I was totally ripped off- paid over 350 $to pick up a 15ft truck- then over filled the gas tank- then I get another charge for 21 $.. really???

I would suggest to my friends to just hire someone to do their move for them. Once I had picked up our uhaul and had it completely loaded, went to shut the back door and the latch would not allow us to shut the door- so I try to call someone at uhaul- was on hold for so long I wanted to scream. Finally got someone and explained what was going on- they sent someone to my house to fix the problem- long story short, I did not get things done when we planned due to the prolonged wait- I put gas in it and ended up putting too much in- I did not get a refund fir the over fill- also had to rent a another uhaul the next day cause we didn't get everything done - this one was being dropped off in another town which is why we had to rent another one. Uhaul did not seem to care about my inconvenience- I spent over 700 $between the 2 of them- and neither one was kept for the full 24 hours that I paid for-

I've used this location many times since moving to NWA over 10 years ago and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and the equipment I needed was generally always readily available.

Calling the general U-Haul telephone service number is very frustrating. My time is valuable and having to wait thirty minutes on line is poor service. U-Haul should offer a callback option likfe American Airlines does. Other than that, I was completely satisfied although it would have been nice if U-Haul had done the whole thing for 50 $... Just kidding.

The overall rating being 3 stars is simply due to the service from the employees themselves. We picked it up during the weekend so perhaps they simply have lower staff count however the employee helping us was not friendly at first (she got more friendly midway) and was disorganized. If we did not remind her or ask, she would forget to give us various items we needed and she would leave details out. At the end, she also showed a rather dismissive attitude when we asked her a final question as if she wanted it to be over with

The rented trailer was in poor condition. It was leaking from recent rain. The exterior was beat up and the vinyl graphics were peeling off in large sheets that whipped in the wind and gradually tore off spreading litter across the country. The trailer chains were installed wrong by the U-Haul technician and fell off within one block. Two trailer marker lights failed within one hour of driving, and one blinker failed about one hour into my 20-hour trip.

Not a fan of your website or your late night check in process. Website was not recognizing my location. So was charged 20 extra for the rental. Contacted online to speak to someone about this charge and no had called back. Took screen shots of the location enabled on your site to prove wasn't working. People who work in the store are nice. Rest of service not to happy about.

This U-Haul was an actual U-Haul establishment very nice just like the first people they were very nice but this guy gave us a discount and I really discount gave us back the extra amount that was charged to us that we didn't want which was the insurance package and then gave us a little bit more off because the taxes was almost 90 $in Arizona.

We called repeatedly over the course of a week and they NEVER answered the phone. We had to finally go by in person, and they were annoyed with everything and generally unhelpful. Glad we were only dropping off here.

The staff were friendly as always but the lot is so full of trailers and trucks that it is very hard to navigate even in regular cars let long a large truck.

Great service and friendly staff. I forgot to mention, the trailer I rented may need to have the axles or bearings greased, I occasionally heard a roaring or grinding noise while towing the trailer. Otherwise, no and I think renting trailers from U-Haul is a great option and a very reasonable price.

I reserved a trailer from the Rogers location when I arrived no trailer was available. They told me one was available 30 mins away in Fayetteville. When I arrived there the trailer I was promised was not available.

They told me that I could not pull the trailer but when I called the national number they said I could. When I went to rent it, they said oh yeah it looks like you can. I had a 3/4 ton truck and barely knew the trailer was behind me.

I arrived at the prescribed location and was told they did not have my trailer. They sent me to a second location, no one was there. After driving around I located a third store. They said they had my trailer but could not explain why it wasn't at the agreed upon store.

Have a parking situation for people to be able to leave their cars in a safe area. NOT three blocks down in a parking lot unassociated with UHaul. This location is very difficult to get in and out of. The employees here are wonderful!! Helpful, easy to deal with, just excellent all the way around.

I was told when I mad a reservation for 17ft they was out so I would get a 20 ft for the same price 17. Of course that didn't happen. I still was charged for the regular rate.

Renting the Uhaul was a life saver! Uhaul made a very stressful time a lot less stressful. They had everything we needed at the store. Friendly, knowledgeable customer service. If we ever need to move something again we'll definitely use Uhaul.

I had the pleasure to work with the staff at U-Haul in Springdale, AR. I worked with Austin, Emily and Trent. They were extremely helpful and friendly and found me what I needed for my rental. I enjoyed working with them and thanks to their help, had a great and safe travel. I certainly recommend this location due to its friendly, and helpful staff as well as great equipment, and vehicles.

I appreciate how helpful everyone was The manager went above and beyond to get our u-boxes delivered and picked up in a timely manner. The manager was always helpful when we came in. The staff were also attentive. They even helped me open my storage door that was too heavy for me. 'The u-boxes were a handy way to move from Oregon to Arkansas. The process took 6 months from the time we loaded 1st box (we used 3) until we just cleaned out storage unit this week. Thank you so much!

I brought the trailer back at 5:00 pm. One of the associates told me that if I would just drive it to the ack area where he was. He would take it off my truck and handle it from there. After that I was charged an after hours fee of 20 $I don't understand that.

Overall great, there was a small disconnect between the U-Haul corporate site and the franchised location which the staff resolved promptly. - I didn't know I needed to check in first with my code then I could input the code by the entrance to gain access to the facility.

I came to rent another unit same size/temp control. New guy was trying to be helpful but: rented me non climate ,moved me out of my several year unit (he asked if I wanted to take care of nearing rental fee) but rented me another unit.Noticed charges were wrong and called.. spoke to manager, he said would take care of.. got notification but money difference has not hit account.. I think it's 5 $and truthfully after moving things from one unit to another I am done dealing with it. Do not want anything' or want to cause trouble as life is too short

The workers did not know what they where doing. It was like they where running around with their heads cut off. There was a line out the door and the computers kept losing people's orders. I was charged twice for one thing.

I had to have a storage unit for abt 3 yrs. Once, someone moved things into a unit next to mine, and his stuff had roaches, and they got into my unit. I told the mgr, Freddie, and he went and got 2 bombs and set them off in my unit, then gave me another unit the same size to move my belongings to. It kept my belongings from getting infiltrated with roaches, and I am very grateful to him. This was at the U-Haul on Twin City Ave. in Springdale, AR.

Overall we had a good experience but this comment is directed to management and not the employees. The only downside was on our move in day. It was the 1st day of the month and there were only 2 people on staff to handle the crowd. It was a 30 45 minute wait in line, (at least) to get to the customer service rep and this was after a tiring cross county move. The staff did seem to answer everyone's questions and didn't rush to get to the next customer. I truly felt sorry for them as everyone (young, old and those with children) just needed to be waited on so they could get done and out of there. We were there 3+ hours past closing and the crew still had customers waiting and trucks to check in. I would assume that the first and end of months are ALWAYS hectic and feel the store should be fully staffed to provide a better experience for the customer as well as less stress for the staff.

On monday I did came to the store and someone askme how she can help me, I told her that i need to speak to MR Fredy, At that time i dint know who is mr Fredy but when i answered to the nice lady; everyone silence for a minute, after i see no one wants to talk to me, i ask: " is he here" then Fredy starts to talk to me , he was there sit doing something at his computer, he talk to me unfriendly and stated that he is attending an other customer on the computer, ( I asking somebody from customer service call me please to do more details 4795309427) . again all this stared saturday when i went to the store and ask my refouns of 2 months that i pay in advance, an employee call Fredy and after the employee finish the calling, he said to me tha his boss told that the sstore do not have a sistem to refound my money and that star the problem saturday and finish last monday. Please have someone call me , in order this bad experience do not happened to an other customers

Everyone seemed nice, but they very obviously didn't know what they were doing. One lady didn't know which application to use to start a reservation for a storage unit and tried to rent me a truck before being corrected by a coworker. Another lady called her district manager three separate times while we were there for things that should have been able to be handled on site. She also didn't know where my storage unit was. By the time she found a map, I had already found my unit myself. The third employee who set up my unit seemed confused as well during the reservation process and had open wounds on his dirty hands, which is concerning during the COVID-19 pandemic. All the people here need to be better trained and more competent in their duties. I understand there were two people in front of me, but it should not have been a 30 minute wait time to be served. The employees seemed perpetually confused, and struggled to do basic tasks like unlocking trucks and printing copies of contracts. I spent two hours at Uhaul, when I should have spent 45 minutes, max. I'm a college student, so my parents drove five hours to help me pack. My experience here put us so far behind schedule that we had to spend an extra night traveling back home. The facility was nice, but the customer service was terrible. I would never rent anything in store from these people again. The only bright side was the free month of rent.

Key card never worked, they could never figure it out. They only allow 24hr access when you pay more per month even thou there is no security or employees there, they just want to be greedy.

This is a nice facility and upgraded the surveillance system since my unit was vandalized - which is very good. The staff is nice, but the UHaul res system needs major upgrading. Expect a wait.

When I first visited I did stand at the counter for about 7 minutes before anyone spoke to me even though there were a couple of people back there, no other customers, and no one on the phone.

The staff made our move difficult by creating unnecessary delays in access to our units. They made statements to us ('Freddie' & 'Robert' in particular) in an attempt to assault our state of mind.

Used for short term storage in between college leases and everything was great. We ran into one issue involving after-hours access but was able to get it quickly resolved by calling customer service

Very easy to deal with. Online pay was so easy & when we were ready to move out, we just had to tell them a few days before. Facilities were clean & well maintained. I would highly recommend!!

Freddie, the branch manager, was fantastic! A truck not being returned on time delayed my own move, but Freddy & the whole staff did their best to fix it, ultimately providing storage & compassion. 

Issues with speaking to the corporate call center and the info that was relayed and carried out vs. in the actual store. Seems like a big problem they should fix soon. The store helped us out though

For those that have to climb stairs it would be nice to have a ramp. It's hard to load and off load and load again. Especially if your not s young person.

I traveled between three States sometimes more frequently and would miss or would fail to make my payments on time(s) but when I would come back the staff would be most helpful in more ways than one.
