richard cMade a reservation 2 to 3 weeks in advance reserved an appliance dolly gentleman told me we don't have any somebody stole them. All OK IMade a reservation 2 to 3 weeks in advance reserved an appliance dolly gentleman told me we don't have any. Somebody stole them all OK I signed the paperwork. I asked where the vehicle is. The gentleman tells me it's outside doesn't even point me into the right direction problems with the truck. You get to 60 miles an hour in the whole transmission starts shaking. Brakes are squealing terrible service all the way around the guy was very very rude to me. I'm in customer service and I don't appreciate rudeness,

Victoria HEverything went great. I do wish this truck was available at a closer location. This location was 23 miles away. That was a total of $37 extra that was just for picking up and delivering the truck back to its destination. I only actually used around 10 miles - 20 miles.
John FTire light on, rep didn't care. Rented out just below half tank, put $5 in, returned just over 1/2 tank. Rep said vehicle tells you how much to put in. What a lousy way for them to make money on gas.

Tawana PWe arrived at 8pm and had to wait over an hour to get our u-haul. I rented a sprinter van but we ended up with a 15ft truck which was not ideal for where we were parking at my new apartment. Then, we did not have the Dollie's we requested when we got the new u-haul because the key was not in the correct lock box. We had to stand outside while it was dark outside and as a woman that felt incredibly unsafe at the time of day. Very disappointed with the experience. The customer service agents we talked to were very nice though and helpful but it still was a disaster doing the mobile pick-up.

Kevin KThe way the truck was parked, was extremely close to the other trucks and difficult to back out where it was parked. Also the bag inside the truck that held the cover blankets was empty and full of used coffee cups and other things. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

George BMya storage was broken into twice. Kristian Thompson, The GM, was the absolute worst. Once I realized it was broken into she was so nasty towards me with looking through the video. She stayed the video only went back 1 month and was not willing to look through it. She continuously denied that it was my unit being broken into even though I watched them take my items out of the unit. She asked when the last time I visited my unit and when told she then made the remark "who doesn't go to their storage in 2 months?" . I use U-Haul everytime I need to move, but with the service I was provided I'll make sure that none of my friends or family ever use it again. I'm still waiting on a claims adjuster to contact me.

Brenda LI was charged way more than what i was supposed to. I turned in the U-Haul way before my scheduled time was told by the older male employee with the ponytail he would send me a email receipt in 15 minutes never received it so i called later that day and was told they would put a end time in and now i have been charged 2 different times at 2 different prices. I WILL NEVER USE YALL AGAIN!
Deja HNot sure you can. It was relatively simple and painless process. The gentlemen working were professional courteous, and empathetic. I will consider this establishment as a first option should any future necessity arise.
Steven SThe location is a tough one. They have you line up in a line and wait for people to come to you and you end up hanging into the street right off the highway not the ideal way to do drop off's. They should number spots and have you park then either wait or go inside. They were busy and seemed a little overwhelmed but the gentlemen that took care of us was very quick and professional to help us drop off our trailer and be on our way.

Richard SHad reserved a car trailer on Wednesday for this morning when I went to pick it up it wasn't available said one would be back at 2:30. I couldn't wait as I had made previous arrangements to pick up a car on Columbia, SC. I went to central reservations and found one in Colo. but it cost me over $50. I received a VIP certificate but couldn't use it until tomorrow. The manager at Whitney road was able to give me an o start credit. Thanks to him. Very disappointing to have this experience.

Also, it was uncomfortable as the driver's side had no armrest. The manager was extremely nice and pleasant to work with. I would give this location an excellent if the parking places for parking your personal car to pick up a daily rental were designated better and had more parking spaces.
Mark LThis location was open on Sunday and staff was helpful. However, I had reserved a truck from another location using the 24/7 access and could NOT get the lock open. I then was referred to the Whitney location which was great BUT out of my way. Disappointed the 24/7 did not work.

Malinda (I believe is her name) helped clear that up after speaking with 1800 customer service who couldn't even figure it out and I never got a call back from a store manager. Second unit was outside, my things were covered in rat poop and roaches dead and alive literally had to bomb my new place to kill everything. Prices could definitely be cheaper due to critters. This location is literally always 100 % busy with very little staff. Josh ( or maybe Justin is his name ) was always helpful anytime I needed anything. Facility definitely needs to be deep cleaned and pest controlled asap.

Very secure and convenient. The staff was so helpful when we dropped off our belongings and even told me to call to switch the drop off to their location. Best experience with a move and storage.
