Customer service from staff was above expectations. Staff explained everything and based on my needs made the perfect suggestions for adding equipment such as dolly. The were compassionate an understanding in a situation where my original reservation was not honored, they made everything so much better! Downtown Memphis branch is awesome. I cant remember the staff members names but it was a woman and man, thank you again!

Tish was amazingly helpful. We had driven here to Memphis from Colorado so were very tired and out of sorts. Tish saw the trailer we were hauling and asked us if we were sure we had the right size storage unit. When she showed us what we had reserved we realized that it was way to small. No problem - Tish helped us to upgrade to one that was just the right size. She then quickly and efficiently showed us everything we needed to know about accessing the facility. We really appreciate how friendly and helpful she was!

Make sure the maintenance is done on the trucks. The truck i rented battery had corrosion on it and wouldn't start after I loaded everything. Had to call road side they never answered. So a man offered to boost it off with his super pack charger but the battery was dead so we used his battery pack and my booster cable both together and it finally started. The worst day ever.

I received a call from uhaul indicating that they desperately needed 15' trucks (which I had rented). I agreed to return my truck 2 days early, but received no reduction in my bill, or even a voucher for future rental.

I had to wait 2 hours because employee on shift vacated the store. This caused me to receive my reservation late and I had to rush moving my belongings and missed the storage by 20 minutes. This caused me to have to keep the truck another day and they charged me 300 $including late fees when it was their fault. The manager On duty called my phone yelling at me about bringing their truck back at 8am and I told them I missed the storage because of their employee. I also had to move in the dark. This is the worse experience ever and I will be taking this compliant further into corporate.

This was my first ever experience renting a U-Haul, and I'm so glad this location popped up on my search! The folks here are super helpful, driving the van took very little time to get a hold of, and the lobby is cool as hell. Can I say that on here? Either way: 10/10, would happily use again. Also, U-Haul seals road bikes?? Rad.

Truck was on empty when I picked the UHall rental which complicated my day, as it took time to add gas upfront, then later in the end to make certain we could make it back in. ...Otherwise, the lady that helped us at your Memphis dealership was very helpful, kind & joyous! We liked her a lot..

Expedite the application process. I spoke with someone over the phone and gave them my name, phone number, address, email, which she said was all already on file. Then I gave her my credit card number to rent a trailer. Then when I showed up , I did all that all over again. All my info and still had to swipe my card . Either take my info over the phone or in the store but not both especially when you already told me you had it all on file already. Other than the redundancy the people were great. Great people inefficient systems .

This location was extremely helpful to me!! However my reservation was made at the Union location and was not put in correctly. The young man was working be himself so the attention given to me was not good in the beginning. Finally he called another location and they were great!!

Truck seats where dirty, all they did was squirt some kinda spray into it but you could tell it hadn't been wiped down, my wipe was black after wiping down my seat. The cup holders where wet and all filed with hair and dirt . I was promised an extended drop off time but it was never documented and it cost me. Big time.

None of the employees were wearing masks. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe. Masks are worn to protect others, by not wearing masks you are saying that you don't care about your customers. It doesn't matter if there's a plastic shield up, masks were still not worn when employees weren't behind the shield.

This location was average, but I am highly disappointed because when unhooking my car from the tow dolly, the employee released the straps holding the wheels and asked me to reverse my car. I did so with no success, multiple times, giving it a lot of gas that by all accounts should have allowed it to back off the dolly. My boyfriend tried as well. Then the employee says "oh wait" and realizes he forgot to undo the metal chains connecting my car to the dolly. So at his direction, I was pulling with all of my car's power against these metal chains which probably damaged my car.

The staff was excellent and very nice people! They gave me water when I came to bring the U-Hall back. The manager saw me red faced and sweaty. She offered me a drink right away. The facility and staff were great. However, the truck pick up reservation was made to a location that had no trucks, requiring a trip to a place 24 min away. And the location where I was given instructions to go for storage did not have any. Overall a bad experience with uhaul but not with me Td affiliates
