rep letting me know that the trailer I reserved was not available for Friday pick up. I asked the rep if there was another location close by with the trailer I needed and he told me he does not have the ability to check. I then asked if it was available for Saturday morning and he said yes. I told him I wanted it for 9 am and he assured me that it was a available. He then send me my reservation and it was for a 1:30 pm pickup. Once again, I had to change my plans. The way I was screwed around with my reservation last minute was very unprofessional. On a side note, the gentleman that were on location during pick up were great. I believe he was a manager. Went out in the rain, explained in detail the hook up and was very polite.

Robert C.I found out the day of my rental that the 15 foot truck I rented was not going to be available because another customer wasn't able to return it on time. It was a little stressful for a few hours but I am thankful I was contacted again to say a 26 foot truck was available. This was a much larger truck than I wanted but fortunately everything ended up working out okay.

Aaron R.I did not rent a uhaul from this location, or any other uhaul location, but was still receiving text messages and emails about this order. My name and contact information was included on a receipt/contract that I did not choose to enter. I don't even live in the state that the rental took place. It's unclear how the uhaul rental agent was able to start a contract with someone without checking their ID and confirming it matched the contract info, but it's very concerning that was able to happen.

RAY L.When I made the reservation in late December, I indicated pick-up at Martin's Hardware in Mount Pleasant Mills. I expected to pick up there. I was not informed that I needed to drive 13 miles farther, to Shamokin Dam to pick up until the day before pick up.

Even though it's not in my hometown I'll drive the extra 18 minutes to use them from here on out. Always have the equipment I need and never out of the specific trailer! Thank you, much appreciated!

Thomas S.App is horrible, original pickup uhaul selected the wrong drop off location, got to the drop off and couldn't drop off until location was changed by a uhaul rep. (After hours drop off) waited an hour until we finally got done being transfered from person to person on the phone. How to fix- let the uhaul dropofd select there current location for dropoff on the app without needing a uhaul rep to do so
