Their computer system was much too slow. I rented the truck on line and it didn't seem to speed up the process. A bit disappointed in that part. Also, I was the one renting the truck and paying for it but the receipt came in the name of my fiance' who was the driver. I didn't like that either.

Had to drive over 100 miles to get the truck....I understand I should have reserved one earlier. Had to drive 40 miles out of town to take it back. While there is a huge UHAUL dealer a mile from me. Dont understand that. Also dont understand the extra mileage charge, given the extra miles I had to go to get the truck, and drop it off. Can you help me understand that?

Dropped off truck about 15-20mins prior to closing & I was the ONLY customer in the store... The worker advised I could just drop off the keys & leave but I advised him since knowing else was there to please check the truck for mileage, damages, gas etc... he came out & turned on truck & never stated that it wasn’t enough gas but stated I went over 90 miles in truck (NOT TRUE)... the mileage ending in 892 but he wrote down 982 (90 miles difference)... long story short me advised he would just wait to have his manager check it in the next morning. WELL GUESS WHAT??? I was charged for supposedly not having enough gas! They charged me $66 dollars, when I know for a fact that the gas had been replaced & another thing is... if the worker wasn’t in a hurry to leave & he felt it wasn’t enough, I would’ve went across the SAME parking lot to the gas station & put a few more dollars in & saved myself $50-$60 dollars! I WANT MY $66 DOLLARS BACK!!!! #WaitingOnTheGM

Had issues with 1st rental a couple days prior to my second but after speaking with customer service and later a manger, issue was resolved an I’m pleased with the overall experience.

Upon arrival, a staff member was yelling at me asking what I needed before I was even close enough to make out what he was saying. He appeared to be scared to be in the store by himself. Wouldn’t the obvious assumption be that I wanted to rent a truck or storage unit? In store for over an hour after making reservations online. No appliance Dollie after reserving one online and promised a $15 courtesy credit that was never applied.

Very pleased, but one suggestion. Get a plan for someone who only needs the truck for a 24 hour time frame going one way. I had the truck ready to return after 8 hours of use. I was told I had to rent for 2 days

Our first uhaul rental was for a car hauler, and we experienced a flat tire shortly after we got the vehicle loaded and before we could leave the house Then had to wait several hours for another tire. Once we got on the road, we got almost half way to our location and that same tire that was replaced was flat too. Waited several more hours.

The air conditioning only worked part of the time in the truck I rented. It was an 85 degree day and the cab would not cool down on my 2 hour drive.

Only thing I'm pissed about is I still haven't been refunded my money from the hold uhaul says they owe me 67 $ n it should have token 5 business days but it's been longer called customer service several times and they even sent a financial release to my bank for funds but my bank says they dont see anything pending. I would like my money back this has been a horrible experience
