Well, I realize the Money for this type of service is not going to be Cubic but perhaps a "Make Over" on your Commercial Establishments might be in order! There is a certain degree of Professionalism associated with a Well Dressed and Appearing Store Front. Other than the appearance of the business the equipment is functional and useable!

Make sure you have an understanding of U-Hauls Sex Change Pigtail Adapter. It converts a "Standard Round" trailer light connector to the "4 flat style"! Not many people know this. I do not know why their equipment does not utilize the "Standard Light Connector" but they do not. Also, if the lights are not operative when plugged in ensure your hitch is making ground to the receiver. A piece of 60 grit sandpaper will usually take off any rust or corrosion ensuring the lighting system has a good ground!

This location was great. But uhaul itself ruined my moving date and cost me extra money because they gave my first uhaul away and told me I had to go to Tacoma but that wasn't going to work so I tried the northbend one but they only had a 15 foot truck in all. So I had to cancel it because I knew it wouldn't fit. Then renton because that northbend one wasn't going to work it was too small so we tried rentij but my uncle who was driving the time wouldn't work for him. So we called auburn and they finally helped us. If I would of called a place rather than book it online I feel like none of this would of happened. My one way move that was suppose to stay one way with the return back to its original place cost me over 800 dollars and that's because uhaul gave my truck away. So if I ever had to pick uhaul again it would be because I had no other options. I will never use them again. They ruined my move in date and cost me way extra more money. So I am terribly disappointed and disgusted with their service at the main call center. No one gave a shit. It was horrible Anyways that's all I just won't come back unless I have no other option

One tie down strap mechanism wasn't working. We rigged it to work since we needed to leave immediately, but it could have been unsafe for someone who didn't know how to do that.

I flew in from San Antonio to rent a U-haul and haul the rest of our home items to Schertz Tx I had reserved the truck and to pick up at 1497 Central Ave S in Kent Wa. When I arrived they did not have the truck there. The agent went above and beyond to locate me a truck in Auburn which was further away from where I was staying the night before.

When i book online, you guys always try to jack the price up.. this time, i was told " oh, that van always miscalculates the mileage". So i don't think we'll rent from you again. Last time was gas issues, the tank was empty and i called a i notice within 2 blocks and they said they would adjust the price but you still overcharged me. They blamed it on corporate. So no more of my business. Too irritating.

Everything was perfect from the time I entered and met Anastacia . I had just came from another Uhaul dealership in my town and was treated horribly . I told her what happened and she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was covered . I appreciate her kindness and y'all should give her some praise. I picked up on a Friday afternoon and dropped off on Saturday afternoon. It was busy but there was enough staff that it went fairly quickly. The employees were polite and knew what they were doing. Out of my 30+ uhaul experiences throughout Washington, this has been the best. Will look to rent here again.

When I picked up the vehicle I was told that it had about 1/2 tank of gas. The charges were explained to me regarding refill of the gas. When I returned the vehicle I was told that it had 3/8 of a tank and I was being charged $ 48 ( this may not be the exact charge). I asked to see the gauge and from my point of view it was very close, if not exactly where it was when I picked up the vehicle. I should not have been charged for what was likely less than a gallon difference ( if that). Gas gauges have a slight bit of fluctuation in accuracy and are many are not accurate to the exact gallon, especially in the version in this particular truck. Very disappointed in the outcome of this.

These people was so very unprofessional and rude we got the truck back before 7 which we didn’t get it until 5:30 we knew had to get the truck back by 7 but didn’t know we had to have it all packed in the room by 7 so we had 20 minutes to get things into the room I asked the GM if we could have about 15 extra minutes and she just brushed me off like I wasn’t nothing I lost some of my things because I’ve couldn’t get it in time every one wants To go home after a hard days work but gosh bend a little the guy that worked with me was soooo rude I know my stuff won’t be there too long the service sucked

Nightmare experience from the beginning and sure that our experience will continue to be horrible. Failure of promises and lack of customer service from a company that has a monopoly on a market. Have dealt with U-Haul and horrible service although when I can't think it can't get worse, I am surprised how bad it gets. I will continue to take my other business elsewhere or do without.

I am pleased overall with U-Haul. But I was originally reserved a storage room at the auburn location. Much to my dismay, they do not have a fright elevator for the upper level which made it impossible for me to use it. This should be communicated clearly before reservations are made. This made the move in more stressful and time consuming as I had to go to another location for services.

The South Auburn Way UHaul has been my go-to for all my moving needs for many years. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. I trust them. This move was the most peculiar one I've ever experienced in my life. Pandemic issues trying to get moving help and the fact I moved 25 miles away as well as onset of a personal disability. The use of a one month storage unit was a genuine life saver. It was clean and safe and perfect for my temporary need. I have recommended this business so many times and will continue to do so. In about a year or so when I plan to move back to Auburn, I will return. The only thing I found challenging is the company's new procedure for ALL calls to go through an off site call center. I understand the reasons and help to the individual stores. For the customers, however, needing to talk to the site staff, its a real pain.
