try to do more safety checks on the equipment.when i went to pick up my car dolly one of the straps was damaged & i had to get a different one, but still got what i came for.all in all i was satisfied with my visit.

I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by D and Mr. Donnell. They made sure that I have everything I need and took care of me like I'm the only customer they have despite how busy they are. I'll definitely be back. Thank you again.

The delivery of the U-box was very unclear. The U-haul staff were wonderful, but the administrative execution of end-to-end delivery of a U-box is horrible.

My negative experience comes from an employee-error, and 'navigating' the Uhaul's Mobile Pick up Service. 1. Employee-error comment (a way to improve): Someone should notify the customer if there is a change with a reservation. As an example, if a reservation is made to p/u a vehicle at 4am (using mobile p/u), then finding out the reservation was changed to 'in person' p/u when store opens / at 9am / and I'm outside at 4am is probably bad business, and could even be considered a safety issue depending on area of p/u. This is an actual example. My recent experience. Again, this is just 'A' way to fix issue. Not 'THE' way. 2. Mobile P/u serv.: Make it easier for assistance. The 'chat' option is garbage for assistance. Perhaps being able to converse with someone to get direct answers would perhaps be more beneficial to the customer. Much, much, much more to write, but being brutally honest here...who really cares.

Updating your system is very important. Or have a backup manual checkin out for costumers.

Outstanding service and professionalism, highly recommended! Would do use their services again.

We are moving out of state and had to pack an entire house. The Uhaul online site was not functioning properly so Scott ( manager at 8000 Penn Randall Place, Upper Marlboro, MD) was very very helpful. He answered my questions, corrected the situation and had the Uboxes ready for pick up. Thank you Scott.

Note: cannot comment on pickup location as the U-Box was brought to me by the movers. It was an excellent move with no complaints----except one. The computer system for handling U-Box moves appears to be pretty screwy. It told me on the day of losing that my entire reservation had been cancelled. However, all U-Haul staff and the independent movers were friendly and helpful. Would use again!

This is the best U-Haul facility I have ever used. Not only were the employees exceptionally knowledgeable they were equally exceptionally helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this facility over any other in my area!

I was switch to this location due to the other location not having the equipment I needed and I'm very glad that this happened their were sum bumps in the road with scheduling but they helped me Thur everything it was a very pleasant experience I've never had to move before and they made it great staff was friendly and knowledgeable my go to spot for moving In the dmv from here On.

Ebony at the 9800 Martin Luther King location was the worst employee I have met in a long long time. She left me on hold for 35 mins as she was unable to tell me how much to install a hitch and claimed no-one else knew. She claimed the prices were online, however I was unable to find them and asked for her help. She claimed she didn't know either. I asked her once I installed the hitch, was there anything else I needed, she claimed there wasn't. After installing my hitch, I went back to check everything was in order for my trip and was told it was. The next day, I went to pick up the trailer and I found out I needed wiring for the indicators, Ebony told me NOTHING about this. Based on my experience with her, I would NEVER use Uhaul again.
