I felt bad for the employees. Your computer equipment is outdated and from Warrensville Heights to Cleveland Heights, you had employees trying to problem solve frozen computers that could not process a simple transaction. It is sad because the employees were efficient and doing the job well. Clean facility, but it caused them to have to wait and wait to get simple answers. NOT their fault. I was very happy with the facility, I just think Corporate has to spend some money to help them get their jobs done. Efficiency equals $$$$.

Prior to using the 21930 Miles Road Location, An attempt was made to use the 7806 Union Ave. Neighborhood Dealer. This Attempt failed because none of the regular employees on the premises knew how rent U-Haul equipment. Getting this piece of information was like -pulling teeth. The customers of this dealer need to be surveyed.

The cause of the delayed response to this survey was to resolve a charge/hold placed on my card. Lamar and Shaundra were on top of this when I notified them of the issue. After several days we finally got information pertinent to resolving the problem. As usual, Lamar & Shaundra were professional and followed-up to make sure I received all information to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, my card company could NOT remedy the issue quickly. Because when renting a car/truck and the company does not finalize the charge it holds the funds for 30 days for your firm’s protection. The $162.58 will NOT be released until 6/24 and placed back into my account on 6/25/2019. The lesson learned from this is to make sure the equipment I’m renting is available to avoid this mistake in the future. I am still satisfied with the Beachwood location and will continue to patronize them until they forget what customer satisfaction means (I hope this never). Hey guys, I will be in for a Ford van on 6/26/19. Have a great week!

The truck was a death trap. Dash lights didn’t work and I had to hold a flash light to the dash while driving to know how fast I was going. It also jerked left and right the entire time driving. So imagine driving with one hand while the other was holding a flash light to the dash while the truck is jerking left and right. I honestly want a refund because I’m lucky I didn’t crash in that thing.

We had our hitch installed at Uhual Moving and Storage of South Beachwood to tow a 6'12 trailer from Ohio to Texas. My family of 5 arrive in El Paso Texas to experience our service light to come on and our vehicle to no longer be able to pull the trailer. After calling the Uhual Moving and Storage at El Paso and speaking with Leo the manager who was very concerned and sent his service truck out to help us which arrived in 5mins. The Uhual service attendee Rogelio was very upset to see that the wrong hitch was applied to our vehicle. It was too low half a foot off ground and should have been installed with hitch allowing it 24in from ground. We expressed to Rogelio the hitting and scratching we endured along the way( a huge problem already within itself due to our younger two boys with special needs) and Rogelio expressed passionately his confirmation of how wrong and dangerous traveling so far with the wrong hitch is and then further asked "who did this?" UHUAL! we replied. Rogelio took pictures of the hitch we had and the one on his vehicle- the one that should have been installed and sent it to Leo his manager. Rogelio further assisted us by removing the trailer so that we could get our boys off the road to our new home and see about our vehicle which was no longer running the same. Through tears thank God for Leo and Rogelio- there are good hearted spirited people still ..just wish it were more you know.

Customer service was not good. The gentleman was on his cell phone the entire time which lead to him not understanding my needs. I was renting a trailer for my job's Memorial Day Parade. This was our first time constructing a float and using the trailer. I'm sure we will rent from Uhaul again but NOT this location. I had to use cash he said they didn't except credit cards which was very surprising. So I had to leave and go to the bank and come back. When I returned the employees were outside and they saw me walk in the building and no one came in to help me. Another customer was in line already waiting for his change and he was also upset.

Staff obviously don’t know how to back auto transports in to where they want you to drop them off. Instead of navigating the truck to do so the staff person tried to guide me, with bad directions I might add, when she should have been able to get in and do it. It is her job after all.

She mixed up everything, put her address as mine and than expected me to return the unit 25 miles away. when there is a local return 5 miles from us here on Catawba Island. The steering wheel and other controls were sticky. Someone should ensure that it is wiped down with a damp cloth or wet wipes or something. I noticed that only when I was ready to drive and didn't have time to go back to the counter and inform a customer representative about it.

I do not need to rate this location because my return every month speaks for itself. The personnel is professional, and I watched Sunday as adverse weather conditions could have frustrated them. But that did not!! They worked diligently with each customer and ran the operation smoothly. If they ever receive a poor rating I would sincerely question it. I just realized on Sunday Lamar and I have the same last name. We are not related so this is not a family evaluation. Keep up the great work! I will see you all on the 27th!

Truck ran hard and we figured out the tow/haul light had been engaged automatically each time the ignition is turned on. However when it rained We disengaged it (as the sticker advised during slippery wet pavement) and it no longer felt like the transimssion was pulling and not properly shifting gears. That sound and feel made our deiving experience a little less than desirable all the way to Jacksonville and seemed to drink the gas up quicker but otherwise everything was ok.

When I got to this location the trailer was not readily available that I requested they try to make me go a hundred miles out of my area to get a new trailer then when they finally got me a trailer it was like the brakes kept locking up on a trailer and when I went to return the trailer After Hours the app to return it with after hours return kept freezing up on me & it never let me complete the return

The location and the employees were really nice. I had a short amount of time to get a hitch and a trailer. I was able to get both at the location. I had to wait for a bit, I guess my hitch was difficult to put on but it Wasn't horrible. Their "waiting area" could use a serious upgrade. Sitting for four hours on uncomfortable chairs with a toddler was uncomfortable. Also they had a coffee machine with no coffee. Other than the waiting area I would recommend

The receipt should tell you to stay in the vehicle when returning using your mobil phone instead of just giving you the web address. I returned my key before attempting to return vehicle and couldn't complete the return. Other than that it was a flawless experience. The best Uhaul experience I've ever had.
