The only thing I would of expected would have been for a dolly to already been in the truck instead of having to rent one. But other than that everything was great.
Equipment was dirty and had to be cleaned prior to my leaving. ALL signage required customers to be masked but NOT ONE UHaul employee wearing one.
Have more staff available when there a lot of clients and or new clients waiting.

I rented this equipment at 4:30 pm on Friday, Jan 22 and returned it at 4 pm on Saturday, Jan 23. The employee that helped me said he did not need my paperwork, he had it on his phone and could I back it in the space - I said yes, but need to turn in the 2 dozen blankets first - all folded which he pulled out of the trailer and put into the building. I then backed the trailer into the space, he disconnected the trailer and said I was free to go. Today I got the email and receipt that said I had kept trailer for 3 days and my charge was 3 times what I had expected. I called immediately, fearing the worst, but you had a great customer recovery done by Cody Wynn and he credited my card appropriately. Many thanks to Cody for his efforts and great attitude, even though I was upset. I will insist on hard copy paperwork on the return of equipment in the future. Thanks so much for hiring such great folks and this site is a great site.
This facility is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. They make everything about the rental experience as easy and painless as possible. Brian and Jordan are outstanding. Try made my rental experience amazingly easy. They deserve a raise.
We had a last minute switch on which type of equiptment I was renting. But everything went really well. They even had two 6X2 boards that someone had left in a rental that helped with me get my washer and dryer up a broken set of steps. They definetly went above and beyond, took great care of me! Very happy with the service I received! I will definetly be back next time I need to move anything!
Employees should wear face masks. No one had a mask on. Not very considerate of the Customers.

Make sure the U-Haul is thoroughly cleaned. The customer service was awesome from the start to the finish.
The only problem we had was that we called to rent a storage and was led to believe we had a space and we gave them our credit card information. But when we got there to put our stuff in the space, we were told that we did not have a space and there were none available. After much conversation, the agent finally gave us one. There was definitely some miscommunication somewhere but we were never told that a phone call and credit card did not reserve space. After all that, we are very satisfied with our storage space. Merry Christmas!

Got to be honest. Uhaul has the market for rental trucks cornered and knows that it can continue to provide paying customers with sub-par products and service. Wish I did not need to deal with them but they're the only game around and they know it.

I've been renting from U-Haul for a few years and especially within the last month. I can honestly say that my experience is always a good one. From the staff helping me both renting and returning my rental. VERY WELL SATISFIED !!!

Upon arriving the customer service was amazing and I truly thought wow, this is a great place! However I was really, extremely disappointment with my experience as the night ended. I wasn’t informed that the big doors don’t open after 7pm so I was stuck trying to fit a couch through one single door. As well as my pin code was showing a error that “I wasn’t checked in” , when I did go upfront to sign and was given a lock. I also was granted time access prior, as soon as 7:06 came I no longer had access. So I was stuck outside with a couch and a couple of other items and couldn’t receive assistance... but that’s not the worse part, while inside and open my lock to my unit the alarm went off over the entire building, not once but twice! I’m not sure if it was due to this same “not checked in status” but I had no one to come help, customer service told me I would have to wait until the next day. This was unfortunate being I stay out of town, have not begun relocating yet. I also needed to check my Uhaul in on this day, and here I was after 8pm with no access and needing to get back home (2+ hours away) very very traumatizing... I give two stars because the customer service at the actual store were like angels... but I just had a horrid experience and some details where left out about the storage.
Associate was quick to service. Was also one of two people who noticed our hitching car trailer was set up incorrectly. He attempted to stop us to correct it.

My main concern was that only one employee was wearing a mask and none of the customers (with the exception of myself) in the store had on one. There were no precautions taken to protect anyone in the store.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. I was even given the 1st month free of charge. Not sure if there was some kind of promotion going on but it was awesome regardless. Also I accidentally set off the alarm in my unit because I didn’t check in, which was explained to me prior. I just forgot to since the door to get in was already open from another tenant. But one of the staff was there to shut off the alarm and kindly explain to me the reasons for the alarm. Which is another awesome thing, each unit has its own alarm, which triggers when you don’t check in or check out of your unit. Awesome facility.
I paid for a dolly, but there was not one in the truck.

Have u-hauls inspected at drop off rather than when the employee has the time to inspect it and provide customer with a receipt at that time for return of equipment

Have the mobile pick up working. Kept saying it couldn't find my location and it was turned on. Thank goodness the facility was open. Once inside I still had to go through the same information I submitted online. It was inconvenient, but overall service was good.
Once again didn't deal with anyone but wasn't sure where to park truck or drop off keys as box I put them in wasn't marked but was cold and tired so just put them in there.
We were sent to a 24-hour drop off site that had no one there to help us remove the trailer and sign the return forms. When we called another local Uhaul to try to return it there we were told to just drop the trailer in the parking lot and he would call the person to see that it was signed out the next morning. We were told that if we returned at his location there would be a charge because we did not return it at the correct location. I specifically requested that it be a preferred return location and not a must return location. We did not have the availability to sign it out (no phone internet).
Everything went very smoothly.
Cab had not been cleaned and had a very unpleasant odor. At turn-in, clerk said he would speak with manager about granting a price adjustment for the odor, but none was granted. Clerks were not wearing masks.

I reserved a vehicle that I was later told had been used by a customer for the past two weeks and just renewed every week when it was due back had I known this I would have choose a different rental or location.
EVERYTHING WAS GOOD OVERALL
transport was not there as time to pick up had to go back at one o'clock to pick it up I did not like that at all had a 2 months to have everything ready for pick up. not so
I picked up the truck and transport on time got to the house my refrigerator cart was not in truck and blankets. had to go back for those. I was piss.

I felt very secure about my stuff being stored at U-Haul. Never once had an issue and the facility was always immaculate.

The day I made my original reservations the guy was very nice. But when I viewed my storage area I saw dead roaches on the floor. Not one but multiple. I desired a new storage after seeing that & made him aware that I didn’t want to put new furniture in there. He apologized & encouraged to call on Monday to see if anyone had moved out of the weekend. Well I did & spoke with someone different on that Monday. The cashier wasn’t nasty at all but the house keeper was & rude. I told her that if I didn’t want that storage with roaches in it that was my right. She said she would clean it for me & that the studs she puts down kill them on contact. Well I didn’t want to take that chance & was offered a new storage upstairs which I viewed & it had a baby roach dead. So I never put my furniture in storage I used a different storage place. I was concerned that the house keeper said she sprayed or put stuff down for the Roaches versus a exterminator coming in & spraying regularly. Bad experience for me.
All the employees that I interacted with were very courteous and very helpful.

Good store I was able to rent a truck and get storage space, The only other thing I notice was that all customers were wearing face mask in response to covid-19 while most of the staff there did not and at times were less than six feet for social distant. I would recommend your store but it would be great if your store would require face mask to protect your clients,

After moving and unpacking my car upstairs the unit given to me was already occupied. The entire uhaul store was out of locks also so I had to repack everything twice to go to the store to buy a lock to lock my second unit of the day.

I had a pleasant experience moving into the storage unit at U-Haul. The location is convenient and well lit which helped me make the choice of what company I wanted to use. I'm still new to the U-Haul family but so far so good.
The best storage unit in town
This location is truly quite something. I have never seen a UHAUL facility that was this clean and offered so many ancillary services. I would love to manage a facility like this or provide marketing and business development consulting.If I could only back up a trailer. I never knew UHAUL had so much to offer. This store needs to be a flag ship or training facility.

I feel like price may need to go up just a little so the company can pay someone to spray for roaches and spiders. While I was there I saw some roaches and am scared that I may have brought some to my new apartment. That a cost I don’t want to pay.

Very friendly service when I went in the front to purchase some moving boxes. He also explained the code in and code out process. I did not realize that I had to code out.

Check-in should be seamless. The credit card reader is broken. The customer service rep had to reenter the info twice. We went to the storage unit and found the door would not stay open.

When renting the truck, we were not informed the insurance was per day, and figured it was during the duration on the rental truck. So our account was drafted more than it should have been.

I called to see why I was charged extra money on my bill. I was told my storage was left open and they charge me for a lock. I had not been there, and I and two other people check that lock.
Upset because I was from NY and unfortunately my daughter left the key at home and they charged me 50 dollars to cut my lock. Not happy about that should be allowed to put your own lock on the door
