Rusty, Thomas and the entire team at the South Lake Tahoe U-Haul took care of all of our moving and storage needs. They were always professional, helpful, and kind. They found us the right size trailer when we needed one and arranged for us to move from our U-Box to a large unit and then a small unit as our needs changed. We will happily do business with them in the future.

When trying to call it’s not unusual for it to take 20 to 30 minutes before you talk to a live person. Kinda frustrating but otherwise a very friendly staff and location is user friendly.

This was our very first time renting a storage unit and we did some online research of reviews for all the local storage units and had concerns with security, weather protection and clean units. Russell showed us the unit first and went over the security and advantages of having an indoor temp controlled unit and put our minds at ease so it was a no brainer to rent a storage unit with you. I have never walked into a storage facility that was so clean. It practically sparkled. It smelled clean! I was seriously taken back at the cleanliness of the facility. There is a woman that was maintaining this facility and she was professional, super curious and it appeared that she LOVED her job and had pride over her work. The whole experience was ojtstanding!
