We have used your service several times for different situations. It is nice to be able to accomplish the things we need to do. You make it easier. Thank you for being there.
I didn't know the blankets were just rentals, lucky for my the uhaul location I dropped off at let me know so I didn't get charged.
Require employees to wear masks in a pandemic. I picked up on Thursday and the two employees working weren't wearing a mask at all. When I dropped off on Saturday, the same two employees plus one were working. Only one wore a mask on Saturday.
The gentleman who helped us was excellent. When the trailer lights wouldn't work, he found the short on the trailer and began fixing it. When he realized it was going to be a bigger fix than originally thought, he had us switch out trailers. He was extremely helpful and had great customer service skills. Thank you for a great experience.

Employee was condescending and rude. Appliance dolly rolled fine when not loaded and a wheel would not run when loaded. Because I was a woman I was blown off and given an explanation that it was a “pebbleâ€, Overall, it soured the rental because of his attitude.

Everything was amazing but I wish that they would answer their phones more often to make it easier for the customer, so they don’t have to do online chat that’s harder in my opinion. Thank you for everything it was a great experience
The tie downs for the tires on the hauled vehicle were messed up, and when I yanked on them, I damaged my chest muscles. After we hauled the vehicle, I went to the emergency room for chest xrays. Perhaps they should have been checked closer before the next person rented it?
The staff that helped me were friendly, efficient, and accommodating. I would recommend this location to others because of the awesome staff! Please let them know how much I appreciate their professionalism and service. One of the people I worked with was having a tough day, but it did not affect his outstanding service. L.T. Erickson

truck n trailer needed washed. customer service seemed as if i was bothering him windsheild was dirty inside and out
I was two hours late dropping off my trailer and was charged an additional two days. I spoke with the center and told them we had gotten into the state later than expected and we would be there as soon as possible. As a disabled veteran and military spouse I was already incredibly disappointed that U-Haul wasn't a supporter of the military and now I am even more disappointed.
Twin falls Idaho branch should be bulldozed! Horrible location, didn’t feel safe leaving my things in that rats nest. Moved my stuff out the next day! Lost $45, better than losing my stuff!
Thank you for helping us dis-connect our transport trailer. Muni Storage does not have the personnel to do this task. I am 77 years old and understand how to do this task but physically should not do it.
Provide furniture dollies with large wheels instead of the tiny wheels. Was very difficult to move my refrigerator.
The older gentleman that is there is very good. The young lady is ok, but does not seem to want to work. And the younger gentleman's attitude was not good, instead of explaining things he was very quick to a very poor attitude. He was helpful, but very horrible attitude.
Check-in was great. The gentleman who helped get me set up was quick, efficient and helpful. Answered a couple of questions I had - but answered MOST of my questions before I even had a chance to ask. Returning the rig was great, too. The UHaul rep had me checked back in and had my order total ready before I was even finished unloading my junk from the cab of the truck I had rented. Really pleased with this experience overall, and will absolutely use you again!

Customer service could be better they need friendly people working there.
I rented out the trailer I had originally paid $60 at first. I told the guy there that I wasn't going to be able to drop off the trailer before 5 because I didn't get off until five the next day and I asked him if it was okay if I took it half hour later and he said okay. The next day I had my sister drop off the trailer because I wasn't going to make it and she dropped it off at around 5:18 and ended up getting charged $112.85. I think it's unfair that I have to pay almost twice as much as what I was told the day I picked up the trailer.
Smelled like a dairy farm. I can't believe you don't use pre paid debit cards, will find another facility.

Jon the gm at this location was great. However the employee that helped us. Didn't even say a word. When asked found him to be disrespectful. Not sure if I would use U-Haul again.

Make the National check in easier, I arrived and a checkout form was sent to me automatically, which turned itself off before I could use it. Then it took forever to use the one on the national website. If I am already in the system, and you have my credit card number, why do I have to spend 20 minutes figuring out your check in and have to join a member log I will use once! Silly!
Fast, friendly service, both picking up and returning.

The guy who rented the truck and trailer to me said that it would fit the truck I needed towed. Said he was a tow truck driver and gave advice that it would be cheaper to rent a uhaul truck and trailer Long story short truck didn't even fit the way it should have. -5/10

Don't push your customers so hard to add Insurance. It's going to make them angry if you do. Your associates in Twin Falls are more customer oriented.

Clear instructions for gassing up the vehicle would be nice. Also, a way to extend the reservation online versus calling the 1800 number would be ideal.
I stood around for over a half hour due to them having computer issues, I left hoping that would get my reservation sorted out in a timely manner. When I I returned the employee who was helping me said that it wasnt fixed and he didn't know when it would be. I left and called Uhaul regional number and made my own reservation and then I was able to walk into the SAME location and rent the car trailer I was after. This cost me a couple of hours and being that I was over an hour late to the scheduled time to make a car purchase, I got a call and the other party sold it due to me not being there. This was my childhood dream car and the odds of finding another one are slim to none.... I will not use UHaul again for any reason.

The pre-check in was awkward. I entered drivers license info three or four times before it stuck. Otherwise, excellent service!
Customer service was fantastic. Professionalism and courtesy was also fantastic! I would highly recommend U-Haul at this location again.
Guys there were great, however when I showed up with my reservation number they didn’t have the unit available. I asked joe that could happen and they explained it didn’t matter if I reserved it, there was nothing available. They gave me what was available which were two 5x8 units instead of the 10x16 which I had reserved, unforgivably the cost for that will be $108 a month at $55 a unit per month instead of $64 for the 10x16. I asked if they would honor the price quoted and they said no, I had to pay for both units. I found that frustrating since I reserved the unit I needed at the price I could afford. Fortunately the first month is free so I have found another cheaper company to move to. Although I now have to reload all of my stuff and move it...again. This should not have played out this way. When you do business with a company you expect them to deliver on what they agreed to. I am currently dealing with an almost double overcharge cost on my truck rental as well. Overall not happy with uhaul. The manager at the location is very pleasant, just can’t help.

Jon and his staff were so helpful and courteous that I didn't mind going there. I had a storage unit there for approximately 5 years. It was secure and well maintained.
Michael was an awesome help he spoke with professionalism upsaled and offered us great deals and presented us with all the amenities we needed overall the one-stop shop for all our moving needs.
