The staff inside didn’t seem to familiar with the mobile app experience as they were unaware of why I was requesting a key. It would benefit the mobile app experience customers if the staff alerted those waiting in line that the mobile person was able to come to the front because they checked in via mobile and are ready to go. It may provide relief from the dirty looks of what they perceive as a cutter.

Make sure the customer doesn’t get charged twice. A hold and a final payment was pulled from my account. It should only calculated the difference of the hold and final payment not both. I’m still waiting for a hold to fall off this morning, since I got double charged.

floor of trailer was very dirty but it is fall here in mi and it was full of leaves and dirt.

Only issue here is i left a furniture dolly in the back of trick. When i turned a day later, they "rented it out" to another client. I got a call an hour later stating they had it and i could pick it up. Sounded fishy to me.

Two out of the three times I've returned to this location over the last two months, I was charge extra for something. First time was the $40 fuel charge and fortunately I had taken a picture to prove that I filled it to where it was supposed to be and that was refunded. Today I saw I was charged an extra day for a trailer and am waiting on a refund for that. So an improvement would be to be more careful about charging customers extra after they've already spent good money with your company.

There were trucks, vans and trailers parked throughout the lot, making it very difficult to enter and exit their facility. trailers were everywhere, and there was no one able to assist in the office.

I made four visits to this Uhaul location in one day to pickup and drop off equipment. The owner, Ryan, didn't seem interested in assisting, and his associate was unable to figure out how to do so.
