It says it passed inspection but whomever approved it either did a lousy job or the truck started malfunctioning short after. The truck needs a wheel alignment crucially or a tune up! I lost count of how many times the truck was leaning and or driving me to the opposite direction. Mind you, this was before hauling my stuff, during, and after. I drove 45 minutes on the freeway but it felt like hours due to how petrified I was. I was literally driving 35 mph I kid you NOT!! My truck number is TT1452G. Do not Recommend!!!

The only bad thing I have to say is that there was another customer that was extremely rude to me . I was getting my stuff out of my storage. This rude lady tells us to move out of her way. There was a parking stall but she parked in front of my car. She started yapping how everyday she has to tell someone to move . I just said to her she didn't have to be so rude. She started cursing at me and blamed me for her losing her key to her storage. I almost wanted to call the police. The lady looks like she lives in her car . I just think it was uncalled for and things like that shouldn't happen. I didn't feel safe around her. But other than that customer I had a great experience.

I must say my customer service satisfaction has everything to do with the General Manager, Laurie. I actually told her that she should be crowned as UHAUL' s queen of the GM's. Reason being is I've been a satisfied customer of UHAUL, truck and equipment rental as well as storage space rental for a prolong period of time. In which case, I've came into direct contact with several on-site General Managers. That being said…Laurie by far as being the "Greatest" of them all. I attempted to call the local number when I was forwarded to the call center. They told me there was nothing they could do from where they were and tried to forward me to the local number again which immediately forwarded back to the call center. I was then told that they were going to send a message, and that I would be receiving a call from the local center. I never received a call. This is not the first time that either my wife or myself attempted to call the facility and was forwarded to the call center. It seems they are never available to take your call and when you are at the facility, you have to hunt down the clerk because they are not in the office. That being said, the facility is well maintained and accessing the unit was simple.

Warren T | Expérience généraleLorrie and her staff are absolutely awesome. We had to put all of our things into 2 storage spaces at the last minute on our move from California to Texas. This was due to the fact that our first movers didn't show up and we had to be out of our house because it was closing. Lorrie made sure that I had 2 units on the 1st floor and as close together as possible. Then or 2nd movers were 6 days late to pick up our things to take to Texas. I'm the meantime I had to leave for Texas so I would be there for the closing of the Texas house. Lorrie and her staff went above and beyond every day too be ready for the movers to show up. She made sure that whenever the movers finally showed up they would have access to my items. I would highly recommend this storage location. It is clean and climate controlled and the staff goes above and beyond to help make your experience as good as possible.

It was nice and clean and I had no trouble at all getting set up and storing my things. Thankfully, the staff in Chico (Lauren is great) was accommodating and patient-the computer discrepancy notwithstanding. This gaff ultimately forced me to rent a storage space 90 miles away in Vacaville-which will now cost me much more to pick up the items stored and bring them back to Chico. Even when I arrived in Vacaville there was no record of my reservation-even though the Chico staff had set ti up themselves in my presence. What is going on with this computer system???

Because I called day before to confirm spoke to a lady who assured me your location off the 505.. Somebody failed and put our truck drop off at another location. We requested Vaca Valley 1 way truck. We were told no problem.. Poor youngman at desk want to rip his hair out because obviously someone made a complicated mistake he was doing his best to figure it out. Both desk clerks made several attempts to contact their supervisor no response my checkout after a VERY LONG exhausting day took about 40 minutes. Desk clerks truly needed help nobody was avaliable to help them no phone call back no text response. So kudos to the 2 young desk clerks on Saturday Feb 22 at 6pm.. No kudos to Supervisor your manager skills obviously need some polish. They were frustrated 40 minutes long as I was very tired but I thanked them and was very patient because the issue was NOT their fault. So VacaValley UHaul Managment.. Get your crap together and look after helping your staff with ongoing issues. If your physically not avaliable...your a manager make yourself avaliable via phone call. Thats why your a manager and make extra higher pay. I manage business for a corporation I know the frustration for your employees.. They deserve a raise just for seeing the issue thru without verbally losing their minds. Kudos to both of them I hope I get to see them again upon my 2 week stay at Vaca Valley uhaul...Thank You
