Melanie G.My container has not yet arrived (due May 3rd) so I don't know the overall results of my U-Box move. So far, everything has gone very smoothly; delivery, packing and closing it up for pick up went fine. I would have liked a few more grommet loops to tie off to, but that was ok with some creative spider webbing. The number of packing blankets and their thickness was great though I'm not sure I can fit them all back into the plastic bags provided~
Connie C.Make sure trucks are road ready not leaving customer wondering if you are going to make it. The tires were bald and ball joints were shot. All they did was refunded $40 and didn't charge for the gas we used. I still don't think it's right.

Ryan G.Rented a 15 ft truck. They "upgraded" to a 20 ft truck, which was too large for our needs. The customer service rep stated that there were no 15 ft trucks within 80 miles. There were two 15 ft trucks on the lot that we were told had to be returned to that location. Our move was one-way. The 20 ft truck we were given had issues. The engine service light was on and it made loud noises when being driven. Not a very positive experience.

Annival B.Maintains is always to be looked at as god knows who the previous person came from. Mountain terrian can even ruin a governor set system in any truck and can also trigger traction controll when not needed and many other issues.

yelonda T. | Expérience généraleThe hours that i could get into my storage unit were hard when you work until 6 pm Monday thru Friday. It only give you an hour during the week to be able to access your unit. I kept papers that were needed and it was hard to get them before a Saturday. Other than that , the service was good. Not sure the employee's but a young gentleman, couldn't have nicer or helpful.
