Sadly this location seems to be the only option available for rentals in the region. I returned a trailer after 3 or 4 hours of use and several days later UHaul calls and asks me when was I going to return the trailer. They couldn't find the trailer and apparently the local rental location didn't log it back in. The 'paperless' transaction on returns is unsettling and puts your customer's at risk when the location doesn't check equipment back in properly. IF I ever rent again from ANY UHaul location, I will take photos of the local employees both connecting and disconnecting the equipment on return. This is the 2nd time UHaul didn't properly check equipment back in once it was returned.Ken B.

Not sure who is to blame, but I had a confirmed reservation to pick up a trailer at 7am on a Sunday. The location isn't open until 9am and I had to spend 2 hours sitting there and talking to customer service until someone showed up to let me get my trailer. 2 hours in Sunday traffic is huge and nobody seemed to care that they had messed up. I was very disappointed.Chase Allen B.
I used the online checkout process and it took a long time. It let me upload a picture of the fuel level that was wrong, but when I tried to upload a picture of the mileage which was also wrong, I got an error stating I had already reached my upload limit for this account. Software problem? Then the app sent me inside to get the keys. Nobody was in the office. There were two guys installing wiring for something. No clerk. I waited 15 minutes, then finally went outside and found some guy smoking at the end of the building. He came inside and gave me the keys. As I was walking out some girl in a Uhaul shirt was walking in. That was about 20 mins after I first went in the store. The store was wide open without anybody there the whole time.Phillip W.
I'm extremely upset. I reserved the uhaul over a month and I got there and they didn't have it. Took them 30 min to get one and made me late for the movers. Then we had a giant truck because they did not have the one I ordered. I could not back it up and it took a ton of Gas. They did nothing, I expect some sort of Credit. Poor customer service and the worst run place I have ever been to. Please have a manager contact meKristina M.

When we arrived at the location to pick up the equipment at the scheduled time 8am, myself and one other customer waited an hour before someone showed up at the front desk. The door was unlocked and everything. We both walked around the building to find someone multiple times. Finally around 9am someone came in from the back. When they took me to the truck I rented the lady handed me the key and walked away. The key wouldn't unlock the door and upon further inspection, she had given me the wrong key. When I went back inside the managers response to seeing me again was â€œoh god, now what!?â€ Also the 3/4 full gas tank it was supposed to have was bs it was hardly at a quarter tank. The reputation of the manager being a jerk did not disappoint. And I definitely wouldn't send a friend of mine to that unorganized unwelcoming hell hole nor do I recommend this place to anyone else even thinking about coming here.JERRITT JAMES S.
I was ther at 0820 to pick up my rental truck, could not find anyone in the place to help me until the Manager appears at out of the back of the building at 0847, then I return the truck at 1855 and everyone is long gone, they were supposed to be open til 1900, left the key in the night key return at 1901, had the truck for 10hrs, then the next day I get a email charging me for 2 days, then had to drive back to dealer to fix the problem, because they would not answer the phone. Include all paid for items with pick up of truck. I didn't receive my appliance dolly which was on my reservation and then had to spend 40 minutes on the phone to get it refunded.Danielle W.

After having the truck for 36 hours, the odometer said I had traveled 20 000 miles. Luckily, the personnel fixed the problem. I will try to avoid using UHaul again. Luckily there are some fine employees.SUSAN KATHRYN G.

Pick up was fine, personnel were polite and helpful. The return however was unpleasant. The manager on duty was rude and thought he was a tough guy, acted like he was a bouncer in some bar. He put the return process off to a new person who hadn't even been working there for one day. Where does Uhaul find these people? Somebody needs to train these people in customer service.Frank G.

Reservation return date was Monday 12pm, but we were able to return it on Sunday 12pm. No discount for returning 24 hours early, and found out they take additional mileage pretty serious (we went 12 miles over for an extra 5 $). When the clerk gave me the key to the truck she didn't indicate which of several identical (to me) trucks was the one I was supposed to have. I guessed right on the third one. The help I got in checking out the truck and connecting the hauler trailer was perfect and my errand driving the truck and car hauler went well. I returned the truck after the location had closed. I tried to follow the instructions in the Uhaul text message that I'd been sent that morning but the webpage insisted that the contract had been cancelled. I got a call the morning of our rental that there was an issue with the original vehicle we were supposed to get (they had quickly arranged for us to receive an alternate vehicle), I appreciated the good communication and the fact that they closely inspected the vehicle before our rental so that we were not stuck dealing with any problems during the rental period. Uhaul's mobile platform failed to work correctly, did not have my equipment right, and took a while to return the van. The whole experience with Uhaul on this move was very poor. Do not rely on what the mobile platform tells you. Call first to confirm they have your actual truck!Thomas D.

The trailer I rented worked flawless, however there was some grease or oil on the trailer deck that was not cleaned. Also the trailer was very dated and well used. I would imagine it's nearing the end of its life since most of the paint was worn off. Did the job, but she was a little rough.Michael G.

This time at this office I had great service. There was a slight issue with some that cleaned with a straight cleaner with out daulting as directions stated so it was quit smelly but they instantly took care of it. The gal who checked us in was very kind and apologetic for the pick up location. I expressed my concerns and she said she would pass on the info for me. We also let her know that the windshield wipers needs replaced and she took care of it immediately. I wish the place we picked up from was just as kindJACQUELYN C.
Uhaul National - which makes reservations said the equipment was avaialble HOWEVER it was not. My contract said Wenatchee, but I had to drive an extra 90+.miles to Chelan - luckily not all the way back to an even further away location. BOGUS - do not rent equipment you are not able to guarantee - I drove 4 hours for a one way rental and could have drug a trailer from any location between those two places.John R.

Equipment and service were highly satisfactory. A van was rented and only suggestion to improve the use of the vehicle would be to have more handholds in the cargo area to facilitate entering and exiting while loading/unloading the vehicle. Service cashier was an asshole. I told him that I'd need it til 4pm the next day at the earliest if possible 48 hours. He says okay and charges me. Next day at 10am he calls me pissed off because he's reserved it for someone else that day? Either he's deaf or dumb but I wouldn't use this location again.Tyler M.
