I was happy with the service, the process of picking up the truck and doing the inspection via Cell Phone. I felt that when I dropped the truck off that the attendant could have been more helpful. The attendant who finally helped on the return was courteous and professional. Next time I rent a truck I will use the same uhaul dealer.phillip P.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!! NOBODY TOLD ME ABOUT THE AFTER HOURS DROP OFF CHARGES AND I AM CHARGED AN EXTRA 30 BUCKS JUST COZ THE AMOUNT OF FUEL I USED MADE THE TANK LESS THAN 25 %. I AM WILLING TO PAY FOR THE AMOUNT I HAVE USED BUT WHAT'S MY FAULT IF YOUR FUEL TANK WAS LEFT AT 26,1 % (OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT) BY SOMEONE ELSE AND WENT BELOW 25 % AFTER MY USAGE. I MEAN WHAT NONSENSE?! AND GUESS WHAT? THE CONTRACT WAS SENT TO ME AFTER I SIGNED FOR PAYMENT. THE GUY NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT THE 25 % RULE EITHER AND THE AGENT THAT I CAME IN CONTACT WITH SAID THAT IT'S MY FAULT THAT I DIDN'T READ THEIR CONTRACT WHILE I HAD THE TRUCK BOOKED. I NEVER HAD A CHANCE TO READ WHAT THEY WERE TAKING MY SIGNATURE FOR! THE AGENT SAID NOBODY READS THE FULL CONTRACT BUT WE HAVE TO READ AT LEAST A FEW LINES-YEAH LADY THOSE FEW LINES ARE EXACTLY WHAT YOU TELL ME ABOUT B4 I PICK UP THE TRUCK OR AT LEAST TELL ME WHERE TO READ THOSE THINGS OR GIVE ME A PHYSICAL CONTRACT---- NOTHING!!!! YOU KEEP 3 PEOPLE TO MANAGE A FLEET OF 50 TRUCKS, IT'S NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE TO MAINTAIN OIL LEVEL TO FILL IT UP AND DISPATCH IT AFTER MY BOOKING. YOU LITERALLY SENT ME THE CONTRACT AFTER I PICKED UP THE TRUCK!! WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO MOVE TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND READ 3 PAGES WORTH OF ANT LIKE FONT! PATHETIC. Due to a bad experience at the same location. I chose a different location but I was forced to pick up at this location. Big chaos at the location, big line up and my furniture Dolly is not available. Everyone was frustrated, girls were trying hard but management at uhaul was pretty bad.Teemanshu B.

There was a very long line and only 1 worker. I was then asked to just check in online through my phone. There was little connection in the store. When I came back, the rep was going to charge me for fuel not knowing I actually got the van at 3 quarters and thought I got a full tank.Syed K.

Actually give a crap. You changed the pick location after I was at the first one. The girl behind the counter couldn't have cared less. The truck was covered in dings and I was told to take pictures but nobody cared. I was told one price and another came up on the debt machine. Luckily I caught it. The 1/2 a tank scam is bs!! Full is full but what's 1/2??? Overall I will actively avoid using uhaul ever again!!MICHAEL P.

The vehicle was dirty, on the outside, inside was fine. There was no key lock mechanism on the passengers door. The door had to be opened from the inside and if not relocked it would open if it was bumped. I reported this but no one seemed to care!!!Gregory M.

Front desk was rude. I booked truck for 7 days and received a confirmation but once I came to them to pick up the truck they said I HAVE TO AND MUST return the truck back after 3 days. This out a fork in my companies business operations. If the truck was only available for 3 days I wouldn't reserved it. I had to get another truck for the companies needs yesterday in advance. Maybe I got lucky(seeing past reviews) but everything went really well with my experience here. I think doing your own due diligence and thoroughly inspecting the vehicle prior to leaving the lot goes a very long way. This includes understanding their policies. Staff attempted to bill us for damage on the truck roof that we did not cause. We even paid extra for the insurance, and they still attempted to bill us. Damage was nearly impossible to see during the pre-rental walk around, as it was on the roof, and not visible at all in the tiny photos you're asked to verify. Better photos need to be provided, and staff should do a better job inspecting their rental fleet before giving damaged vehicles to customers. Will not be back to this location. The whole thing felt like a scam.EMILY L.

Horrible experience. Took 35 minutes to check me in, mobile check in was not working like I had requested. Then I got charged 320 $for so called "roof damage" and after 1 hour of trying to reason with them, they had me climbing a 4-step ladder and trying to rub off a scratch myself with NO safety equipment... and then proceeded to refuse to refund the damage charge and made me go through a dispute process. They also charged me the collision damage waiver fee for 2 days even though I had the truck for less than 5 hours. Big joke. Absolutely horrendous customer service.Luma A.

The clerk there spoke a mile a minute I could barely understand a word she said as she was explaining things. I felt bewildered, didn't have a clue what was going onâ€¦Agnes G.
The UHAUL location on 84th Ave and King George messed up my storage reservation so I ended up at this location because it had a locker the size I needed. 3 other families were moving in at the same time, while one party was using all 3 carts and monopolizing the elevator. We complained to the front staff and finally were able to get to a cart. 1 elevator is no acceptable for a storage this size it was complete chaos. Once up to my locker another tenant had stuff all down the hallway. I cant wait to get my items out of this location. Even waiting to be processed the space is small and there as a line up of 5 people ahead of me.
