Because of the way you whole handle their things when they were tearing down their building and kicked me out of my storage unit for no reason early and I lost everything I had because of it the staff at U-Haul won't up going into my unit and taking things from me

Location had been closed down and nobody had even told me nobody gave me a drop off location prior to me arriving. No help was given. Would not recommend to anybody and will never use you however ever again! We're experience I've ever had!!
SHELBY ADELL STEVENSHack job.. first one in line with 15 vehicles in fleet they give me a rig with less than quarter tank and tell me it's at a quarter.. I go 3 miles and need to fill up… there are energy drinks and garbage from the last person who used the vehicle.. the back isn't swept out. They make you fill up 3 times so you return it with more gas but if it's under you get charged 5$ per gallon and if you're over you just get screwed.. scam artists bums.. go somewhere else

Driver's opinion who has hauled Nuclear Waste, Bombs, Hazardous Waste, Biological Plague Viruses etc if I was forced to rent a U.P.S Trailer to do such because of other problems - I would.

Phuc LeOnly one attendant working on a 3 day holiday weekend Saturday morning . Created long backup line. Took a long time to go through truck rental process. Made a reservation including credit card transaction in advance. When I arrived at U-Haul office, reservation number was not used or considered. The attendant was very nice and efficient.

Minnie BlowThe truck smelled bad of gas/exhaust/carbon monoxide. If i wasn't in a pinch and time wasn't of the essence I would have returned it! I was coughing and refraining from vomiting the whole time driving in that death box. It is a extreme hazard to passengers to be in there!
David RomeroI had issues in the past with my credit card and checks with your billing my account. With help from some of your employees the issue was resolved. But this problem happened on several occasion which led to much frustration on my part.

Reserved a Towdol and customer service did not add or add to price I was charged 173 dollars for the use of the equip for less then 24 hours, it took 3 staff one of which ended up with stitches, a manager, and a hour to even put the tow onto the truck, I was charged for this month of storage when all other customers were not ( as UHAUL is demolishing the store) then the employee tried to pro-rate me, nothing I had set up online was at the pick-up ( blankets dolly or tow dolly) with truck or tow-dolly at storage as arrange with customer service. Complete nightmare. I was told by store tow Dollie's can only be rented for 3 days not 2 or less I drove straight from UHAUL in Auburn to Grants Pass Oregon and dropped off the dolly. Lee ShinWhile I appreciate the $25 for returning the vehicle with more than a quarter of gas (way more). I don't think it's right that I go less than a mile and the gas light comes on. The vehicle was clean, the staff well represented the community and were very friendly to everyone the two times I was there.

David DutcherThe location does not do after hours drop offs, yet I was instructed by U Haul to drop off there after hours. There was no key drop, so wasted time trying to find it and had to make a second trip back there to drop off the key (as I didn't want to lock in the vehicle). The personnel were great when I dropped off the key, just was frustrated that I was told to drop off at a location that doesn't do drop offs.

Much to my dismay, they do not have a fright elevator for the upper level which made it impossible for me to use it. This should be communicated clearly before reservations are made. This move was the most peculiar one I've ever experienced in my life. Pandemic issues trying to get moving help and the fact I moved 25 miles away as well as onset of a personal disability. The use of a one month storage unit was a genuine life saver. It was clean and safe and perfect for my temporary need. I have recommended this business so many times and will continue to do so. In about a year or so when I plan to move back to Auburn, I will return. The only thing I found challenging is the company's new procedure for ALL calls to go through an off site call center. I understand the reasons and help to the individual stores. For the customers, however, needing to talk to the site staff, its a real pain.
