6x12 trailer was old and I should have demanded the newer one. A wiring issue caused the left stop,turn,taillight to go out. A missing bolt could in the front, though not a safety issue, could have leaked water if it rained.
JOSEPH D.Manager was helpful and facility is clean. Not hard to get around and being it's all ground level makes it much more convenient, being able to get moves done quickly. Price is the lowest around. Only thing that is a slight issue is in the offloading area only one of the doors works making it inconvenient if there is someone else parked within. I'm sure it will be fixed in time however, not a deal breaker

He barely greeted me So I didn't even know if he was the one I should Talk to for assistance and he wasn't super unfriendly either but I think he was inconvenienced that I was there is what it seemed like.

susan m. | Premières impressionsI was driving on Saturday on bay st taunton and key ignition switch shut off while I was driving and could have got in to an accident with truck I work 7 days a week and forgot to mention this at drop off because I had to sue errands and was in a hurry , James manager amazing customer service , Andrew was awesome and older guy forget his name was amazing all your staff was so friendly and polite I. Just not happy about truck stalling while driving I'm wondering if this Ford transit van has a recall for the ignition my right leg was 12 inches away so I am 99 percent confident I didn't hit key this is reason I returned truck I wanted to keep it for a month but with it being a unsafe truck I'm thinking of going to your competitors to try to get a better price and a truck that's safe to be driven on the road I work in the automotive field so I'm very knowledgeable about cars trucks and transit vans I asked for a call back from the company but I believe call center dropped the ball twice on delivering messages to the taunton location. I would love to rent from uhaul again since your company is 5 minutes away from my house and I'm going to need a rental Thursday this week but I'm not sure who to rent from because of my incident that could have caused a major accident if u was on highway driving 65 mph Please have some one reach out to me cause I want to make sure uhaul corrects there lack of customer service thanks your customer jeffrey mullins

Montae H.When I originally booked a trailer, I booked it for fall River mass. It was confirmed for fall River and then I was emailed that the pick up location was changed even though I requested a phone call. The change in location put me behind schedule by about an hour. This was very unprofessional. When you book someone at a location that's where you should honor the booking.
Emanuel R.My only problem was being asked to take a bunch of photos to return the truck while standing in an unlit parking lot at night. I didn't take a photo of the back of the truck because it was very sketchy to stand there in the dark.

PAUL B.Doors were frozen on truck and had to come back to get help with opening the garage style door on big truck. Employee was super helpful and polite. They seem overwhelmed and overworked every time I go in to one of your locations. The poor kid was by himself, was using my truck to jump another truck when I arrived to pick up the truck at 730am so I got started much later than planned, especially since I had to come back to ask for help with the frozen door and through all that, the gentleman who was there was awesome and helpful but I would be stressed and frustrated with dealing with all that while trying to accommodate everyone else in the store. You're always understaffed. I would recommend testing the trucks and doing QC with all doors and lights and equipment prior to a customer picking up a reserved truck to avoid delays and overwhelming your workers especially if you are scheduling 1 person by themselves. Especially around the end or 1st of the month. Things would run so much more smoothly and allow your employees the time to upset additional equipment and moving supplies.

Scott P.Customer service needs help..condsending when I inquired about blankets. I was never told I needed to grab them myself. I thought they were already in the van. I asked Tony to remove the $5 blanket charge. With her feet up on customers chair, stated she would..this charge was never deducted.
SHERRYANN L.The employees were rude. Also, we used mobile checkin, but it took nearly 15 minutes. Honestly, the ID verification should have been done before we even arrived. Then we called to extend our time, which was easy, but we're told to fill the tank. Why was I to fill the tank when we received the tank just over half full?

I was a little put off by being asked for people's address and full name and phone number. That is why I was moody. I had never been asked for anyone's address before for a storage unit so I was wondering if he was being discriminatory & I felt it was intrusive. I didn't want to give someone's address etc. I wanted to say I really appreciated his ability to still help me as he probably would anyone else. I did apologize to him directly before I left.

We called the to inquire and were told the reservation was confirmed and our email was corrected - but still no email confirmation. Non the less, when we arrived on move in day, a unit was available. The staff members was very nice and showed us how the security worked and where our unit was. The only drawback was the unit was a fair distance from the loading area. And we walked past many other units the seemed to be available. All in all, we are very happy with the experience so far. Free locks and a free months rental because we reserved a truck. Can't beat that! Thank you.

Francis K. | Premières impressionsThe evening that I tried to move in the doors were locked and with in the hours listed as accessible The following day I returned there was a corporate walk through with Probably more than 20 people And only 2 or 3 Uhaul employees wearing protective masks They told me and my 14 yr old niece to pass through but I didn't feel safe in this situation I asked them to put masks on and a few people for what ever reason did not! The sole reason I'm putting my possessions in storage is a result of the virus. I've now become the main caretaker of my 80 yr old mother These employees put my whole households health at risk. I lost more enough people here in Taunton and in my former home of Miami! This blatant disregard for the pandemic is for lack of a better word DISGUSTING
