Logistics: Suggest using only one invoice number from start -throughput- to - final destination. Simular to our postal services. This move was very confusing for Uhaul Reps to locate my goods. I had called a few times and always confusion locating me or package. I scheduled a pickup calling Marana, scheduled for 8/15. I flew to Tuscan , AZ and POOF my container wasn't scheduled after calling sameday when Ubox never arrive at house. A really nice lady named Cassidy at Corporate helped me with this cliche in Uhaul schedule. Suggestion 1. Movement of container went smoothly 2. Transit scheduled and arrived in Marana safely 3. Marana had the cliche I noticed on my invoices that every time my Unix moved I receive a new tracking number. Thank you for finally getting my box to me Celeste Dillard
Box came on time, was picked up and delivered on time. We moved from Washington state all the way down to Southern Arizona everything stayed safe and arrived exactly the way we packed it. If we ever plan a big move again we will definitely be using u-box again.
Joanne was beyond helpful and helped me with my storage unit at the cortaro location. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. I hope this email finds her and she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you uhaul!

Do not use UHaul UBoxes to move your belongings, especially out of state. Our boxes did not arrive on the guaranteed date and communication from Uhaul has been extremely poor. Because of the delivery schedule we are having to pay to have a space reserved for another week with no promise that this will be upheld either in our destination. I would not recommend this service to anyone. The staff tried their best but they were not set up for success.
Cart were hard to find No climate control or fans on in C building. Lighting in unit could be better. Where do we move the poison in the unit. How do we touch it.
Uboxes were delivered 4 days late, and the delivery person was rude and angry. The Uboxes were also picked up 1 day late without a single phone call from Uhaul. I had to call them and ask what happened to the scheduled pickup.
All was good UNTIL I UNPACKED AND HAVE MISSING ITEMS
WINTER JACKET, KNITTING NEEDLES ( a lot of). unopened bottle of Tums. How the hell did anyone get into that POD.

The sake representative was not friendly at all. Didn't great us when we came in, had an attitude then entire time, I said thank you when he pulled the truck up we rented and he just completely walked passed me and didn't say a word! So never rent from this location again.

The truck was damaged and part of the front fender flew off in a strong gust of wind. I told the service person I was picking up a trailer for one-way from Red Bluff, CA to Marana, AZ, but the ball hitch was not on the truck. When I arrived at the site there was no parking at the time.
The phone system needs more people available. We were on hold for over 30 minutes. When a person is driving a long distance, over 30 minutes to make an appointment on time, it is important to be able to verify the equipment is ready.
Excellent customer service at pick up time and at return time. Equipment (6x12 trailer) was in good order. thanks

I did not have a reservation and tried a different u-haul location that said they didn't have any truck. I came to this location and the gentleman was extremely helpful. He was able to get us a truck and the price quoted was what it was. For a Sunday, it was a fantastic experience. I would recommend this location for sure.
The Uhaul check in system sucks!!! we brought it back and couldn't check it in on the app or on the site. We allowed location and it still didn't work and on the phone unless we stayed on the phone for 45 minutes they'd charge us an extra $20 to just drop off. That's stupid!!! and a crock!!
Cleanest storage facility in a safe location. I would highly recommend this particular U Haul for storage and truck rental. The manager was always very friendly and helpful. Some of the other employees were less friendly, but overall, the experience was great.
The truck was picked up with only 1/4 tank of gas. I had to fill up at the nearest station with a trailer and it was a pain! It should come with a full tank and returned with a full tank so you can use a gas station with easy access when pulling a Trailer.
The drop off location was fast, easy and friendly. The reason I check Not Applicable for the question "Would you recommend this location to a friend?" is because my recent experience with UHaul. Both facilities I dealt with were both amazing and I would definitely recommend the location to a friend, but only if UHaul is the last resort.

Easy to make a reservation for what I needed. Uhaul did change the pick up location, but not expensively. All staff contacted were courteous & helpful. Van was just what I needed. Clean, easy to drive, mirrors helpful in driving & dashboard camera helped in backing.
Nothing. Checkout was quick. Gary/ the person that helped us, went out of his way to help us. We didn't know much about trailers and he came to where we pulled over and explained everything to us. Fantastic guy.
This is the best U Haul I've ever used. Friendly and helpful employees, clean and in a safe location. I just wish the access street was a two way rather than one. The Cortaro Rd. Traffic lights were not well thought out.

This was honestly the best experience I have ever had with U Haul was at the Marana store. I had just driven 2 days with a U haul pull trailer from NORCAL and the staff at the store was very nice and accommodating. Merci.
We needed to store some things temporarily for a man from our church who went into a senior care facility. We had the shed for about a year and a half. U-Haul was very easy to work with.
I rented a conditioned 5'x5' unit. The space was triangular shaped with one side 3' long and the other 5' long. It was completely unacceptable. The office was great about refunding me the full amount though.
This was the smoothest U-Haul transaction I have had. Didn't have exactly what I signed up for online but got an upgrade with no issues and was outta there and in my storage unit lightning fast.

Joann was so helpful and made our experience very pleasant.
My belongings, several pieces of nice furniture,washer dryer antique items, along with other memorable things were stolen from my unit. Staff was very nonchalant about this. Very disheartening. I don't believe they cared one way or the other about what happened. My mistake for not realizing that there were no cameras inside or outside of the rental units . Therefore, no way to see anything. Was done by someone who had a unit there, or staff that worked there. Either case, DONT rent a storage unit that doesn't have camera security.
Everything was great. However I couldn't get the door latch to open. It was jammed in so tight it wouldn't move. After I finally did get it open it works perfectly now.
The staff at this uhaul storage is not friendly they are rude with the customers I have heard at other uhaul storages that at this storage unit that other customers have said the staff can be rude and I myself have experience the rudeness with the staff. Thank u Gloria Lord
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. From start to finish. Both with my U-box rental and storage unit rental. It was a very inconvenient experience and I will not be using Uhaul for storage again. Two of the staff members I interacted with were extremely rude to not only myself but my wife as well.
Staff at all levels has been amazing. Facility appears to be brand new, yet haas been at the location for at least a decade. Excellent attitudes and facility.
We have had our storage for years with my mother Inlaw. My husband was on the account as well. She removed all her stuff for the unit and we took it over removing her name and adding our credit card and info almost 8 months ago. She text me she received a bill that September was not paid. Well we have auto draft and it's been paid every month so far. So my question is how did Uhaul drop the ball and not notify us if it's our account and we removed her from it? How did Uhaul take a payment out for months but missed September and not have our info to notify us? Obviously the person you transferred everything did a horrible job. The day we did this transfer there everything was unorganized so I guess that's the reason. When my husband went down yesterday to figure it out, the answer was we are not sure. Something wrong with symptoms. We'll figure it out. We should have received a letter, email, call to let us know payment was not taken out. This is no a move in experience. We have had this unit for 5 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The office hours for this location are convenient, but it's impossible to reach anyone by phone, even when they're there. After 4:30, the phone switches to a call center, which doesn't make sense when the store is open until 7 pm. On top of that, the employees are not knowledgeable on their products, the call center people can't help at all, and they're rude. The only person I found helpful at this location is the manager, but that's only when he's able to be reached. I was told when I booked the unit that I would get 1 month of storage for free, but when I arrived I was told that wasn't possible, and had to pay for the full month right then. On top of that, they don't prorate, so I would have had to pay for a 2nd month when I only needed the unit for 6 weeks. I ended up leaving after 3. I would not recommend this location to anyone until they make some major changes.
The worst moving experience I've ever had. The one and only bright spot out of the 3 areas I hired you in was the outside moving help. They were stars!! But the mistakes you made with the truck and storage made an awful day the absolute worst day I've had in the last 10 years. They make every thing seem possible online, but once you've done the reservation, they're employees are the ones that have to try to shuffle everything to make it happen, and most times they can't do it. I'll never ever recommend uhaul to anyone at this point now. And I'm seriously considering a lawsuit at this point. I'm disabled and had a reservation but they made me run in the Arizona sun to make up for their mistake, and I'm still paying the price physically.
