We came to this location after being sent there from the location we were scheduled to pick up equipment failed to have the equipment we had reserved available. We were greeted by the manager who worked with us and expedited making things right. He was pleasanl, professional and personable. He bent over backwards to meet our needs. Very understaffed at this location. Staff tried to attend to us, but are typically overwhelmed with the volume of customers needing attention, help and services. I've been a storage unit and truck, trailer renter for 12 years at this location. I value this business for their commitment, but it has such high employee turnover- it is very difficult to have consistently decent service. Merci.SUSAN T.

Crew is really hard working and friendly.... Don't get me wrong as friendly as a group of over worked manly men and womanly women can be! I used this location 3 times over the holiday weekend cause I just couldn't get it right on my end and the staff was helpful friendly and went over all policies thoroughly! I had to sweep out the cargo van before I could do anything, dirt all over the floor. The lady that checked me in when I returned the vehicle was the absolute worst and only reason I will never use this location again!! At first she said I would get an email. I told her I wanted to be checked in and walk away with a receipt because I didn't use as many miles as I was charged. I can get over a dirty floor but out right rudeness and attempted to blame me for damaging the vehicle when in reality it was dirt that came off when I rubbed it with a paper towel and windex. She spit on her finger and rubbed the area, I was in shock!! She got her manager involved and even after he told her I had the insurance that it didn't matter she kept arguing with me that I wrecked the vehicle!! I explained that I was in a hurry, had purchased the insurance (again after her manager had already told her ) and didn't understand why she just couldn't get the mileage now and do the rest after I left. The lady just looked at me like she wanted to slap me and I swear she began to move even slower going about checking every inch of the vehicle!! Once we got back inside she did what she needed to at the computer, handed me a piece of paper and said â€œ here.â€ Just wow!!! I asked about how they charged, twice or once with a credit. She just looked at me and said nothing, not a word!! The other lady working stopped helping her customer to answer my question. No, I will not be back!Carol T.

Unit was very old and dirty inside . Barely got it off the lot and blinker wiring stopped working despite the fact that our vehicle is a week old and our adapter was brand new. Despite the fact that we had done online check in, it took forever to get our unit checked out.Jennifer S.

We made a reservation for Fayetteville, not in Springdale, 20 minutes away; 40 minutes round trip. The kid on the phone told me the new location had been trying to contact me all day about the change. No one called, emailed, or texted me (after my second phone call trying to find the Springdale location because no one answered the phone, I was told they never tried to contact me).. It was a massive inconvenience and no one cared a bit. Terrible, terrible lack of customer service. Insulting, really.Mechele O.

Location was good. The truck I rented was perfect for what I needed. The service man was not friendly. Never smiled. I made some light humorous convo and he did not engage. I really wondered if he just did not like his job as he stated â€œwe have been slammed for the past 18 monthsâ€ or maybe due to logistics type work he is not sociable. I think having the gas tank at 3/4 full instead if filled up is just another tactic for UHaul to get a customer's money. It is hard to fill a truck you aren't used to driving exactly back to 3/4 full.Karen H.

Truck had a definite dog/musty smell in the back end. I left it open to air out. I couldn't return online because I couldn't get location to register. Truck was clean and the gentleman who took my return was very nice.Richard D.
No improvement suggestions. I have used this location several times either moving my children to or from the U of A. Although there are several rental locations in Fayetteville, some of which I have used in the past, I have used this location exclusively for the past three to four years and have been very pleased with each use experience.Lesley C.

No clear direction after I unloaded the uhaulBrianna R.
I arrived and got in line at the location marked for returns which I had used on an earlier rental return. I sat waiting for a few minutes and then went inside where only one person was waiting on several other customers. He said that he would be out when he finished waiting on the customer in line. I went back out and waited only to see several other customer go inside to be waited on. After being on site for an hour I decided to use the self service return and unhooked the trailer myself. I didn't mind doing the work, but the agent should have suggested that this option was available.Theodore B.
The return was time consuming. I pulled up and called, was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I went inside but nobody at the counter. I called while in the store and it went straight to hold. It all boils down to they were busy in the back with another customer/issue. The gentleman who took my keys was VERY nice and quickly took care of me, it was the time in between that was difficult.RICHARD D.

I was totally ripped off- paid over 350 $to pick up a 15ft truck- then over filled the gas tank- then I get another charge for 21 $.. really???MOLLY R.
I would suggest to my friends to just hire someone to do their move for them. Once I had picked up our uhaul and had it completely loaded, went to shut the back door and the latch would not allow us to shut the door- so I try to call someone at uhaul- was on hold for so long I wanted to scream. Finally got someone and explained what was going on- they sent someone to my house to fix the problem- long story short, I did not get things done when we planned due to the prolonged wait- I put gas in it and ended up putting too much in- I did not get a refund fir the over fill- also had to rent a another uhaul the next day cause we didn't get everything done - this one was being dropped off in another town which is why we had to rent another one. Uhaul did not seem to care about my inconvenience- I spent over 700 $between the 2 of them- and neither one was kept for the full 24 hours that I paid for-MOLLY R.
I've used this location many times since moving to NWA over 10 years ago and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and the equipment I needed was generally always readily available.Reid N.
Calling the general U-Haul telephone service number is very frustrating. My time is valuable and having to wait thirty minutes on line is poor service. U-Haul should offer a callback option likfe American Airlines does. Other than that, I was completely satisfied although it would have been nice if U-Haul had done the whole thing for 50 $... The overall rating being 3 stars is simply due to the service from the employees themselves. We picked it up during the weekend so perhaps they simply have lower staff count however the employee helping us was not friendly at first (she got more friendly midway) and was disorganized. If we did not remind her or ask, she would forget to give us various items we needed and she would leave details out. At the end, she also showed a rather dismissive attitude when we asked her a final question as if she wanted it to be over withNUK H.

The rented trailer was in poor condition. It was leaking from recent rain. The exterior was beat up and the vinyl graphics were peeling off in large sheets that whipped in the wind and gradually tore off spreading litter across the country. The trailer chains were installed wrong by the U-Haul technician and fell off within one block. Two trailer marker lights failed within one hour of driving, and one blinker failed about one hour into my 20-hour trip.aaron M.

I appreciate how helpful everyone was The manager went above and beyond to get our u-boxes delivered and picked up in a timely manner. The manager was always helpful when we came in. The staff were also attentive. They even helped me open my storage door that was too heavy for me. 'The u-boxes were a handy way to move from Oregon to Arkansas. I came to rent another unit same size/temp control. New guy was trying to be helpful but: rented me non climate ,moved me out of my several year unit (he asked if I wanted to take care of nearing rental fee) but rented me another unit.Noticed charges were wrong and called.. spoke to manager, he said would take care of.. got notification but money difference has not hit account.. I think it's 5 $and truthfully after moving things from one unit to another I am done dealing with it. I had to have a storage unit for abt 3 yrs. Once, someone moved things into a unit next to mine, and his stuff had roaches, and they got into my unit. I told the mgr, Freddie, and he went and got 2 bombs and set them off in my unit, then gave me another unit the same size to move my belongings to. Overall we had a good experience but this comment is directed to management and not the employees. The only downside was on our move in day. It was the 1st day of the month and there were only 2 people on staff to handle the crowd. It was a 30 45 minute wait in line, (at least) to get to the customer service rep and this was after a tiring cross county move. The staff did seem to answer everyone's questions and didn't rush to get to the next customer. I truly felt sorry for them as everyone (young, old and those with children) just needed to be waited on so they could get done and out of there. We were there 3+ hours past closing and the crew still had customers waiting and trucks to check in. I would assume that the first and end of months are ALWAYS hectic and feel the store should be fully staffed to provide a better experience for the customer as well as less stress for the staff.Gary K. | Expérience générale

On monday I did came to the store and someone askme how she can help me, I told her that i need to speak to MR Fredy, At that time i dint know who is mr Fredy but when i answered to the nice lady; everyone silence for a minute, after i see no one wants to talk to me, i ask: " is he here" then Fredy starts to talk to me , he was there sit doing something at his computer, he talk to me unfriendly and stated that he is attending an other customer on the computer, ( I asking somebody from customer service call me please to do more details 4795309427) . again all this stared saturday when i went to the store and ask my refouns of 2 months that i pay in advance, an employee call Fredy and after the employee finish the calling, he said to me tha his boss told that the sstore do not have a sistem to refound my money and that star the problem saturday and finish last monday. Everyone seemed nice, but they very obviously didn't know what they were doing. One lady didn't know which application to use to start a reservation for a storage unit and tried to rent me a truck before being corrected by a coworker. Another lady called her district manager three separate times while we were there for things that should have been able to be handled on site. She also didn't know where my storage unit was. By the time she found a map, I had already found my unit myself. The third employee who set up my unit seemed confused as well during the reservation process and had open wounds on his dirty hands, which is concerning during the COVID-19 pandemic. All the people here need to be better trained and more competent in their duties. I understand there were two people in front of me, but it should not have been a 30 minute wait time to be served. The employees seemed perpetually confused, and struggled to do basic tasks like unlocking trucks and printing copies of contracts. I spent two hours at Uhaul, when I should have spent 45 minutes, max. I'm a college student, so my parents drove five hours to help me pack. My experience here put us so far behind schedule that we had to spend an extra night traveling back home. The facility was nice, but the customer service was terrible.
